When I go through the drive thru it always takes forever so I decided to order inside this time and I waited less than 10 minutes for my order. Everything was hot and fresh. Love their potato cakes and the jamocha shake is delicious. Tried the bbq brisket sandwich. It was just ok. When I opened it I thought there was way too much bbq sauce but turns out that sauce is what made it taste halfway decent. Probably stick to roast beef from now on.

Lupe was short on staff and went out of his way to help us and was so kind and apologetic that we had to wait. He was wonderful.

There's a couple of kids (young men) who work the drive thru. They were there again today when I went. Nicest kids, have a great attitude. I really appreciate those guys and just wanted to say so publicly.

Service was speedy. Ordered the steakhouse ribeye sandwich. My husband and I both had one. Sadly there wasn't much flavor. We both agreed we wouldn't order them again. We used the drive through.

I typically like their food but the wait for it is ridicules. There should be no reason for their lobby to still be closed.

Always has a unusual smell in there but the food is decent but again it's fast food so your standards should be too high.

Sandwich wasn't as good the last time as bread was on the dry side and wasn't much bacon as usual. Overall generally would rate it a 4 star but last time wasn't quite to the expectations.

According to the young man who took our order they call wraps, sandwiches 🤣 I confirmed my order thrice with more than one person listening and all knodded with the ut-most confidence annnnd the sandwich-wrap was not the right one firstly then the thing looked like it was ripped into. I was told that is how they cut it... what? With their teeth? Then I was offered buffalo sauce to put on it rather than being given what I actually ordered. They didnt have one sandwhich bagged either. Herea a picture of the 3rd item that was very well prepared. Today... you sucked Arbys...Ridiculous.

Went through the drive through, my large Sprite was flat, I asked for extra Arby’s sauce, and I got one package, and the Mac and cheese tasted horrible. My beef and cheddar was good, and my potato cakes, the rest of the meal was a huge disappointment! 😕

The food was very good! The service, not so much. There were several girls that should have been working. When I went inside, they were playing goose-n-giggle with some guy (assistant manager trainee??). They had zero customers other than me. So I should have great service, right? No, sadly. Then, when I paid with cash, the girl looked as if I had handed her glowing radioactive waste! She was utterly befuddled with what to do with cash. Finally a few girls together figured it out. But the register had insufficient coins. Really?? Manager (or Owner!): train your staff. When they have zero customers, check for something to do; make sure your registers have pennies, nickels, dimes, etc. Really? I have to tell you this? Also, wipe down tables, sweep the floor, empty waste containers. There's PLENTY to do rather than stand around checking Facebook and gooofing off with some shift team "leader". And practice what to do with cash. It's easy really. If confused, check YouTube for help. Cash: deal with it!

The wait time to order was lengthy. My meal was not very well put together, and although I ordered curly fries, I had so many regular french fries mixed throughout, and the bottom was mainly french fries.

Ordered $34 worth of meals and got home and found out they only gave me three sandwiches and drinks. No one is picking up the phone.

The tall skinny blonde named Jessica girl needs to be fired. There is a deal going on when the stars score three you get a free sandwich.. I went in on Monday she told me it had to be the same day. She went in the back and asked someone that wouldn't come out and tell me to my face. I said its the next day its on the sign on the windows the next day. She argued with me I was wrong. Went in today wed the 7th. She tried the same thing again she didn't get away with it. She was told go ask the manager. I won't be getting food from there anymore while she is working there. She is extremely rude

Oh my goodness! My husband WAS NOT impressed with their steak bites. He almost fell off his chair when he opened the container. A grown man could eat 2-3 in one bite. Also, 2 pieces were just fat/gristle.

So the website says its open till 11. We arrived at 925. The doors were locked and the drive thru was blocked by the delivery driver. We waited for over 30 minutes but they never moved. The employees saw me try and get thier attention but then they just looked the other way. I called them but they would not answer. Horrible.

Worst experience ever! I ordered the mac n cheese steak bowl with a LARGE strawberry lemonade. My food was freezing in the middle and my drink, haha, the large is actually a MEDIUM! and is the actual size of a regular medium drink. Also, no refills! Oh and back to my food, lol, they just microwaved it for me and gave it back 🤣

I ordered roastbeef and cheese. I got roastbeef if you want to call it that. More bead than meat . Pathetic, sad compared to what they use to be. This place is a rip off

Ordered a beef and cheddar. Sandwich had No cheddar on it. Ordered 2 americana no tomatoes. Guy put tomatoes so I reminded him nicely no tomatoes. Get home and one of my sandwiches has zero roast beef and both of them had no sauce. Definitely disappointed in the Burleson store. It’s not hard to read a screen and do what it says.
