Just had the best experience at this location. They offered our youngest an applesauce free of charge and even replaced our middle child’s chicken when the youngest accidentally knocked it off the table. Food was yummy too!

We had a coupon for 2 Can Dine for $10.99... We were impressed, fries, fried mozzarella sticks, medium drink, 2 Arby's Roast Beef.. A great buy! We also had the 2 for $6 Greek Gyro which is not at our location in Mansfield. Was also able to use a coupon twice for free chocolate shakes... Whip cream and chocolate drizzled over it... It was delicious! The window cashier was quite friendly also. It WAS worth the drive thru wait! We have both had our Covid-19 Vaccines but still would appreciate the use of gloves and masks. That way I'm not too worried about how my cup was handled.

The food was really good. I was never a huge fan of Arbys but recently we tried their gyros and loved it. Plus the curly fries are amazing! I have not been inside so I cannot comment on that. However in the drive thru the staff seems friendly. We havent had any issues and since the remodeling, it looks great from the outside.

We hadn't been to Arby's in 5 years because of poor quality. We decided to take a chance and try it again, we are once again Arby's customers!!! Angela was great at helping us around the menu, it changed a lot the past 5 years.

Went for the first time in ten years when I got a hair in my food. Went out on a limb. Had munchies before work & was craving a roast beef sandwich. Mentioned the crappy price & the acting manager recommended a similar item with a better price & the sandwich was amazing. Let me strongly say whoever says people with tattoos aren't professional was a moron. She was really nice as was her staff. Really glad they remodeled & really glad they have newer & better staff. Great job guys!

This Arby's is always packed. BUT the food is usually really really good and the customer service has really stepped up since the remodel, so I can see why it's so busy. Everyone is really nice and never gives any attitude. Also, they are more than happy to give military discount, which is great!

ALL NEW & DELICIOUS OMGOODNESS HOW THEY HAVE CHANGED THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR FOOD. THEY ARE PUTTING OUT THERE! We went there my husband and I for Valentine’s Day, We were shocked it was so different than the way it used to be. The cherry turnovers were perfection! Hanging over the side of the bread just like in the pictures!! Our new favorite spot Thank you for caring about how & what you are serving Burleson Arby’s. The employees were so nice and helpful. My 1 yr old knocked my daughter's chicken off the table on accident and without prompt they grabbed new ones and brought over to us. And also gave us an apple sauce for the baby. The service was fast even though the lady at the front kept apologizing to everyone that it took so long. We really only waited a few minutes. And the food was great. Got exactly what we ordered and it was hot and tasted great. The staff here needs to be rewarded or a raise. They were awesome. We rang the hell out of that bell on the way out.

App order usefulness is great. Food was warm upon arrival, not cold. Food was ready when I walked in and so was the drink. I usually don't get ice and wasn't expecting them to fill my drink prior to my arrival but awesome for going the extra step and next time I will remember to order with no ice if possible. I do have to say the drink was off on taste as if to much carbonation to syrup ratio but not horrible enough to drive 8 mins back lol. Location might not be the best but the area is clean and populated for good business flow. Definitely a place I will keep returning to. Also covid peeps that lost taste need to get out of the business. Old products that had a change do to them.....y'all messing with good flavors.

This review is more for Lisa than it is Arby's because every time we go to Arby's and Lisa is working everything is top notch. The service is top notch, the food is hot and fresh, the order is always right, everything is perfect. Yesterday was the 3rd time in a row that has happened and for 3 times in a row she definitely deserved a 5 Star Review! You're awesome Lisa and thanks so much for the incredible service as well as food.

I like this place and visit regularly. The food is decent and I like their rather mild horsey sauce on my sandwiches. They recently did a very nice renovation of their building and it's quite classy now. I really like the update. I find their staff pleasant too, but then again, I'm always friendly with all, calling them by their first names. I like their coupons and specials too. I don't often pass by on the highway, but when I do, this Arby's comes to mind.

Just want to say good jobs guys!!! We stopped in to eat and y'all were pretty busy. You guys did a great job on customer service and getting our food out in a timely manner. Even though y'all were busy, you held it together and seem to work as a team. Are over all visit was very pleasant. The lady was communicating what was needed for both front counter and drive through. Then she came out to loby to make sure everyone had received their order and was enjoying there food. I love Arby's Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. The new Crinkle Fries were okay but needed more seasoning for my taste. But had to wait for 20 minutes at 8:15p to 8:35p which was a crazy long time. There were about 6 vehicles in front of me. I thought the line would move faster than it did.

Honestly, this was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever been to. The manager and staff were so sweet and had great energy, and the food was delicious.

On this day (7/13) in Burleson, TX, between 3:45 and 4:30, I stopped at Burger King. The staff was very non-responsive, so I left and went across to Wendy's, there was a large family ordering and Wendy's only had one cashier, so after 10 minutes of listen to kids change their orders, I left. Went to Wendy's and was greeted, submitted my order and was served in about 7 minutes. I will return. Oh yes, the food was great!

Ordered the steak bite bowl and it was COLD weird textured and gross worst $14.89 I’ve ever spent, the steak bites were like beef jerky bites… never again. The lady was super sweet though and made me a sandwich instead I’m very grateful for that! I love this Arby’s location!

