Amazingly friendly staff, really nice interiors and the drinks are 🔥I had something called the painkiller which was like one of those old fashioned 1950s Cocktails, but made with coconut milk. Really nice!

This place has a great vibe. The frozen pain killer with a rum floater is delicious. The taco place in the back is great too. I love all of the memorabilia that they have displayed.

Such a cute bar with a mixed crowd! Poppin’ Off was my favorite drink because of the rimmed pop rocks. Staff are always so friendly. I also love the fish tacos (Mr. Taco). It has the perfect crunch to fish ratio. Will definitely be back!

I very much adore all night skate. This is a community bar that also works as a destination bar. The location celebrates both African American and Gay cultures, with the upshot being that everyone consistently has a great time. The events are wonderful, the staff is awesome, and the entire team put in a huge amount of work to make this a success. The community backs them, and that's the difference.

My wife and I love this place. We were staying nearby for a week and tried the All Night Skate on our first night, which was a mistake. It wasn't a mistake because it was bad, quite the contrary. It was a mistake because now everything else feels bland, and all my wife asks me is to go there... The drinks are delicious and the food by Mr.Taco is amazingly scrumptious. This is the kind of place that helps build the character and identity of the nearby area. They hold regular events so you check if there is anything special before showing up!

Really cute spot with a fun vibe, tons of fun kitsch, and lots of people coming through on a random weeknight. There is private (but still noisy) seating upstairs. It's not exactly a dive, it's not exactly an artisanal cocktail joint, it's somewhere in between full of stacked VHS tapes and a slushy machine behind the bar and arcade games and nerd shit all over. If the pics look fun, it's your vibs.

This place is a blast from the past! I'm in love with the retro aesthetics. Plenty of fun events go down here too. I love the inclusion of arcade machines as well. The food and drinks are great but I always come back for the atmosphere.

I love this place. It’s our go-to neighborhood spot, firstly bc it has food til midnight but also the drinks are great. It’s very cute too. Would recommend the tacos - the fish taco is amazing, but everything is good and fresh. The drink menu is great too- we love the prom night. They have fun colorful retro skating rink vibes. And drag shows very often, which are very high quality and fun

Literally the only bad thing I can say about this bar is the bathroom is boring. Amazing cocktails, great food, great people watching, good music, great vintage arcade games. Probably one of the best bars in Brooklyn.

LOVE this place. Food (tacos and other Mexican fare) is just excellent (chicken tinga is my favorite). Bartenders are welcoming and chill. Drink are delicious and reasonable (frozen palomas). Music is great and they always have some kind of DJ/show on Fri/Sat. Best of all are the other patrons. We try to come at least once a week. Highly recommended.

Super unique and and fun neighborhood bar. They have a menu of vibrant cocktails, a taco window, and a cool 80s roller rink theme. Also, they are LGBTQ+ friendly to the core and have many events. ☺️ Never had a bad time here. The literal *only* downside is when it’s busy there can be a wait for the restroom.

Wow this place is so cute and quirky! It has Stranger Things vibes and a good spot for a date. Strong positive queer vibes. The tacos are very yummy, Taco Tuesday special - 3 for $11.

Been going here since they opened and it’s always a wonderful time. The drinks are stellar and the bartenders are lovely. The Mexican kitchen in the back is incredible as well! Such a beautiful space on top of all that.

Drinks were a little pricey but they were served in fun glasses with great garnishes. The vibes in there were excellent! Lots of kitsch and neon and great decor. DJ set was very fun. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Only issue is the bathroom is a single stall and there's usually a line. A great local themed bar!

Best low key spot in ocean hill area. Just south of Chauncey st train station and 4 blocks north of Rockaway A/C station. Katsu spicy chicken sandwich is amazing, so are the fries. Beer and a shot...pop rocks, candy cigarettes...playing anthems like Karma Chameleon and other classics. Love this place.

A really fun new spot with amazing food and drinks. There are some fun old school arcade games in the back, which really sets off the retro aesthetic. If mitch makes your drink you're in for a treat. They have an outdoor seating area which is nice on warmer days. Definitely a place to add to the rotation.

