Honestly, this place is a lot better than most of the fast food choices around Brownfield. Never had my order messed up and the food is always fresh.

I can't even begin to explain to anyone how much I love Long John silver's in Kentucky fried Chicken their life together here myself and Diego he love it 💯

Always a great place to eat. Fast service and the ladies working there are extremely courteous and friendly. One of my favorite places to stop and grab a quick bite. I wish all restaurants were like this!!!!!!

This is the only LJS I ever go to in this part of West Texas. The ones in bigger towns are pretty unpredictable, but the food is consistently good here

There was only two ladies working but food was fresh we really appreciated those ladies.. ljs hasn't been our place of choicee lately so I'm glad those ladies made our experience good..

This place has amazing people that work here me and my family stopped on our way back from lubbock our food came fast I went to get it and the tray gave out on one side dropped all the food they replaced it the minute they saw it fell no questions asked 10/10 I was so embarrassed but they made it so much better

My go to place for fish and chicken we lost our KFC and Long John Silvers they both shut down in our small town so 1 hour and half drive to brownfield and back is worth it! The restaurants are combined clean and very friendly and they have specials online also.

I love Long John's, but dont have one near home. Stopped here on my trip back and was glad I did. Good food? Sure! But the restaurant was incredibly clean! The girl working there was friendly. It was a great lunch stop!

Super friendly staff, and it was convenient to have fried chicken and fish in the same place for our group.

This place is by far one of the cleanest, friendliest, well managed places, Tina was very helpful, curious, and just an all around wonderful person, she really made my wife and I visit here very enjoyable. The whole staff was very nice and they greeted everyone who came in like VIP which means great customer service throughout the whole staff which tells me it is run with great management. Tina went above and beyond even letting us take a picture with her in it. Thanks goes to all employees at this location.

This place is by far one of the cleanest, friendliest, well managed places, Tina was very helpful, curious, and just an all around wonderful person, she really made my wife and I visit here very enjoyable. It was really fast really clean and the staff was awesome we had a large order of 3 families and got it out fast the only problem I had was the men's bathroom was slick but I think that was because of the type of tile on the floor

The manager is really friendly the restaurant is clean it's in a small town and of course I love Long John Silver's and Kentucky Fried Chicken so the combination is good had a slight problem with a new young lady but then again she was new not knowing how to work the headset but the manager made it correct the only problem was if they got the food wrong but they fixed that also so as far as I'm concerned they're a very good restaurant

But I can't say the same thing for Kentucky Fried Chicken it was good. but they always get the order wrong my husband orders original and he got crispy

Had to wait for 20 minutes for chicken unfortunately they prepared sides after I ordered and when I got home the coleslaw was warm and mashed potatoes and were warm

We drove in from Levelland to eat and we were extremely pleased with quick and friendly service. Food was good as well nothing burned like the other ones we have been to. The only down side was Long John's menu was very minimal. We will definitely go back.

The restaurant is a combo KFC & Long John Silvers. LJSwas the only reason we stopped Long John's was shut down because fryer was broken.

This was a well kept and clean place. The food was good and the service was excellent. I'll be going back.

Love their fish, and this is a nice, clean place, as opposed to so many of the LJS places. I wish their main company would sell to somebody who would take care I their restaurants. The big company seems determined to go broke.

Would have given it a better review, but for the second time in a row the famous bowl I got the chicken was old and the biscuit was Stale and there were only two fountain drinks working not my first choice to return there.

We found long John silvers because some of the other restaurants in this town looked a little sketchy. We made the unfortunate decision to go right after church let out on Sunday. It seemed to be filled with hard working farmers and their families. I have never been somewhere where people had so many children. Each couple in there had a minimum of 6 children. I was quite impressed at the breeding going on in this town. The lady at the counter taking orders was a little grumpy but there must have been 35 kids in the restaurant at the time, the food was a little lack luster, and the environment there was chaotic.

Staying in town for the night and decided we hadn’t had long John’s in awhile so we stopped in. The employees were super nice, service was really good and quick. Gave a 3 instead of a one cause my boyfriend’s food was good for the most part. The hush puppies on both orders were hard as a rock. My shrimp were slightly warm and so shriveled up and dry on the inside of the batter from being there in the warmer awhile I guess. Didn’t eat them cause I’m not gonna risk getting sick from older seafood. The mashed potatoes with gravy were super amazing tho. The fried fish tasted pretty fresh and flaky. Soda was nice and refreshing. It was cool you can mix items from both menus in a combo. The inside of the stir is super cool because it’s 2 restaurants so it’s basically decorated split down the middle. Pretty neat.

Been wanting longjohns for a while. Don't have where I'm at. The one thing I really wanted was the hush puppies. Get back hotel. Got my 2 piece meat and no hush puppies.

The food was uncooked, and gave me the runs (just being honest) and the drive thru is horrible they always pull you up even if no one's behind you and take awhile to bring out your food and if you ask for sauce they "forget" to put it in the bag if you do happen to eat here double check your bag

It took a long time for my two orders, I wanted to buy two pieces of the same item but I couldn't and after the wait I got my orders found I was missing a piece.

Freaking out of ketchup, then made me pay when I asked for gravy. Come on have some customer service.

No ketchup, no paper towels in bathrooms, soda fountain not all working, no receipts debit card machine not working on one machine, one machine for drive through and dine in. The smell I the womens bathroom was god awful it smelled so bad!!!

Was not impressed at all by the old Shrimp and Fish, they were hard and dried out like they have been there since lunch Time and we were there around 5 pm. I am not looking forward to eating there anymore, the Staff were very friendly though.

The fish tasted like the chicken and the hush puppies tasted like KFC chicken and the KFC chicken was old and tasted like the fish. Your not supposed to deep fry chicken and fish together nor KFC and long John's together. Drinks were good though

They don't serve cocktail sauce at this location. They told me they weren't allowed to order it.

Food was overcooked! Chicken and fish, the chicken legs from KFC side were very tiny.

I was the only person in there, Took a long time to get my order, when I got back to my RV the chicken was extremely greasey and cold you couldn't even eat it, took it back, they told me there was nothing they could do, left it on the counter, I was born and raised there, moved many years ago but travel back a lot, will never eat there again.

The food was horrible and tasted very stale, threw it away afraid they would give me more of the same old food. Avoid at all cost.

I’m went into order and I’m watching them make someone’s food and I watched them drop a nugget on the dirty counter and then pick it back up and put it in the box of food they just made for someone how disgusting is that💯

They charged me three for my meal and when I tried calling 10 mind you I get a recording that’s no way to run a business

Customer service goes a long way.. this Hispanic lady working the counter ( I will disclose name later). Insisted I go elsewhere because I arrived 10 minutes early… once I told her I would wait she slammed the window and proceeded to the kitchen as if she was upset that I wouldn’t leave.. I can understand if I was 30 minutes to an hour early, but 10 minutes was no way to be getting upset about… I was informed that a few days prior the same employee had gotten upset about a customer’s order that she proceeded to cus the situation in front of all customers… very unprofessional.. I would advise putting her in the back because no telling how many customers she’s lost
