This idea is great. The advertisement says "Salad you can eat with a spoon" and it really is! Now it's so easy to have a salad on the go when you don't have time to sit at a table. So cool.

Great food. Prepared right and fast. The Cashier was very cheery and very efficient in taking orders. Alot of people there when I ordered but they took and prep all orders very fast.

The menu has variety & my salad was very fresh!

I usually don't give reviews for fast food, but let me tell you, this time I will. Easy to order online, walked in, was greeted by Sarabeth and Patel with smiles that were not fake. The food was great, fresh and very VERY good. The store was clean and was a place I would eat in. For sure going back!!! But let me say, the parking sucks and you might have to walk 100 ft, but DO IT.This place is so worth it

Surprisingly good for salad. When I walked in, we were greeted promptly and the menu was quickly and thoroughly explained. Its a build your own salad kind of place and you can choose any of their standard combos and sub anything out for anything else. You can go light, medium, or heavy on the dressing and even get it on the side. Their pretzel bread sticks are also pretty good. Kind of wished for more stick for the price they're at, but definitely cheap enough to try. The price is a bit more than I'd normally pay for a salad, but you get a whole meal's worth in what almost looks like a bucket of salad. I ended up really liking the salad and I'd go back. If you're a return customer they give you 10% off and if you bring in a friend, its an additional 10% off. Would come back again!

The Santa Fe chop and BBQ chicken chop are great but most of the time I make my own. Either way, it's a great healthy choice.

Price is Ok as wells , around $14 $15 for a bowl of Salad. If you are planning to take your date here ! Please don't be an idiot ! This is what your date has been eating the whole week ... plus their setup is not the best for a date but great for work lunch or to go .

So fresh and healthy!! I picked up the Asian salad and the Greek Salad and wow! My picky kids devoured the asian salad. Lots of texture with the crunchy noodles, crisp lettuce and chicken contrasted with the dressing. The Greek salad was just as delicious and fresh and makes the perfect no hassle healthy and convenient lunch. The staff was very friendly and I’m definitely adding them to my weekly rotation.

Love the food, the salad selection is great and you can customize any salad you want to for your needs or just create your own.

I haven't been there in a while but today I tried the new Chopurrito bowl and I was really surprised at how delicious it was. A bit pricey for a bowl of rice, but I would definitely try it again.

Delicious salads. I came here for the first time not expecting much. Service was ok, nothing stellar, but the food was really good. I'm not sure how ultra healthy it is for you, but it's damn good if you are into salads. The portions are huge as well, so you will get full with these salads. It's a small place and can get full fast, I recommend a take home order.

If you like to eat healthy or Vegetarian!!! Then this definitely the place for you. They have excellent selection of vegetables and everything else you can possibly put in a salad. We just love their bolws. Very tasty and satisfying!!!

Customer service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. The location is freezing, however. It was a very hot day but it was basically so cold I had to eat in my car.

Nice quick and easy healthy fix. Can do wraps, salads, or hot bowl-like orders. You can pick up to 6 toppings, so I like the agency there. Pretty good, fresh options. Not a lot of chicken chunks in there. I was hungry an hour later :/

Got a Cobb salad. Two thumbs up. Had an issue with an order, they didn't resolve it. Disappointing Staff were wearing masks

They recently changed their Caesar dressing. It's more watered down and not as good as it once was. They also seem to put cucumbers in my salad even though I didn't order them (because I don't like them). Update: It looks like they've gone back to their less watered down Caesar dressing. Yay!

I order garlic salad Caesar what I got was vile Caesar never be chopped 80 % was iceberg not romaine within 20 minutes I feel sick still feeling bad Try to find the chicken You need a sonar to detect it Suppose to be good for you my question to the owner do they know once you chopped lettuce you loose 80 % of all nutrients that is a fact Iceberg is 90% water Now for the pretzel oh my god Rubber nothin crunchy about that Can’t sell that to a German person Food and dressing yuk I give 0 stars What a sad experience plus I feel sick (Never got the garlic also 3 ounces of chicken it’s a toddler portion ) Not for a grown man or woman I guess you get what you pay for 2 cups of iceberg and 3 once’s of chicken With tbsp of tomatoes and cucumbers Voila

Very disappointed in my "Cobb Chop" salad. The ingredients seemed to be disproportionate. I think I got like one ounce of chicken, one piece of bacon, and a lot of diced tomatoes. Wasn't what I was hoping for and left me dissatisfied with lunch.

I just got ceasar salad from burbank chop stop and it had hair wrapped up to the lettuce. It was discusting so i didnt eat it. It cost me $10 which went to waiste. I called them back right when i was eating the salad but they were closed

I go to chop stops about 4 times a week. This Burbank location I am done with. Today was it. This location only fills the bowls 3/4 full. All the other locations fill it right up. They are skimping and cheating the customers. It makes a difference. SHAME ON BURBANK.

The staff was rude i orderd 2 bbq chops and they both came almost halfway empty i asked one of the girls to fill up with some LETTUCE which wouldnt kill anyone lettuce is inexpensive! She said well let me call the manager . Manager came and she said i cant make any decisions like filling up my half way empty bowl with lettuce we need our manager "laurie" to make these decisions because shes the manager when quite frankly i specifically heard the other girl say she was the manager. It was the worst excuse i had heard and not worth the 10 dollars i paid for each salad. Will not be returning to this location

I paid for a ranch dressing which was $.71 and I never even got it. I didn’t notice until I was down on the highway and could not go back to get it but she was so worried about her $.71 but yet she can put it in my bag that’s your customer service we get there