Dang WHAT A VIBE! Went on a Wednesday night and it was so fun! Drag show started around 9 and everyone is so sweet! The drinks are unique and the food in the back is AMAZING! Amazing bar for us Queer baddies and please be respectful and mindful when there 🩷💜❤️🥰 Great mix of house pop/ has old school arcade/ original drink menu/ drag shows every night / tacos that make you feel the need for seconds and thirds 🌮

Went here on a Tuesday. Happy hour til 7pm, and a taco special made for a fun weeknight combo. The decor here is cute, good vibe and welcoming for a diverse crowd. Love it for that. Recommend the frozen drinks and fish tacos in particular! Fresh handmade tortillas too.

Amazing local spot with incredible creative vibes and theming! The shrimp taco was absolutely fantastic, and the al Pastor taco was great too. The chicken and nachos were incredible - definitely 5/5 on the food. Tried their creative cocktail with Korean ingredients and soju which was pretty good, though not amazing. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic and well-decorated bar with local (and world-class!) drag shows themed all across the range of possible topics. Always a safe space. The attached Mr. Taco adds a great food option. The decor and layout create a perfect atmosphere for hanging out or watching shows.

It's a great place to gather with friends. They have board games, a pretty big food menu, wouldn't recommend if you're a vegetarian or vegan, but food nonetheless, amazing atmosphere. That's a wonderful place to go and have an amazing time with amazing people. I went when there was a surprise set from a dj, and she was really, really, really, really good! If you're ever in the neighborhood, please check this place out.

Love the atmosphere of this place! Love the retro decor and the arcade games. They have a fun cocktail menu and were able to make one of them into a mocktail for me. Tried the ginger beer as well which was excellent. The Mexican kitchen in their is excellent as well. They make their own corn tortillas. I tried the nopales tacos and chips and guacamole. Both were delicious. I highly recommend checking out this place for a fun night out.

Absolutely lovely place, if you have the itch for some Mexican street food and vaporwave nostalgia All Night Skate is perfect. Came here for breakfast chorizzo tacos, elote, and frozen drinks. If you get the frozen Paloma you should spend a little extra and get it with the Aperol shot. First time mixing these two together and was pleasantly surprised.

Love this place the vibe and space is beautiful. 90’s nostalgia!!!!! There’s also a few booth tables upstairs but if you’re tall like me you might hit the ceiling lol. I heard the food was good so I will be trying a few things on the menu next time. They also accept venmo as a payment which is always a plus in my book. Tacos were amazing !!!!!! Get the Al pastor.

Really cool and unique bar. I love the ode to the 90s with the game machines (I even saw mortal kombat!), VHS tapes, and decor. The alcoholic slushy was delicious and reasonably priced. The quesadilla was tasty. Cons: I didn't like how there were no waitresses or waiters. You had to go to the bar to order or directly to the kitchen. when I arrived, no one asked to see my id or vax status, which is weird for NYC. When I left, I did see someone at the door but no one was at the door for like 30 mins (when I first entered). Overall, I recommend this spot. Definitely check it out!

The best bar around there! The Painkiller is *to die* for. And this tropical drink I have a photo of is delicious! Unofficially named the Prayer Candle, it's as flamboyant as this throwback 80s bar is with only the best parts of the 80s. Mitch the bartender is exceptionally skilled, you really get your money's worth!

It's a cute neighborhood spot. We met some great people there and enjoyed the decor inside! My only thing was the amount of flies outside (which is why we ended up indoors) and the cocktails weren't outstanding. I DO like that they serve drinks in actual glassware! Overall, I'd come here for some Aperol Spritz and I still need to try their food!!

Came here for my friends bachelor party night for drinks! Hilarious time. Great bartenders and drinks. Awesome 80's roller rink theme. Arcade had classic pinball machines. Very safe space too for all people. Tacos are slapping! Wish it was a little bigger of a space though, it felt pretty congested.

Good food, good beer and cocktails. Unfortunately the katsu is gone, which is why we were there. But the chicken nachos were good. The quesadilla is a little too expensive, but overall we’ll be back and we enjoyed it!

This bar was close to my apartment so I decided to come here with a friend to catch up, but apparently I wasn't welcomed because I don't look like I'm a part of the lgbtq. Some guy sat next to me and asked the bartender why I was there....Very rude. I guess they don't want cis appearing people in the bar. Other than that the place is very nice and drinks are good. Just be careful if you're not lgbtq, I guess.

