Avis sur George's Latin American Bistro Brooklyn
The passion fruit drink is sooo good‼️ Definitely worth $4.50 for a large size.
A quick spot but a place for some great eats. I usually get Oatmeal from here but they have other things that are my favorites.
Best Puerto Rican food been going there for over 20 years.
Coming to visit family out here in Brooklyn my wife and I normally visit this restaurant. Every visit the food has been nothing less than great and the service is A+.
Hit this spot up before work for 9 am and when I tell you the food was great, the food was great. I’m not indulging in meat for the month of August however I will return for it. I ordered the Grits, scrambled eggs and toast. It was very delicious, fresh and served fast. I enjoyed everything down to the service. The server was so attentive and responsive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ spot is a big recommendation. So I used to work in the area years back and remember going to spot that has been replaced by a college in the area, upon checking I found out Georges was the spot. Nothing had changed, taste, quality, service, literally everything. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served.
Some of the closest to authentic Mexican cuisine I’ve had in NYC. Spice up your burrito, quesadilla, steak or chicken with a side of tomatillo sauce, sour cream and some extra queso fresco. Although I didn’t quite understand how service works in this joint, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff is greatly appreciated as they will make sure to make you feel at home. If you live around the neighborhood, make sure to stop here every now and then, food is great, cheap and good for winter gut stuffing.
In person great. You have to watch & make sure you don't get alot of rice or dried out meat. Could give more beans
Looking for breakfast and found this place. It had grits on the menu and i was sold. Food was good but they only gave 2 little breakfast sausage links.
I wanted to like it because The people there were really nice… but honestly the food wasn’t that good! I’ve had way better Spanish food, other places and won’t be going back there. sorry.
The food here was so damn bland and awful and I literally went with a Dominican friend who was ashamed that this place was representing Caribbean Latin food.
These are different owners as I used to go here most of my life and moved out of the neighborhood long ago, but always went back to eat there with my children. The food was totally bland and the roast pork had no flavor whatsoever it seemed to be undercook. The rice itself was so dry and no flavor. The previous owners definitely had the best food there is nothing to brag about. Totally disappointed won't be buying there anymore. The fountain flavored drink was too sweet definitely not worth my money.
Very filthy. They never clean the tables and floors. The food are expensive and not so good at all. Prices goes higher and higher which should be lowered by the food quality they sell. The waitresses are very nosy and expect too much from costumers. Constant gospel music playing. Am I in a church restaurant or a Hispanic restaurant? Keep the gospel music on your own time and personal life, not on the costumers who has to sit through it. It doesn't make sense to play gospel music in a Hispanic restaurant. Stop jacking up the price because they literally ripping people off. Elsewhere is cheaper compared to them. They really need to clean up their act.
Food horrible. My husband and I went here to grab a quick bite. Chicken was burnt. pieces so thin you can see through them. French fries have no taste under cook. Prices don’t match what on menu. And they charge a service fee plus demand tip on top . We won’t ever return here again.
I’ve been here a few times and they said my friend My Friend I don’t understand what that means but by the time I finish eating, it was OK. It was the greatest. She said at a $21 bill she wants me to give her $10 tip and she wants me to give her $10 for her birthday which is every day Both Women are the same so I come here now once every a few months with a nasty attitude and say stop calling me you’re my friend because That’s all they think about is money, but it is pricey. I gotta look for another place in like everyone says not tasty.
First time visiting here. I purchased a small thing of oatmeal. The oatmeal was filled with a lot of margarine ! Oatmeal is suppose to have a light sweet buttery taste. Too much margarine. I could barely eat it. I hope this doesn’t hurt my stomach. It’s sad you spend money to eat decent and you get served with garbage.
