Ordered steak nachos. Steak needs to be cooked more. Steak was soggy.

I wanted to try this place for a while so I came here after a particularly long day at work to grab something quick and easy. I ordered the cheese flautas, which, while on the more expensive side, seemed to at least come with a lot of add-ons like rice and beans. It took 40 minutes…for a dish that takes maybe 15 to prepare anywhere else. They were just okay, same as the rice and beans, except for one issue: one of the four flautas, for some reason, was a chicken flauta. I’m a vegetarian and have been for 6 years. Don’t go here.

i got carnitas nachos ($16!) and the “carnitas” were so fatty i lost my appetite. like, literally 90% fat. also do not resemble carnitas at all. idk that this is but it was gross and overpriced. overall soggy too. i’m actually depressed about how bad the nachos were

Its sad to write a bad review for this place cause I actually like the food but the prices are crazy to me and they be upcharging on top of that. A burrito is $17 on the menu n when I went last night the guy charges me $20 I said but its $17 on the menu he goes its tax.. mind you I'm paying cash so its no card fees either and I'm standing here thinking well if ny sales tax 8.8% that would be $1.50 on $17 bringing my total to 18.50 not $20 so technically you are charging double the tax rate… raise your prices, that's fine. But don't be lying about your costs to my face like that. Its just disrespectful.

delivery used to be quick and great..tonite i sat on my stoop for 10 minutes watching the 16 yr old delivery guy look at his phone wondering where he should deliver to while my house number lingered clearly above my head, as if he had just been teleported to nyc from another planet.

I don’t want to be mean or anything but I ordered food at 6:57pm. And got my food at 8pm. That’s honestly way way too much. I would’ve appreciated if they just told me they couldn’t make it.

although the staff were quite friendly, the service was really slow, it took about 40 minutes to receive my food ( a soup & just one taco ). Another thing was that the food was not good, i kept checking my food after i felt small pieces of bones in the soup ( which isn’t supposed to have any ) & after i found a piece of pineapple in my soup, i know mistakes happen in the kitchen but its not a coincidence i found a hair in my soup after. Never going back !

Mole de panza have a horrible smell Tacos were saggy no flavor at all come on people for ( $58 dollars for tripe soup, and 5 tacos I was expecting something better( they miss one taco in my order)

Food taste is good however, 1/5 times, the food arrived over 1.5 hours after ordered on seamless. If you want to eat here I recommend going in person. Ordering for delivery, you will be waiting for a loooong time. not only does the food arrive cold since its been waiting for a while, but the people that work here can can care less and will hang up the phone when you call to check up. They mark the food as delivered on seamless despite the food still being at the restaurant.
