Just wish owner never would had sold levelland store and brought LJ back to levelland and did same thing tha. But anywho it's worth the drive to Brown Town 😀😁🧐👍🏿

Super friendly staff, and it was convenient to have fried chicken and fish in the same place for our group.

This place is by far one of the cleanest, friendliest, well managed places, Tina was very helpful, curious, and just an all around wonderful person, she really made my wife and I visit here very enjoyable. The whole staff was very nice and they greeted everyone who came in like VIP which means great customer service throughout the whole staff which tells me it is run with great management. Tina went above and beyond even letting us take a picture with her in it. Thanks goes to all employees at this location.

It was really fast really clean and the staff was awesome we had a large order of 3 families and got it out fast the only problem I had was the men's bathroom was slick but I think that was because of the type of tile on the floor

Employees were pleasant and attentive. Food was hot and ready in less than 5 minutes! And accuracy of our order was on point as well.

We have a Long Johns in Lubbock it’s nasty. The girl at the counter Bianca was so nice and helpful, major plus for the company she is. The fish was delicious not greasy tasting, the Cole slaw was spot on and I devoured six hush puppies myself. We left smiling and full.

Very clean and fast service. The food was really good and you could tell they use fresh oil to cook with.

Had to wait for 20 minutes for chicken unfortunately they prepared sides after I ordered and when I got home the coleslaw was warm and mashed potatoes and were warm

We drove in from Levelland to eat and we were extremely pleased with quick and friendly service. Food was good as well nothing burned like the other ones we have been to. The only down side was Long John's menu was very minimal. We will definitely go back.

They were k- need to work on communication- when ppl r ordering on drive thur an when paying! They rush u! Take ur money an give u ur food an close window an just leave u talking there by URSELF! They don't give any napkins- NOTHING😞. THEY JUST IGNORE U! I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE- MAYBE THEY WERE JUST HAVING A BAD DAY. THANK U

Love their fish, and this is a nice, clean place, as opposed to so many of the LJS places. I wish their main company would sell to somebody who would take care I their restaurants. The big company seems determined to go broke.

Would have given it a better review, but for the second time in a row the famous bowl I got the chicken was old and the biscuit was Stale and there were only two fountain drinks working not my first choice to return there.

It’s fine. Food took forever. Wasn’t that good. Mean people.

We found long John silvers because some of the other restaurants in this town looked a little sketchy. We made the unfortunate decision to go right after church let out on Sunday. It seemed to be filled with hard working farmers and their families. I have never been somewhere where people had so many children. Each couple in there had a minimum of 6 children. I was quite impressed at the breeding going on in this town. The lady at the counter taking orders was a little grumpy but there must have been 35 kids in the restaurant at the time, the food was a little lack luster, and the environment there was chaotic.

Gave a 3 instead of a one cause my boyfriend’s food was good for the most part. The hush puppies on both orders were hard as a rock. My shrimp were slightly warm and so shriveled up and dry on the inside of the batter from being there in the warmer awhile I guess. Didn’t eat them cause I’m not gonna risk getting sick from older seafood. The mashed potatoes with gravy were super amazing tho. The fried fish tasted pretty fresh and flaky. Soda was nice and refreshing. It was cool you can mix items from both menus in a combo. The inside of the stir is super cool because it’s 2 restaurants so it’s basically decorated split down the middle. Pretty neat.

The fish tasted like the chicken and the hush puppies tasted like KFC chicken and the KFC chicken was old and tasted like the fish. Your not supposed to deep fry chicken and fish together nor KFC and long John's together. Drinks were good though

I was the only person in there, Took a long time to get my order, when I got back to my RV the chicken was extremely greasey and cold you couldn't even eat it, took it back, they told me there was nothing they could do, left it on the counter, I was born and raised there, moved many years ago but travel back a lot, will never eat there again.

The food was horrible and tasted very stale, threw it away afraid they would give me more of the same old food. Avoid at all cost.

I’m went into order and I’m watching them make someone’s food and I watched them drop a nugget on the dirty counter and then pick it back up and put it in the box of food they just made for someone how disgusting is that💯

They charged me three for my meal and when I tried calling 10 mind you I get a recording that’s no way to run a business

Food was old. Workers were more worried about the drama going on and their cell phones than the customers.

Customer service goes a long way.. this Hispanic lady working the counter ( I will disclose name later). Insisted I go elsewhere because I arrived 10 minutes early… once I told her I would wait she slammed the window and proceeded to the kitchen as if she was upset that I wouldn’t leave.. I can understand if I was 30 minutes to an hour early, but 10 minutes was no way to be getting upset about… I was informed that a few days prior the same employee had gotten upset about a customer’s order that she proceeded to cus the situation in front of all customers… very unprofessional.. I would advise putting her in the back because no telling how many customers she’s lost

The door was locked. The girl working there came to the door and was very rude. She said the store was already closed even though their hours said they should be open. There were 6 cars still in the drive thru when I left. They never even bothered to tell anyone they were closed or turn the drive thru lights off. Will never go there again.
