What a wonderful place! My wife and I had the pleasure to stumble upon this place yesterday for lunch. We couldn't be more pleased with the new addition to the neighborhood. Everything we had was amazing and the staff is excellent! Everything here is quality. The food is clean and delicious and the matcha latte was a work of art. We look forward to going back to try the rest of the menu.

Always amazing food, coffee and service. Sat down for some brunch and coffee and loved the heated outside area! We got our order quickly and it was so tasty. I like to order the seasonal salad and absolutely love their mocha!! Shakshuka, pitas, bagel, everything is so flavorful! Thanks Greta!!

Best Breakfast and cappuccino! Super friendly baristas, making sure everybody’s vaxxed. Beautiful outdoor sitting, felt extremely safe sitting outside. Cappuccino was spot on, and highly recommend the Greta Breakfast.

My favorite place in the area for Breakfast, their menu is absolutely delicious and everything’s fresh, the two Baristas who work here, Kevin and Christina, are super friendly, neat and just lovely ! I really recommend this place

Great neighborhood spot for Israeli breakfast! I’d highly recommend the Greta breakfast. Eggs are perfect sunny over bed of crispy potatoes. You can dip your bread in the egg or the labne. That Israeli salad is fresh and light. Next time I want to check out the breakfast burrito /wrap. Saw ppl order it looked delicious. Seating is mostly outdoors. But it’s inside a canopy and heated. Very kids/family friendly. Sell coffee beverages too. No bathroom, only employees but employees are nice and let you use it. Tipping starts at 15%. Highly recommend.

Great coffee! They roast their own beans. I tried their iced flat white and the espresso held up to the milk with a strong coffee flavor and brightness to it. They have 4 seats indoors (no laptops) and mostly outdoor seating.

Very easily could have had the best matcha of my life here, perfectly balanced. The chicken shawarma wrap was very good and satisfying and egg sandwich didn’t disappoint either. Overall Greenpoint is lucky to have a cafe that has such great quality. The cafe itself is quite small but there is some outdoor seating (for now). I will absolutely plan to make it back here in the future. (UPDATED) - We went back to Greta and yet again the food and the drinks were of a high quality, how lucky you would be to live close to this place.

$22 spent for a breakfast sandwich and a matcha latte were well worth the price. The staff gave a great description of the dishes and made a recommendation that was exactly what I was looking for, they read me like a book. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the dishes that they offer soon.

Came here for lunch on a Friday during my lunch break. Outside seating is cute, spacious, and well heated. Got to sit next to a well behaved dog which was a plus. I ordered Greta’s Breakfast inside and the food came out rather quickly. Absolutely fresh and delicious. Healthy without leaving you hungry or … cold like after you eat a salad when you really want something hot. I love fried eggs more than anything so two of those was a plus. Normally I view potatoes as a waste of time and space (sorry!) but these were melt in your mouth and spiced deliciously. With the labneh and egg yolk, it was one of my favorite bites of the year so far. And for a crisp contrast - a refreshing portion of Israeli salad with red bell pepper in addition to the usual tomato and cucumber which I thought was a nice twist. And last but not least, what I turned into edible utensils, the toasted pita with zatar. Mmm! Such a lovely combination of flavors and a rainbow of bites for lunch or breakfast. So satisfied and definitely coming back to eat my way through the rest of the menu. Staff is super friendly as well. :)))

My favorite healthy breakfast in the area!!! So far I tried chia pudding, some cold fish sandwich and butternut squash soup. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Fair prices :) fast service. Plus very good matcha

Visited this while visiting the area and was happy we did! I had the chicken pesto sandwich which was delicious. I didn’t know but I was the first person to give it a try! The owner Karen came and asked my thoughts. Not only did it make me feel valued it showed how much she cared about her food and her business. Their coffee was also great. If you want a local place with kind people and good food this is the place to go. Plus they have a great outdoor seating section.

This is a cute neighborhood cafe perfect for a light breakfast or lunch. We came in the morning and sat outside. The heaters in the enclosed seating area were very warm so the high 50’s didn’t bother us at all. The yogurt bowl was wonderful with house made granola. We also had a breakfast sandwich which was really nice and filling. The americanos were made to perfection. Will definitely be back when in this part of Greenpoint.
