This place has good food order for them frequently. However, I do notice the quality change in the food whenever the women who usually runs the front is not there. Very poor customer service

Ordered lunch. Very fast and cheerful delivery. Boneless spare rib was okay, could've used a touch more sauce, still okay though. The vegetable steamed dumplings were tastey, and on the doughy side. The General Tzo's chicken was very good. We got 2 free sodas for our $22 order ($25 with tip). I would order from here again.

I used to love ordering from here the staff was very nice and such, but I ordered from home once a few weeks back, upon arrival the delivery man apparently expected a tip for walking one block up, upon me only having 10 cents extra and not wanting him to fumble around for the extra change I told him it was alright he could just keep it, in complete disregard for the customer he blatantly said no and flicked the dime at my face. I didn't know tips were mandatory for walking a block up to do your job.

Prices are fair. Taste wise food lacks consistency. I’ve purchased at lunch and during the evening I prefer how food is made in the evening. Quality isn’t the same for some reason around these two different times. But the rice is usually very greasy. And chicken is hard or greasy. Male manager is unprofessional. Female owner apologized on his behalf. That’s why I gave two stars.

I don't really think he did much and since he was being an ass I gave him a dollar and he got really mad he's like "YOU CHEAP YOU CHEAP!" And stormed off. Wonton soup has a very flavorful broth and the wontons are meaty

House lo mein was tasteless and the serving was small too. I ended up throwing out the whole order. I really wanted this to be good.

The food is ok and comes pretty fast, I will not be ordering from here no more as I was told They policies have changed and I have to pay $2 delivery charge when I never did before and I live 4 min driving distance. I never had a problem before and when I told the lady she said order in co op city so they don’t mind losing consumers.

The woman at the counter is beyond disrespectful. She sells me an old piece of chicken that's brown and when I asked her to change it, she taps it with her pen and expects me to take the food. One of the cooks attempted to assist me and change the food but this pig pushes him. Someone needs to report them because that A rating seems to be outdated. They are selling food that is bad.
