Always place my order via the website. I've never had a long wait time. Always done when the meter indicates it is. My food has always been made to my liking and exacty how requested. No complaints. Happy customer here. 😊

I went for lunch and though this wasn’t my usual Domino’s, the quality was just as good as my usual location. I had the two topping medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage and tried their new loaded tots. The tots were really good and definitely enjoyed those and would get them again. The pizza was the standard fare I expected and didn’t feel like they skimped on the toppings which is great. The only qualm really is the parking lot where the restaurant is located is a little tight and if you’re doing Carside pickup, it doesn’t seem like the staff will go more than a couple cars down before going back inside. at least that was my experience today.

Pizza was pretty good. Took the pizza guy 10 minutes just to walk it from the store to my car window, but other than that pretty good.

the driver is very rude and he doesn't know how to count money and he gave me back the wrong change and i had to let him know numerous of times that he gave me the wrong change but he wouldn't listen , then after 35 minutes he gave me the correct change then drove off and gave me the finger. i recommend you guys get a new driver.

Just what you'd expect from a pizza delivery. The order tracking options are superior, and I order here because I know what to expect and because I know I can easily know when my food has arrived.

Customer Service was good and employees were friendly. However it is in a horrible part of town. Very Ghetto! Homeless people waiting outside asking for change. Homeless people were staring thru the window watching me eat. Used syringe needles out in front. Make sure you lock your car!

Standard chain pizza that is competitively priced relative to similar brands. If you enjoy the Domino's taste, this location will deliver that for you in spades. The menu has diversified into other areas including pastas and salads, which provide options for those who want to branch out a bit into restaurant style dishes. There's a huge monitor which displays how long your wait time is, which is a welcome visual to make any wait more bearable. This particular location is also rather clean. However, there is a bathroom lock which requires a code to access. It can be annoying if you cannot get the attention of an employee to give you the pass key in a timely fashion. Also, the entrance door is on a doorbell buzzer which requires you to press a button and wait to be let into the establishment, something I've never witnessed at any fast casual or restaurant location. Personally I find these security measures a turn off, because accessibility should be a chain restaurant's primary concern behind punctuality and price.

U kinda never know what ur gonna get. Sometimes it's a little extra crispy almost burnt other times it's perfect. The lock on the door is what's extra annoying though. I mean, I get it's in a not so nice neighborhood but hire security. Don't make it a pain for customers to get OUT the establishment

made an order for delivery last night and they brought me wrong order. I called the store and was put on hold for over 20mins! So I had to drive from where I was accross town to the store to have my problem fixed. 3 stars because when I got there they didn’t know how to do anything but they helped fix my problem ig. They remade my food but it was still made wrong 😭 the owner was nice tho.

I saw someone post about this pizza and I immediately had to try it 😋. I purchased online a handmade pan pizza with steak, cheese blend, bacon, extra cheese and garlic parmesan cheese and paid when I got to the location. When I arrived, it was EMPTY and 2 workers. One walking into the back, cool, and the other finally am order so I waited but neither Is acknowledged me but both looked at me. So I walked all the way up to the counter and waited, finally the guy preparing an order said you here for a pickup? I said yes and he said ok and finished what he was doing I think in all I was there 3-4 mins. Finally got my pizza and got home, it looked good but I would have preferred it was cooked a look crisp and had more steak, it was very light. I might try it again but different location and LESS cheese.

Just ate there there wait time was short A+ but there bread for sandwich was sogy and not a lot meat in it at all with maybe a little more traing they can be better. All things considered A+ for timing D for food quality. Sorry Domino's

It's very clean but only two stars because of there uncomplance with orders regarding no cheese. I don't like the 1 mile delivery standerd. People with kids need delivery that live out side that ridiculous 1 mile.

Pizza wasn't all the way and then she put some kind of oil on it like you'd put on a ham sub. I just found it kind of disgusting that after my pizza was cook they had a put some type of oil on it and it was slimy and the cheese was not cooked all the way, I probably will not be ordering from there again ever but the customer service was excellent

I ordered a pizza for delivery due to me not having a car. I ordered a pizza with chicken, and hot sauce on it. It arrived quickly but there was no hot sauce. When I called, they tried to get me to return the pizza and make me pay for a new one. The person on the phone could barely understand me. Not ordering from this location again.

