Great place to eat inside or outside where there are tables with umbrellas along the sidewalk. Tri-tip tacos are scrumptious! The mixto ceviche, YUM! I like to pair these items with their guacamole and red salsa! Drinks are always on point 🫶🏾. Gotta check them out and don’t forget to sign up for the points.

Totally enjoyed our fish tacos and passion fruit cocktails at happy hour. Shrimp tacos!!' Staff were very nice and attentive. The house made chips were deliciously crunchy. Can't wait to go back. As of Sept 22 2025 the restaurant says their happy hour in Berkeley is: monday ,wednesday ,thursday and friday from 3-6 pm 20% off entire menu Ole!

Great ambiance inside with a cool see through liquor shelf and an open kitchen. The homemade tortillas are a fantastic touch and seeing the tortillas made in real time makes me nostalgic for my childhood where I watched tortillas being made in Chevy’s (and getting free tortilla dough to play with). The incorporation of the Mole Habanero from sister restaurant Los Moles was an appreciated touch as that’s my favorite mole sauce I’ve ever had!

Best chicken birria tacos I've ever had! The consomme is very delicious. We loved the Pollo mole tacos as well. You really can't go wrong with anything from this spot as all the food is flavorful and tasty. They have a good variety of beer choices. Lots of indoor dining with a bar area and limited outdoor dining. Very spacious and open. The bathrooms are well maintained. All the employees were friendly and gave phenomenal service. Extremely happy with my experience here. Would highly recommend!

Yum yum. Tucked in the streets of Berkeley. Parking can be a little rough but it can be found! My brother suggested we go there. I went with the family and it was hard to just get a few things. So many choices for vegan tasty items. The corn, potato tacos, and beverages were my favorites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very chill feel and welcoming. There is a large bar that is surrounded by tables.

Came in for a late lunch so not too many people, so the service was attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed the chicken tacos and chicken birria — downed it with a refreshing michelada. Will definitely come again to try other items.

We were in the neighborhood to see a show at the nearby Berkeley Playhouse, and decided to try this place -- it was a great choice! We had the weekend brunch, and I got the chorizo con huevo. Excellent taste, and a pretty generous portion. The home fried potatoes were nicely done as well, and I really enjoyed the Acme bread that came with the order. Service was awesome -- I suspect the gentleman who was greeting and seating customers is the owner, and he was very warm and welcoming, clearly proud of maintaining the quality of the establishment. The restaurant itself is large, with plenty of options for large groups. There's a large rotating beer selection that I'll have to try some time in the future (brunch wasn't exactly the right time!). There's a convenient paid parking lot behind the restaurant.

Awesome Awesome Awesome! Their food is wonderful! Fresh, tasty, colorful & beautiful. From freshly made chips to incredible green & red salsas, perfect margaritas, prawn ceviche, a chicken protein bowl, white beans cooked w garlic and red Mexican rice, everything was great! And our Margaritas? Perfecto! Service & dining atmosphere? The same. I’ll be coming back here as soon as I can!

The meat, all the flavors best all other taco catering options I looked into. The homemade tortillas stole the show. We had a vegetarian in the group and was able to order a few delicious things for her to eat as well! Most importantly, the customer service was top notch. The woman who answered the phone and presumably likely the one that helped me when I arrived was so kind and genuine. The gentleman that greeted me when I first came in at the host desk was extremely helpful as well. Super ease of order and pick up and kind people. Highly recommended!

Warm chips and homemade salsa to start. Then we dove into the tacos: grilled rock cod, shrimp, octopus, and the Costilla De Res (short rib) – all on fresh corn tortillas. The presentation matched the flavors - colorful and inviting. It's family-owned and you can feel it. Great service, a welcoming vibe, really high quality food. Planning my next rainy day visit for a bowl of their homemade Pozole. Highly recommend.

The casual atmosphere is perfect for having drinks and tacos after work with friends. Good local beer selection. The food is delicious and we had a great time.

They came to the table to clarify that the salsa had onions in it and asked if I wanted it since I said no onions. I said it in the salsa was fine. I just didnt want pickled onions. When my food came there was so salsa. Miscommunication purhaps however everything was excellent other wise!

To me it seems like the liitle things (wilted mint leaves on the Bar on a Sunday morning, non functioning toilet, on the left, and the dirty mop smell in that side of the restaurant) have us looking for seating in the front when the windows are open or another place. I hope that they get things taken care of soon! >Earlier this year...We (I) really like the Brunch menu and enjoy friendly service at the College Ave location! I think that the menu variety is so good that any Brunch item is a winner! I think that the meal is even better when served on a HOT plate instead of the boards used for the Tacos, it keeps the food warm to last bite! There is parking available on the street but there is a public parking lot behind the buildings.

Nice open space for seating. Bar, high tables, low tables. Sports bar friendly! Servers were very friendly and efficient in bringing our food. I ordered the chilaquiles. They were not as saucy as I expected, but I poured the cup of spicy pot beans on them, and they were delicious! They just need a bit more sauce. The eggs were too well done, I wanted over easy...but, maybe they just cooked more during the plating process. My friends enjoyed their meals. Overall, I'd return to try again. Great atmosphere, plenty of space for a group, family-friendly, and friendly staff.

The restaurant was very loud, which made it hard to hear others at our table. Service felt limited—our waitress only came by three times: to take our order, refill our water once, and bring the bill. The tip options were preset at 18%, 20%, and 22%, which felt uncomfortable given the level of service. The food was okay but nothing special, and it didn’t come with chips, which was unexpected. On a positive note, the beer was good. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience and I wouldn’t be eager to return.

I really wanted to like this place. The server was fine but hard to flag down when we needed something. We ordered the flautas, a flank steak taco and the mix ceviche. The flautas were twice cooked which left them burned on the open edges. The ceviche and steak were flavorless. I have come to accept that Berkeley restaurants under salt their food but this had literally NO salt. NONE. The ceviche was so disappointing. The fish and seafood were great quality but again the whole dish was flavorless. No sour, no salt just wet fish and essentially "deconstructed" pico.

Server made me sad. She seemed annoyed- rolled her eyes when we asked for salt. Maybe shes racist. She wasnt attentive at all. Pretended to be on break but we still left tip. Do better. Be kinder or dont be in customer service. We are paying customers.
