Excellent cocktails even if you're not a fan of whiskey like me! The barman definitely knows what is doing and can give you great advice and explanations if you're hesitating with the long list of cocktails and whiskeys.

Whoa this bar in brooklyn is LEGIT. 150 different whiskies and great service. Right now im sipping on a 'White Talied Buck' - one of the 13 or so specialty cocktails that um dyin to explore. There are plenty of bars in the borough but this is 'Brooklyns Finest'. Check up on it!

Really nice and comfortable setup. Me and the Mrs. hung out at this place on a rainy Friday evening, perfect weather and ambience for some whiskey cocktails.. It's a perfect place to be if you enjoy beer as well and they have a nice selection of beers on draft from Pilsners to IPA's.. My wife had 2 cocktails... Old fashioned and Ned Stark, both whiskey based drinks... She did not enjoy Ned Stark so much and kept complaining that it was sweet (or she was just drunk)... The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and provided excellent quality of service. Extremely friendly and welcoming people too! With 2 whiskeys and 3 beers, our tab was $45.

One of my favorite cocktail bars in New York overall. Gary and Jake were amazing to be around. My favorites include the Jon Snow and Ned Stark. If I lived near here, I would be a regular here. I highly recommend it.

Personable staff and very well tuned atmosphere. You can bring a crew to get fired up for the night or bring your laptop or book and hang out. Either way you’ll be served a quality drink: They make a mean Manhattan to boot.

My absolute favorite bar in the neighborhood. It has wonderful ambience with the nicest staff, repeat customers (which is always a good sign!) and dogs. My favorite thing to do is work there with a glass of wine and enjoy their music!

I've been coming here for years. Every person that works at Moonlight is nice, polite, and entertaining, not to mention the cocktails are literally the best I've ever had (get the Moonlight and the Jon Snow, extra spicy). I've brought friends, family, and co-workers here and everyone is blown away by the drinks and the vibe. If you're in Greenpoint, you have to stop in!

Funny story...we walk by all the time and finally decided to enter. To our surprise it's a whiskey bar. We decided to try another bar AND Gary literally chased after us and asked us what was wrong. When explained, Gary took the time to show us around and GUARANTEE that we would like our drinks. Gary came with the drinks and they were excellent. Gary resulted to be the owner. That attention to detail and customer service is what makes any establishment and The Moonlight Mile has both. Go.

get a drink and buy the one dollar cheese sandwich. take said sandwich home, throw it on the grill and *boom*....solid restaurant-quality grilled cheese. the bar is great, good whiskey, beer and other alcohol selection. good spot for a night cap!

Best neighborhood bar in greenpoint hands down. They have a great beer selection and so many whiskeys. Always playing good rock and roll music. It's an even better summertime bar with outside seating and big windows that open up

Really nice hip, swanky spot. Bartenders are passionate about their jobs. A good craft beer list and lots of bourbons to try from. They also project old concert performances on the wall. Good place to hang for a cocktail and unwind.

Decent drinks and interesting combinations but I found them a bit too expensive for the size/booze. They also only had outdoor seating and it was absolutely freezing that day; some sort of heating devices would be nice to have.

Dont come here with a big group. We were here last Saturday an hour before closing with a group of 8 people and the bartender literally yelled at us 3 times to move to separate tables. Said we were blocking the pathway to the bar - we weren't and the bar was mostly empty. Drinks are mediocre at best.