Their pizza quality is going down the hill. I ordered multiples times from this location. Today Pizza and wings tested the worse. Pizza tested sour, probably the sauce weren’t mixed properly. Wings were too soft as well.

This location used to be nice but recently, the workers became rude. I got up to my 60point and was ready to redeem my free pizza, Only for me to be charged $22 for it. I called the store and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and cut the call on me....

Definitely not the safest neighborhood. They had to buzz me in and out of the store. Food was ok, but probably not somewhere to go after dark.

.4 miles away at the central terminal, called to order took 7 minutes to order 1 cheese pepperoni pizza. 25 minutes later get a text pizza on its way. Again .4 miles away. 50 minutes later i get the call that the pizza arrived with the cold pizza.

My family orders from this dominoes 2 or 3 times a week. We pay with a card usually but Tonight we decided to pay with a card. This time we're paying with cash.. mind you they say on their website their delivery guy doesn't carry more then $20 dollars cash.. also no where on their site does it say they don't bring your food to your door on the website..🤔🤔🤔They usually bring our food to the side door all of a sudden it's DOMINOES POLICY they don't get our the car on deliveries after 9pm. But we order all the time after 9pm and never heard of this policy. I'll never order from dominoes again and I'll be sure to share on Facebook and with my neighbors at the next neighborhood block meeting that dominoes makes policy according to your address..

The worst. I was a great customer. Ordered almost every day. Today, the driver came and didn’t have change at all so I went upstairs to grab change and the driver drove off. I called, and they said that they’re not delivering any orders to me from here on out. Very unprofessional.

So I decided to try domino's for the first time today. Pizza was over cooked staff was rude and then when I went to go pay she told me she can't take a 50$ bill but my order was 30$ I was so confused. the chicken wings are terrible. we order from here all the time and we love all of the food but we just tried the wings for the first time and they tasted like they were boiled or made in the dishwasher.

This was the worst experience at this Domino's so far. There is a manager named Jeremy who is constantly texting and talking on his phone. I ordered at 11:45 am and went to pick it up12:10. Pizza was done but he didn't start the bread sticks. so now there is a cold pizza that has been sitting for who knows how long. Finally the bread sticks come out and he drops them all over the ground. I get it, we are all humans and mistakes happen. but maybe if he wasn't checking his phone and having conversations on his phone these small mistakes could be prevented.\ either way I get up there to pay for my order and he goes off on me like i did something to him. He tries to get the lady waiting for her order to back him up. She looks at me and is disgusted by this "managers" actions. Not my best experience. Took a lot longer than the “tracker” said it should. There were only two pizza makers during the dinner rush. When I said something about it they defended themselves saying they can’t make the pizza come out any faster, but they do determine how fast they are made...... oh and my order was wrong when I got it home.

Around 10 o'clock I ordered a pizza for someone who lives in New York ,I used the website and everything seemed fine.Shipak was the driver and once the tracker said he was 3 mins away I was happy. 15mins later it still said he was 2mins away. when the food finally arrived it was cold and looked like literally someone took chicken put in a box and used a bottle to splash barbecue sauce on it. I live in Florida as everyone knows but when I go to Buffalo next week you could not pay me to get anything from this Domino's again

The lady was rude. Infront of us she gave two medium pizza for 15+$ and the customer he paid for cash and when we ask for it she said it's usually when I go to other dominos they have offer for two medium pizza always. I do not recommend this store at all.

I order a steak specialty pizza yesterday. It was one of the most disappointing pizzas I ever had. The cheese was not made with real mozzarella. It tasted like plastic. I barely finished the first slice of pizza and threw the rest away. Also for whatever reason steak was salty. I placed an online order while still working, received 12 missed calls and when I tried to contact the restaurant back after ending my shift, they just kept shouting YA YOU ORDERED FROM DOMINOS? I canceled the order having no faith in them to prepare the item correctly and received 5 additional calls and when I answered to tell them to stop they would immediately hang up with no additional information. No idea if the orders canceled. Won’t be using this location again.

For delivery, they take advantage of people who don't have a car by having long wait times. Also, the delivery driver the other day had a visible attitude when I wouldn't let him keep $1 of MY money. Mind you I gave him $3 on a $16 order for a drive that's barely 4 minutes away. This is my LAST day ordering from here period.

