The place is clean opens early that is great, helpful staff. Only one bathroom, has no shelf to put my drink/ phone/ small personal items, only one bathroom there is for customers sometimes long line.

This is not for the location but Starbucks itself. I’m aware they changed their matcha powder last year and it was even better for me because I prefer honey in mine rather than artificial sweeteners. However, 2026, and I feel like their matcha changed. It no longer tastes the same anymore. Like AT ALL. Not even close. I don’t know how to explain it. At first I thought it’s the location I go to, so I started going to several different locations and ordering bunch of matcha and they all taste awful. Like undrinkable. Then I thought maybe it’s me? So I told my husband he can drink all the matches I bought because I can’t even stomach them. And today he told me that they taste awful and not like before. So now I know it’s not me, and it’s not the baristas, and it’s not the locations. Starbucks MUST have done something to their matcha or changed it again because it doesn’t not taste like the matcha I used to love and be obsessed with and drink DAILY. Very disappointing because now I have to find a new coffee shop that has amazing quality matcha.

This Starbucks is in a weird spot, really hard to notice its location. The Starbucks is small and not much seating is available for customers. The drive through is really weird as well. The staff are friendly and will make your coffee pretty quick. The coffee shop is definitely designed bad. There is parking available in the back but you have to walk around to find the front entrance door. Place is not ideal for wheelchair access. Overall this Starbucks is ok.

Walked in today August 16,2024 with my wife and daughter. Ordered my items and my wife was gonna use the restroom but as she opened the door a Man in his 40’s was taking a bath leaving the door open yet not saying nothing good thing my wife ran out quick and told me. I brought it up to the staff and they just laughed between each other confused. Nothing was done so we left the facility just wanted to make others aware of what could of happened if in your case it’s your kid or wife using that public restroom.

This Starbucks can never get my order right even if it's done thru the app. They never have anything I order and but their drinks are always consistent on taste. The employees will let you drive off without telling you that they did not have a item you ordered and then give you a hard time to get a replacement for that item. The store is small but is full of parking spots. The employees working here look like they don't want to be there.

Where do I even start and mention things that previous low rated reviews haven’t mentioned 😂… service? 0 stars. The cashiers look miserable and answer questions with less personality than a rock. The drinks? Mid.

The barista Desiree was really rude and the restroom for customers was extremely filthy, it seemed like nobody had cleaned it at all the entire day.

I was refused cup water at this Starbucks by a male employee stating that I needed to make a purchase to get water…. So yes the lady who complained on TikTok about Starbucks was right..I’m never buying anything from them any more..guys dont give them uour money!!

What’s the point of ordering ahead if they’re still going to make you wait 15 minutes for your drink and still make your order wrong… I’ve been coming to this location more than 10 years and ever since they shut it down and remodeled it the service has gone from bad to worse. Should’ve just stayed closed.

Really disappointed by the remodel - they removed the 4 cafe tables and expanded the communal bar. Not everyone wants to be shoulder to shoulder in a cramped space. It’s primarily a drive through, and the remodel drives that point home. The bathroom used to have a vacant/occupied but they it doesn’t anymore. Stopped in on Sat on 1:30 and after 3 the bathroom hadn’t been restocked in that time. As an infrequent visitor, this used to be -a charming and central spot to stop while in Glendale but it’s lost its charm.

Your employees don’t know what they are doing. On a picture attached was supposed to be A decaf caramel frapp. I waited for 18 minutes for my order and literally got milk blended with ice and sugar (not even a caramel topping was added). When I told the barista that it’s not what I ordered he insisted that decaf means “without coffee”, when I said no it means with decaf coffee, he said that what they add is just a color 🤯 My mind was blown by that stupid answer and I just didn’t want people behind me wait even longer so I just said ok and left. Learn your menu!!!
