I had 2 great employees take my order and they were more than helpful!! I got the chicken finger sub with fries and it was so good I would definitely get it again. I’ve seen this place and looked around but never ordered any food, I’ve bought something before but not from the kitchen. Give them a chance I was pleasantly surprised!! Worth the money.

Stopped in for initial place to have few drinks while flight was delayed. Decided on getting some food. I have dietary restrictions and Carla helped out. So the Chicken Souvlaki Wrap was my choice. This was hands-down the best Souvlaki put-together I have had. There was no skimping on anything...the olives, feta cheese, chicken (melt in your mouth moist). The balance of flavor and ingredients were spot on. Was not expecting such an awesome tasting, very flavourful and good size wrap from within an airport. I was not disappointed. Actually met chef as the night wound down to let him know....Awesome Job! Carla was abosultely wonderful with all the sunshine I could ask for at 8pm indoors!! With her great hospitality and personality, great food and several glasses of red.....I closed the place with no rushing to kick me out. Will not go anywhere else except here. Thank you again Carla! Will be back again.

Stopped in here for a quick cheese burger and it was great. Julia Zaman was my server and she was fantastic. Polite and professional. The food was a good quality and was made quickly. No complaints at all. If you are in the arena and want a quick bite, this is the spot to go while waiting for a flight!

My last hurrah for Buffalo food this trip! Beef on Weck that had the hottest horseradish I’ve ever had. It was like it had ghost pepper in it. The beef was thinly sliced, tender with just the perfect amount of au jus on the side. Macaroni salad was the perfect quantity too. I highly recommend this on your way out of Buffalo in the Airport.

Very good selection and quality amongst airport restaurants. My husband and I had a spicy vegetarian wrap with chips, it was very tasty, full with lettuce and veggie patty made of black beans and rice. The best choice at Buffalo Airport.

I was going to let it pass when the cashier (Karen ) was rude and made a smart comment when I was ordering but decided to speak up when she was rude to the next person. A guy arrived and asked if a supervisor/manager named Delilah worked there. He had accent but his request was easily understandable,he asked 3 times and Karen ignored him then replied with a "no hablo español". That is plainly disrespectful! He was speaking English. I believe she needs to be trained on costumer service or not work in a place that is as international as the airport.

The food was good and reasonably priced for an airport. However, we were ripped off with wine purchase. I paid $19.44 for a mediocre glass of wine. My biggest gripe is that none of the alcohol prices are listed so the lack of transparency is unacceptable. The company that owns this chain should rethink its pricing and lack of transparency.

Terrible service. Took them 40 minutes to prepare a salad...

Avoid breakfast burrito ($11) - eggs were liquid- or powder-based and filled w old herbs. Some egg mix maybe, disgusting really. Tim Horton’s, two mins away, does better at half the price.

Just witness and was apart of the most racist thing in this establishment. I a man of color walk into the establishment and was greeted by the staff. I sat down and waited to be helped. 10-15 mins go by, nothing and Caucasian man and woman walk sat directly next to me, they were greeted also. Within 30 seconds waitress came walk pass me to them, got there drink order gave them menus and walk back pass me said nothing. Then came back with there drinks took there order, walk back pass me and still said nothing

I purchased a flatbread to go. In all their wisdom, the flatbread was stacked on top of each other and you can see the result 5 mins after. No it was not dropped. This is right after opening the box and no way for recourse since we had to board right away. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least.

Poor service. Racist guy at the counter. We ordered a margarita pizza and it was a tomato salad (even worse). Ordered to go and it was horribly put together stashed. Don't go here to waste your money on poor service and food.
