Avis sur Uni Thai Bistro Brooklyn
I have been coming to this place for over a year with my brother, and the overall experience has been fantastic. Authentic Thai food, kind service, and a relaxed spot to chill. The place is small yet cozy, though it might be convenient to consider take out ordering. I have personally lived in Thailand myself, and the flavors here are comparable to many of the outstanding food markets I had the chance to stop by (some of them holding the famous Michelin star). We found fascinating that every dish in the menu has something to offer, but in my humble opinion, you will never go wrong with their Khao Soi Gai (you need to enjoy spicy flavors too). A true hidden gem in Brooklyn, and one of our favorite restaurants in town.
This was by far the best Thai food I have ever tasted. They rocked my socks off with their home made original flavors and style that surpassed and exceeded all expectations! Their fried banana with coconut syrup and sugary flakes was to die for. Uni Thai Bistro is innovative, clean and considerate of the customer experience, so much so, we left with the love of the people whom worked so beautifully together to make our time there; worth it! If you haven’t already visited and tasted this delectable cuisine, don’t wait…take a trip there today!
A nice hole in the wall/ mom & pop shop. I love the taste of Thai here and for its price, you can’t beat that. Staff is very nice. Very small place but wouldn’t wanna change anything from this place. Hope that this place stays forever and I’ll always come here for comfort Thai food! Lunch specials are great as it comes with spring rolls. Overall it’s amazing!
Cure little neighborhood spot. The fried chicken wings were absolutely fantastic! The khao soi gai was really delicious. The Mongolian beef was really good as well
Delicious thai food! We had spicy basil chicken fried rice and southern fried chicken served with Jasmine rice. Both the dishes had beautiful flavors and we absolutely loved the taste. The portion size was not sufficient compared to the price but overall experience was great!
Great Panang curry with mock duck. Just enough spice that it heats your mouth but not hot enough to make it unbearable to eat. The Thai Iced Tea was good too. The Chicken curry puff was spicy but good. Went back and got the Cheese Wontons. It was really good. They have 3 tables (that seats 2 people) inside and one large table (that seats 4 people) outside. The tables are numbered with QR Codes so that you can order straight from the table.
I always like to try different places in my area and since I love thai food I figured I would give this place a try for lunch. This place is so small and cute that you wouldn't even notice it if you pass by. I got treated warmly by the staff when I walked in, the food came out fast and the overall appearance of the restaurant is very clean. I ordered the Fried Chive Cake and the Garlic Noodles with Shrimp. The food was so delicious that I didn't leave anything on my plates. They have a pretty decent sized menu and and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely stop by again.
The lady in the front is so nice. Also I think they can use more outdoor spot and clean up a little outside. There is a car permanently parked there…. Maybe paint it up a little haha The food is delicious but can use just a little less salt. I like the wings and spring roll. It’s a great spot to dine but limited to one outdoor table. I would put a few more outside. Inside is small btw. Service is great. Zero complaints.
Delicious! I got Tom Kha soup, Pineapple fried rice, Thai fried rice, Lemon Thai iced tea and Lava cake. So yummy and fresh! I came in to place an order. It was ready shortly, and they are so friendly! Highly recommend to try! Only soy sauce was missing. It would be nice to have it as an add-on!
Exceptionally delicious Thai food here. Everything we ordered was super flavorful and fresh. Easily our new go to spot for Thai food. Probably the best I’ve ever had up to this point. Just do it!
Very lovely dining experience with my husband! The food was delicious - everything tasted like an authentic home-cooked meal. We met Kai who was very nice and took great care of us. We’ve been to a couple of Thai places but they do not compare! Can’t wait to eat here again :)
The panang curry (we had one shrimp and one beef) was exceptional. Vegetables were very fresh and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. There are three tables with two chairs each up front to dine-in. We would make this our go-to spot if we lived here.
Very authentic Thai food with exceptionally and a good atmosphere. The pad Thai shrimp was perfectly and the dumplings was delicious. 🤩 Incredible food incredible service. I absolutely be back Uni Thai again !!!
Great Thai food! Definitely more authentic than a lot of Thai restaurants you find in NYC.. The place is quaint and small but very cozy and cute.
From the main course, I have tried the basil fried rice and it is amazing. I have also tried many of the appetizers and they are super fresh and delicious. Don’t even get me started on the staff, they are super friendly and give amazing energy when you go to the restaurant or even when you call for pick up❤️🤌🏽 The indoor seating is very homey and decorated with the various cultural pieces!!
This thai place is good. Noodles on point and shrimp is good. Squid is also delious. Lemon thai tea is refreshing. Only thing were the mussels aren’t fresh and tasted bad.

I usually get take out here and it’s just great Thai food. I go for the noodles or fried rice and I have not been dissatisfied with any single one of those dishes. I remember having the flu one time, felt terrible for so long. I decided to get the wonton soup and that lifted my spirits. You can tell these people truly love making food and it shows in their dishes.

I have found my new Thai restaurant! It's a small space with small tables to seat up to six, but the food is exactly as it should be. Delicious, fresh vegetables. Menu is not marked gluten free, but they can accommodate. The Vegetable Red Curry was a bowl warm, spicy hug I needed served with a generous cone of rice. My dining partner's Vegetable Pad Thai must have been enjoyable because it quickly vanished, leaving behind a satisfied grin. We are making plans for lunch.

Three stars for the flavor and fast delivery! However, while the portion size is fine for the price, the amount of protein for the dishes were underwhelming. It's 90% noodles 10% meat. Ordered the duck noodles and it came with a only a few pieces of duck.

Tried them thru uber eats. Didn’t taste authentic but it was ok. That said with so many other Thai places in Brookyn I wouldn’t order here again. It’s prob fine for casual Thai eaters that don’t like it very spicy or fishy as proper Thai food should be. I do like my Thai very spicy / fishy and I’m pretty picky when it comes to Thai food. give it a try if you prefer touristy Thai.
