Great chill spot with chill bartenders and other patrons. Single cash payment pool table is amazing. Two fun old school game machines. Always cool and never hot inside during these summer days. Today is almost 90 degrees and it's nice inside of Denny's! One large big screen TV's on the opposite side of the bar and two medium sized TV's facing the bar which are all great and perfectly placed. Cool dart board game available as well. Atm machine that always comes in clutch for me as this is a cash only bar which is my preferred method of payment anyways at bars. In addition to the great atmosphere they sell delicious pretzels, pizz, a great selection of beer with the Lagunitas IPA in a chilled glass from a perfectly temperatured tap as my go to and a great liquor selection. Bringing outside food is very welcomed as well.
overwhelmingly hospitable location, the opposite of a board meeting. a bar full of gamers, too, playing pool and darts and the cabinet machines. overheard a pool player say to another that she had been playing pool against him since she was a new drinker. cool place.
People are awesome! Bartenders are the best. Pool table is a plus. Tons of food selection around to bring in. 🌈 are welcome! Major plus! Reasonable price!
My Brother recently moved to the area and it's his local Bar. Prizes are Great and they even have a small billiards table, which I enjoy.
Great little neighborhood classic Irish pub feel but with several games you could play. Darts, pool table/billiards, two arcade style machines for I think some sort of like casino card game, they got a modern jukebox & some Friday nights they even got Karaoke!. They have an ATM to get cash for the pool table only accepts coins quarters. It’s not a big pub but it’s got a great vibe the bartender and the locals and people there are very friendly and staff provides great service. if you want the experience of authentic Brooklyn classic Irish pubs then this bar is a must visit. Very mixed crowd mostly from the neighborhood. They got several regulars, solid drinks. Nothing fancy nothing bougie got about five beers on tap usually. For special occasions sometimes they’ll have food but it’ll be like ordered and delivered like catered or something like that, they don’t have a kitchen inside, so there is an anything to munch on or eat there. I think you might be able to deliver there if you want to eat.
You would think from looking at the outside that Dennys didn't have much to offer but don't let looks fool you. Inside you'll find a great atmosphere & patrons. The bartenders are extremely friendly & provide great service. It even has a pool table if you feel like shooting a game or 2. Definitely a great little gem of a bar.
New York City is renown for its Irish Pubs and the authenticity of their atmosphere. Denny's Pub captures it brilliantly with Kareoke on Fridays, and familiar faces every day. If you're transefering from the B67 to the G-tran or simply rambling through Church Ave @ McDonald consider it a landmark on you peregrination from here to there. Also, there's descent, friendly competition on the pool table, and, so I hear, they've rebooted their legendary Kareoke nights on a bi-monthly basis.
Bartenders are super nice and the service is great. Drinks are super affordable, there's a pool table and the owner is a wonderful person. The place is warm and welcoming, people are friendly and I enjoyed my visit every time. :)
Nice people, friendly bartenders, and staff. Great for hanging out as long as you buy their affordable beers and drinks, they do buybacks after x amounts of drinks have been purchased.They have a pool table, jukebox, Tv’s, lotto, karaoke on Fridays, and occasional free buffet at least 2-3 times a week. You will want to return anytime you get the chance it’s just that kind of place you want to be in especially if you’re from the area and just want to go and take a load off. I love Denny's! I am very glad that it is not the fast food chain. Instead, it's an amazing, cozy, entertaining, and affordable bar. Proudly served by Budweiser since 1876. Pool is Cool.
Solid "Old Man" dive bar. Authentic not ironic. Pool table and 70'-80's music on the sound system just loud enough. A friendly gregarious crowd. Good spot to start a bar crawl or end one or both!!
The ultimate "old man bar" in the neighborhood. The bar stools are always full of regulars, but they welcome everyone who walks in. A great jukebox, and a pool table. They don't have a kitchen, but it's easy to order anything you'd like (and I've brought in pizza for the group on more than one occasion!)
As someone who has lived in the area my entire life, I first visited Denny's just last year. Yes, it is a dive-ish bar and the crowd is diverse, but I've found it to be safe, whether I was there with one other girl or three, or even a mixed crowd. The bartenders are friendly and pour drinks with a fair hand. The beer is always cold and the jukebox is always ready for your money. It's a gorgeous old-time bar with wood interiors, a bit of an Irish feel, some stained glass and more. I hate this saying, but it is what it is. And yes, no food, except for I did hear that early enough during the evening, they do offer various bar foods for free.
Cash only and the ATM they have in the bar doesn’t work. Other than that, the people are cool.

They good great happy hour specials, I believe it's buy one get the other for free and they have a pool table. However, this place is a hole in the wall if you don't mind a strange smell, shady characters and old guys with no teeth hitting on you then this is the place for you....Enjoy lol
