I recently visited this jewelry store and it was an amazing experience. The store was well designed and immaculately clean. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable right away. Most importantly, the jewelry in the store was stunning. Each piece was unique and intricately crafted. I was blown away by the attention to detail visible in every piece. Was strolling down 13th Ave and came across this nice looking store. First of all the selection is huge and the prices are amazing. They have knowledge of every item and going out of their way to find you the right fit and match. The staff was extremely funny and friendly and outgoing. Definitely a place to shop for that gift!

Generally, I love shopping in this store, super great selection and very helpful workers. Never had an issue till yesterday, when I walked in and asked for a nisska comb to replace my old one. The lady's snarkly comment....asking me which comb... oh for nits??? There is still such a thing as nits and lice around here...? She gave a snarky grin with a pinch... oh... I didn't know nits and lice is still an issue.... Well!! NO! Nits and lice does NOT have to be an issue... BUT maybe I'm onto of keeping my kids heads clean and your derogatory snarky face and comments to good customers should never have taken place especially when store was full! I hope this worker gets fired!!
