Yesterday, I purchased the family combo, which included boneless chicken, white rice, red beans, and maduros. Although I have dined at this restaurant several times before, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. The chicken appeared to be reheated and had an unpleasant taste, yet we consumed it anyway. The maduros were undercooked, with some pieces being too tough to eat. Unfortunately, my family and I have since fallen ill and have been experiencing vomiting since last night. It is disheartening to realize that this establishment serves reheated food, and I am particularly frustrated by the impact this has had on my ability to care for my children throughout the night due to this restaurant’s negligence. Never ordering from here again!

Creepy. Refused English service because I'm mixed race. I saw a worker there at a nearby shop and she creeped me out! She stopped her shopping to stare at one of my facial features. Clearly obsessed with me. I ordered food, not issues from weirdos with inferiority complexes. They clearly are insecure "Latinos" so they take it out on mixed ppl to cope. Yikes. If they do this to you, report it to the FCC

I ordered from this restuarant on Seamless. I am 8 blocks away. They waited an hour and ten minutes to cancel the order saying they were out of something. My family was very hungry and we made do with some food from the deli down the street after waiting an hour. I will never order from here again.

The food isn’t all that, what they call sancocho really isn’t, they send me a nasty looking soup with pork fat in it, after I told her not put the brooth. Real Dominican sancocho does not contain pork in it!

So today is May 1, 2024 at 2:19 PM I ordered chicharron celdo $10 worth they sent me this cheap dis gusting lil tray with 4 lil pieces and with no meat and telling me thats half a pound. It looks horrifying. I am putting this up to this restaurant is disgusting. this is the second time they mess up on something I order and for $10 I could’ve went to the Valle East Tremont and got a big tray and late with delivery 😡😡😡NEVER AGAIN DONT EAT THEIR

I order from here at least twice a week. Family combo. Always on uber eats or postmates and now today it says "too far to deliver". I have been ordering here for over 6 months every single week, what did you change on the apps? Now I can't order. What a disappointment.

If I could rate this place no stars I would!! I was so excited to have some mangu and I was so disappointed by the taste and the texture. It was soft as hell!! Tasted nasty as well!! Never again!!! Sadly the food even made my brother nauseous and throw up & gave me a stomachache. I threw out the mangu right away! Everything was oily and then on top of that no utensils. I don’t know how they expect customers to eat if they forget to bring something important and needed to eat with. I wouldn’t suggest eating here or ordering takeout. I learned my lesson!

My first and last time ordering delivery from them. The food was 2 hours late, part of my order was wrong and they didn't have item available that was on menu. I could've spent my $40 at a more reputable place. I won't reccomend this place to anyone. They fall short from being "majestic".

The food there is nasty, that's my own opinion, when I ordered, it was not fresh. The salad from the combo was a joke! The lettuce was not fresh, I had one slice of tomato cut in half to make it look like something, and one slice of cucumber cut it in half once again to make it look like something. My order was 45 minutes late. The guy, let me start over I watched the guy drive past my building three times. He didn't say sorry for being late but he graciously took the tip. I didn't have to give him a tip, I understand but I didn't want to be that person, even though he was or majestic was. Close the restaurant if you can't attend to your customers in an appropriate manner.

This place enjoys ripping off its customers. They act as if you don’t have a menu at home or know the pricing when you call. They are constantly changing the price of items on the menu whenever they feel like it. And they have no shame when you call them out either. They just lied through their teeth. Just gross. From the time this place opened until this day the ladies behind the counter have such nasty attitudes. I use to order often out of convenience. I started ordering much less because I don’t like the way they treat you. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic, but I am tired of this place. I would rather spend my money at Angels or Three way. The prices don’t change whenever the ladies behind the counter feel like it, the food is good, & the service is great.

I usually do not give any bad reviews. It has either been the wrong order, missing items, and food taking forever to reach destination. I called to let them know each time but, today they just crossed the line.For it to be a constant thing is unacceptable. I placed a boneless chicken order. After almost a 2 hour wait, I received literally crumbs. I also found a piece of string in the rice. I called & they asked me “ what do you want us to do ? “ not only did they not know how to answer, they requested the food to be back in containers for when they drop of the other order, but already had our plate set before noticing the string. To finish it off I was told at the end of the call to be aware they are busy when something like this, hungry customers who already waited hours, should be a priority.