I spend tons of $$ here every week, and today I complain about 2 hour wait for my food when the store is only a 5 min walk and the employees treated me like I was serving them and it was my fault .the first person I spoke to could barely speak English and hung up on me after telling to listen and that he was in charge!!! I USED to love dominos. Ordered every Friday for months. Ordered today 2 bacon chicken ranch sandwiches today one didn’t even have chicken the other 4 pieces. Called to complain sat on the phone 12+ minutes in the mean time my boyfriend drove over there to find employees sitting around on their cell phones instead picking up our call. Not to mention I’m on the phone with both my boyfriend and dominos and they STILL didn’t answer as he’s talking to them and walking in the door. Never again. You just lost one very loyal customer. Done. Totally would not have given a star but I can’t post my review without it.

Within the last two months I've ordered from this location a couple of times. Now, I try not to complain but when your less than 5 minutes away why is my food showing up cold and in an hour from when I ordered? Now I tried being nice until she started being rude after explaining the situation. I didn't want a refund or my food made over I wanted them to know someone wasn't paying mind to the orders coming in. I asked for a manager she refused. Then chose to call me several times. That's harassment. She left a very rude voicemail stating she looked and I ordered wrong. I looked at my app and it tells me how I ordered my food. I'm done with this place. I'm over wasting money on an establishment that clearly doesn't care for the quality of food being sent out or the customer service quality. I work customer service and have NEVER treated someone this way.

These stores are horrible. They NEVER take online or delivery orders. You can never use the app and then you try to place an order you're told to call back at a later time. I tried placing an order at 10:30PM. Never ordering from dominos again. Luckily Papa John's is pretty reliable in the buffalo, NY area

My two pan pizzas that I ordered on 2/1/23 was disappointing even for Dominos. Whoever made those pizzas put on the smallest amount of sauce, cheese and toppings that I probably seen on a pizza ever. The ratios was so off, it tasted like I was eating straight bread. If I wasn’t so hungry in that moment, I definitely would of returned the pizzas for my money back. And no, that food was so trash, that I’m not even using my “Piece Of The Pie” reward that I earned for a free pizza.

We had ordered two boxes of pizza these people left one box of pizza on my porch and did not call or knock to let us know it was there, literally just left it. When trying to call to see what happened to our other box of pizza or to get our money back they repeatedly kept hanging up on me and my grandfather, We called and asked to speak to a manager and a worker told us no and hung up in my face again. Terrible customer service would no recommend.

I went to order at the one in hamburg and it was closed. I didn't realize that the website redirected me to this store. Okay that's on me but before I could even get back in my vechile to drive to this location to pick up my food. It says my order was already picked up. I called the store to verify this and the lady working was extremely rude and said she couldn't understand me and hung up on me twice. Okay now I'm upset and not about to drive 20 minutes further away from home with a hungry toddler. I call cooperate number and after a long hold find out all they can do is contact the franchise owner and have them contact me. It's been 24 hours and no one has contacted me to refund or even asked what happened. Moral of the story they don't care about their customers and all the employees are rude. I just wanted to be refunded. I hope who ever stole my order needed the food. Never prepay for food at this location it won't be there once you get there.

This place is a place that will steal your money. Placed an order and the address was verified by the lady taking our order. My card was charged and then I got a call back and was told that they didn’t deliver to the Hilton hotel that I was staying in. When I told them to cancel my order and give me the refund they said they couldn’t and I would have to go through my credit card company. This place is trash…

Upon arrival I can see one of the employees sitting on top of the pizza oven with no shoes on with a hole in his sock. Now I don't have to go in depth about how unsanitary that really is and but I need whoever reads this to just reconsider this location. This is not the first unsanitary thing I've viewed from this location. The customer service is not bad, the location is just what you should expect if you're coming on Broadway but what I will say what will keep me from any restaurant is how unsanitary any member of that restaurant is. Will not eat here or any other Domino's here in the western New York area again .

I never received my order and when I called the manager he didn’t offer to give me options on how to fix the issue. He told me it was dropped off and basically said I was mistaken when I really wasn’t. I told him I looked everywhere outside. Even when to my neighbors to see if it was there instead. It wasn’t.