It's purely an aesthetic bar reminiscent of the 80s and the roller skate scene. The bartenders were friendly and cute and the drinks were served in appropriate glassware and garnished nicely with herbs like rosemary and mint but the drinks themselves weren't exactly outstanding and a little expensive but I guess you're paying for the aesthetic and overall atmosphere. However, it's still a cute bar and would recommend checking it out if you're looking for somewhere local.

I’ve been visiting All Night Skate for about three years now, but this recent experience made me seriously question the safety, cleanliness, and professionalism of this establishment. While sitting and eating, a group of immature patrons began throwing things at one another across the space. One of their thrown items—a wallet—hit me in the shoulder. Shortly after, someone else from their group arrived carrying a dog inside a bookbag, which they eventually removed and placed behind me while I was still eating. As someone with allergies, this immediately caused discomfort. I started rubbing my eyes and feeling irritation. Not only that, but they were petting and playing with the dog right next to where people were dining. Then it went further—they placed the dog on the dining table, which is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I attempted to discreetly get the attention of a male staff member (whose name I initially thought was “Jibby” "Jivvy" or “Jimmy”) to ask if dogs were even allowed inside, as I had never seen one during my three years of coming. Rather than approaching me discreetly, he spoke loudly across the space, making me feel exposed and uncomfortable. This was extremely unprofessional—and dangerous. If I had been in an emergency or trying to quietly ask for help, his behavior could’ve escalated things. I decided to stop eating my food, as I was no longer comfortable continuing my meal with dog hair and germs potentially in the air and on surfaces. I told my mother I would pack the food up and give it to someone in need. When my mother approached the staff to ask questions about the dog being indoors, the same male employee told her he didn’t know the rules and that there was no manager on site—only him and a female coworker. When I personally asked for his name so I could file a report, his coworker whispered to him not to tell me, and he then gave me a fake name—"John." That alone says a lot about their integrity. After doing some research, I found out that All Night Skate does allow dogs indoors, but that does not excuse what happened. According to New York City Health Code Article 161.17, it is clearly stated: “No live animal shall be kept, housed, or permitted in a food service establishment or in any other facility or premises where food is prepared, processed, or served to the public.” Unless a special variance has been granted and health standards are followed, this is not allowed—especially putting a dog on a table where food is served. That’s not just unsanitary, it’s dangerous for people with allergies or health sensitivities. If I’m unable to get a hold of management to properly address this situation, I will have no choice but to share the photos I took with the NYC Department of Health. This experience was not just unprofessional—it was unsanitary, careless, and completely avoidable. I’m speaking up so no one else has to go through this while trying to enjoy their food in peace.

Nice place with nostalgic touches. I had a hard time getting the bartender’s attention. I was waving my arms for what felt like an eternity. The food is separate from the bar and you have to physically walk over to the window to place your order. The tacos were delicious but I just wish they gave us forks as they did fall apart.

Nice space if you are from the Midwest transplant. I had lived in BK for 20 years, it doesn't add anything to the neighborhood.

They can make much more if they'll serve tables rather then just collect glasses (or looking for them)every other second. The echo there is terrible, though the place is small I couldn't hear the show literally 6 feet from me.

For a bar that promotes inclusivity, it’s disappointing when you get treated with rudeness and disrespect by someone working the door. I’m writing this publicly in hopes that the owners see it and address the way guests are being spoken to. I’m a person of color who came in simply to have a drink with my partner — a place I’ve supported many times. I’ve always paid the suggested donation / cover fee without hesitation. But tonight, when I asked for clarification, I was spoken to in a manner that was rude, dismissive, and belittling. The individual made it seem like I was doing something wrong just for asking a question, saying I had to pay to stay there. Again — paying is not the issue. It’s the lack of respect. This is supposed to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, yet the interaction left me feeling upset and unwelcome. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior at the door, because moments like this make people not want to return. Inclusivity isn’t just a slogan — it’s how you treat the community you claim to support.

The place is incredible. Even tho, the service is terrible, they don't serve you at the table, you go to the kitchen yourself to order food. One of the Bartenders demanded that we tip him at the end of the night. I paid in cash and obviously I was kinda drunk and I forgot the tip of the boys, even knowing that it was bad service (I'm a server and I know that a tip is expected) but this guy called us right at the exit of the bar and yelled at us asking why we didn't tip them? In a very bad way, he is rude, he shouldn't even have a job at customer service. The boy is rude, how horrible it is to have employees like that. Only 1 star, for demanding an undeserved tip. Ridiculous!!!!!
