Outstanding atmosphere great people great place. Good prices. Free popcorn free hotdogs. Stop by I am here.
the men that play pool here are possibly the worst i’ve ever met in my life but the bartender jess is a wonderful upside to that. she makes the best drinks and connects the patrons. the bar is beautiful, rustic and fairly priced as well.
This is a wonderful, dog friendly neighborhood bar. The drinks are good. They have free popcorn, some bar food and games. Fun place for a drink and hanging out with 🐶
Love it! Great cocktails and cool vibe Been living here for two years now and so happy to finally find a decent place that is close and is THAT good!

one of my favorite dive bars in bushwick! bartenders are always friendly and attentive, free popcorn and hot dogs (no veg alternative unfortunately, but it's free so I'm not that pressed), and they just put in a pool table too. now that the weather is getting nicer I'm excited to use the backyard space more. also if I'm not mistaken their PBR drafts are only $3. love ya fine time!
Perfect classic little dive bar with a huge back patio. The bartenders are so friendly, the drinks are cheap, and there’s a real neighborhood feel with Negronis on tap and free popcorn. I love u Fine Time <3
Favorite bar I've been to! Great backyard, there were cute dogs present (always a plus), free popcorn (who thought to put Old Bay on it?? Amazing idea), and great drinks! Get the purple margarita, it tastes like purple Nerds.
I appreciate this bar for it's cozyness, awesome back yard experience, and decent selection of beers and drinks. I loved that they had Ballast Point's Victory at Sea on tap as it's one of my favorite beers and shows that they know how to appease a variety of beer drinkers from those who just keep it simple with pilsners and ales to those who enjoy something a little more crafty and flavorful. It's never too crowded either so it makes for a nice spot to actually have conversation with a group. To top everything off they have complimentary popcorn which is a great aspect of the place. Overall, it's a nice spot that's worth a stop by for a few drinks and some popcorn.
Cozy in the front, so much room in the back area. Music was varied in a good way. Always popcorn in the machine, even when it’s empty ;) I didn’t ask for dogs but I’m sure they would have given me some if I asked the staffs really chill like that & the peeps there were too the pool table is great I love it there.
Very no-frills neighborhood dive with pretty good prices and cool staff. Pool table is eh. But free popcorn and hot dogs!
my favorite bar in bushwick. free popcorn and hot dogs. and $3 PBRs. sign me up.
Had a fine time there. No more free hot dogs but they still have free pop corn. A bit pricier than most dives in the area, but may be worth it for the ambiance. Large back yard, corn hole, oversized Jenga, friendly staff, two relatively clean unisex restrooms. Definitely giver the place a try.
Great venue! I was having drinks with a friend and when I left to go to the bathroom, a drunk man approached my friend and started aggressively hitting on her. Our male bartender (regretfully I don't know his name, but I appreciate him) had been keeping an eye out and talked him into leaving us alone. Will be coming back!
I love that little lesbian that works there

I brought my service dog here and they boiled him and served him free with my beer

A pleasant dive with free hot dogs with every drink purchase. Even as a vegetarian I can appreciate that! Great place to treat thirsty friends with an abundance of dogs! Staff is always nice and on point. Popcorn machine is a classic and always a great addition to a good spot.
Fine Time is just that, a fine time! It’s definitely the definition of a dive bar but if you’re looking for a place to chill or hang with friends this is the place. They have a great back year that is a pretty decent size, cheap drafts and fun cocktails, as well as free hot dogs and popcorn. One of the bartenders there, she has this two tone hair (like rouge from x-men) is such a pleasure. I always strike up a fun and interesting conversation with her and I’ve stayed late to see her handle big groups like a champ! I’ve met some of my closest friends at this bar, from their trivia nights to drag bingos. It is dirty and sticky in places, sure but again what dive bar isn’t?

first bar in nyc (that's a lie i've been here more than 24 hours which means i've hit at least 24 bars). as the name suggests the trivia is fine. they were out of popcorn.

Went here for trivia with some friends. Place had great vibes. Except for the female bartender. She was super rude to me and my friends for no reason. Like everytime we interacted she ended up being angry? Totally brought down the vibes. Maybe it was an off night for her or something but I was here with friends from out of town and it wasnt a great impression of Brooklyn.
I want to start by saying that the place itself is genuinely nice, it actually reminded me a lot of my favorite bar back in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. The bartender who served us provided extremely poor service. She was rude, dismissive, and at times it genuinely felt like we were being treated differently because of our accent. From the very first interaction, her tone was condescending. When we ordered our first round, there was immediate confusion about opening a tab, and the way she spoke to me made me feel belittled for simply asking a basic question. As the night went on, the contrast in her behavior became even more noticeable. While she was friendly and attentive with other customers, we were consistently ignored, even while sitting directly in front of the bar with empty glasses clearly in view. When we tried to order again, I had to get her attention, and she made visible expressions of disgust on more than one occasion. There was also repeated confusion with our tab, which led to several awkward moments where she again spoke to us as if we were incapable of understanding something simple. The final interaction was the most disrespectful. When we asked for the check, she walked in front of us without looking at us or saying anything past us and she basically threw it on the counter. As I person that work in costumer service and has been a bartender, if you cannot treat all customers with basic respect, especially those with accents, you should not be working in customer service, and certainly not behind a bar. What made this experience especially painful is that this is a neighborhood I know well and feel connected to. To walk into a familiar place and feel singled out and treated differently, while everyone around us was treated warmly, was deeply upsetting.

NOT A FINE TIME!!! They are extremely strict about how drinks are ordered and who orders them, the bartenders are rude, the popcorn machine is always empty, there are in fact, NO hot dogs available with your drink, the inside is dirty (and not in a fun way). Go somewhere else for a finer time.
