Veggies is a staple in the neighborhood that I just keep coming back to, and a black-owned business. Been coming for years, and the smoothies never disappoint. Everything is fresh and delicious, the patties are to die for. Will keep coming back!

1st time purchase was definitely a great experience the trini young lady very well manner. The drink she made for me due to what I expressed to her about my health definitely felt great throughout the day. I'm gonna get a next one today. Happy life healthy life as well please make sure to put good things in your body as often as u can.

That lady complaining about music in the reviews needs to mind her damn business

Great service. The juices are made fresh in front of you. On the wall are descriptions of each juice and there good for. A bit on the expensive side depending on who you ask but the price what right to me. It's fresh fruit and veggie juice! And they sell patties (vegan only).The patties are delicious. I had the v9 juice comes in large size only and was $9.75 (or around the price). It was wonderful.

Neighborhood spot. Support local shop owners. Woman behind the counter helped me a couple times when I was describing some digestive issues. Also every time I’ve been on here she’s been wearing a mask in regards to another review I read. Juices aren’t over priced and they have really good little empanada type things. All veggies look fresh and place is clean. And it’s black owned. So again please support the neighborhood!

Wide assortment of unique juices and smoothie blends. I love the green lemonade and the pampanana smoothie. Great patty selection- ackee is my favorite. I really like their tonic for a mid day pick me up made from natural plants and herbs.

The juices are great and the staff is friendly. When, I've ordered food from Veggies, it's been very tasty. The Salmon and the Lentil patties are my favorite snacks. The decor could use a little tweaking but, that's minor. Good casual places to stop, and nurture your body, is important to me.

I had a jerk plantain patty and that was thee Bomb!!! Oh my goodness. It was so flaky and sweet with a little spice. I enjoyed every bite. The drink I ordered was a tropical smoothie of some sort. It was okay. I expected it to be sweet and it was meh. I was not really satisfied with the smoothie. The servers were pretty okay as well. The woman there seemed like it was a long day for her and I felt a bit rushed. However, the guy was pretty cool and friendly. Overall, the patties I would probably go back for, if I was in the mood. They were pretty pricey.

I’m giving 3 stars because the younger girl that was making the smoothies yesterday wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves 😷 Otherwise, not during a pandemic, this place is amazing. The most delicious patties!! Smoothies & juices as well- FYI they don’t put ice in your juices. Plus it’s a Black owned business. They need all the support. But please wear masks and gloves when making the smoothies!

To the owner: you constantly play loud music from your shop speaker into the street (from Sunday mornings to frequently midnights), with unfortunately no regard for your local community around you. We have kindly asked you to turn down the music, you responded rudely, told us to wear noise-canceling headphones at our own homes (!), even questioned our right to live here, even though many of us have lived here much longer than you've been here. You claim your business is about caring and promoting healthy living, including mental health, but when asked to cooperate with your neighbors, you only showed disdain and mockery. Is your business bottom line really worth compromising all your values? Then why did you come to our community and start a health shop in the first place? If you can finally find it in your heart to show some empathy and keep your music at shop level. (Very concretely, just place your speaker not right by the door and/or simply point it away from the door. Not too much to ask, is it?). Let's all work together to make this community more livable for everyone -- Thank you

This summer, the juice bar started playing very loud music all day, blasting from a big speaker by the door. We, the neighbors, have politely asked to lower the music. Unfortunately, once the topic is raised, the owner shows no understanding, claiming that it's his business and he can do what he wants. With no concern for his neighbors...that it's THEIR problem. To the owner: Please understand that we are a community and we all have to do our part to get along (including an elderly sick woman who needs her rest). We have no ill feelings towards you, the bar and want you to succeed. But please consider being a good neighbor, and lower the music so we all can live in harmony. (once you have addressed the issue, we're happy to remove this review and will be looking forward to frequent your business again)