When I go through the drive thru it always takes forever so I decided to order inside this time and I waited less than 10 minutes for my order. Everything was hot and fresh. Love their potato cakes and the jamocha shake is delicious. Tried the bbq brisket sandwich. It was just ok. When I opened it I thought there was way too much bbq sauce but turns out that sauce is what made it taste halfway decent. Probably stick to roast beef from now on.

The food was fresh but we had to wait a little while for them because they helped the drive thru first, which seems to be the trend with most fast food places these days. Only a few customers inside, so it was quiet and easy to talk with the family. Always clean in the lobby and bathroom. Really wish they'd bring back their potato cakes.

I absolutely hate that this is the closest Arby's to my house (22 miles away). Every time we come through Burleson to shop or run errands, we use their drive-thru and then park and eat. And we always get a ray of sunshine that is only there for the paycheck. Someone who is always rude, hard to hear or understand.... And our fries are almost always cold. If Cleburne had their own Arby's, I would never come here again....

I've been coming to this location for almost 20 years and the service is always rude and frustrated with their customers I have seen this in line with other individuals and in service I have personally received, however my food is always accurate and is typically a acceptable level of fresh. If the service was friendly and more understanding to their patrons the score would improve.

I was craving a Gyro and some Jalapeno poppers. I went to use up my coupons before they expired. Well we went thru drive thru, order taker was ok and friendly , but didn't really listen to my order, I had to repeat it two times. And when I got to window the server was nice but parked me for three sandwiches and poppers and Fry's. I waited over 10 mins for food. As I parked across from store to eat with my kids in the car, I noticed I only got 4 poppers instead of 5 as that's how they come , they were hot. My French Dips were hot but Auju was not, my curly fries were warm not fresh,and my Gyro I was wanting for weeks , well let's just say bread was hard and little sauce,and meat wasn't hot. Now I love Arby's 😍, and I do give them chances , so I didn't go back and say anything as only drive thru was open. And line was long. I will next time go inside and order and request for everything to be made fresh. I hope they get it together. Because waiting over 10 mins for non quality food wasn't worth $17.

Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food chains when the food is made right, but unfortunately, they’re maddeningly inconsistent. Sometimes the meat is thinly sliced and tastes great, others it’s extremely thick, tough, and greasy. Regardless, Arby’s is always expensive. I can’t justify spending $15-25 on a meal that widely varies in quality every time. It was so bad the most recent time I went that it’ll probably be a few months until I give it another shot. It’s 5 stars when it’s good, 1 star when it’s bad, so I’ll meet in the middle and give 3 stars.

I worked at this location back in 97 and the quality has gone downhill. I ordered the large roast beef with cheddar (formerly Big Montana) and it was just one dollop of cheese that was oozing out of one side of the wrapper and the other side was dry. I don't know if it was an off day or older meat, but it just didn't taste right. The Jamocha Shake was fine and so were the curly fries, but you can make those at home these days. The roast beef sandwich is what they're famous for and I had to choke it down.

According to the young man who took our order they call wraps, sandwiches 🤣 I confirmed my order thrice with more than one person listening and all knodded with the ut-most confidence annnnd the sandwich-wrap was not the right one firstly then the thing looked like it was ripped into. I was told that is how they cut it... what? With their teeth? Then I was offered buffalo sauce to put on it rather than being given what I actually ordered. They didnt have one sandwhich bagged either. Herea a picture of the 3rd item that was very well prepared. Today... you sucked Arbys...Ridiculous.

The quality has gone downhill! I have loved Arby's my entire life. It was actually my first job back in the Stone Age of 1995! 😅 Not anymore. 1 advisable curly fry per large order & you might get lucky if the little shards are even remotely hot. Their sandwiches are thrown together like laundry in a hamper, and no matter how big your order you are getting, ONE bag work zero napkins and ONE sauce that will be the opposite of what you asked for. Gave me the wrong order. After telling them i had the wrong shake on the receipt, the male cashier decided it was more important to finish the wrong shake just to drink it, then made mine. The fries i ate not even leaving the parking lot and they were cold and stale. Sucks this is the closest one to me and its always the same service.

went to Arby's today, and I know you have alot of new employees, which is what attribute this to. my meal was accurate, but I received no straws, napkins, or any sauces. I did not notice until I pulled away and the drive through was long, & your dining room is still closed. I was unable to walk in and find a simple solution instead of having to write a review. I would recommend proper training is held on the little details that makes Arby's great!

The Arby's on Alsbury has got to be the slowest fast food establishment I've ever been to. This opinion is not based on one isolated incident either. I can recall at least 5 specific occasions where I have waited 15+ minutes from the time I ordered the food until the time I received the food, both dining in and drive thru visits. I understand that my usual order may take a bit longer than most orders (crispy chicken has to be put in the fryer and have time to cook) but surely it doesn't take that long. My belief is that this location lacks good management and efficiency. Having said all that, my order is usually given to me correctly and I don't have to return to get anything fixed. The few times that my order has been wrong, I just cut my loses and eat what I'm given because I don't want to wait that long for the situation to be rectified.

The service was horrible. We were in drive thru for at least 15 min before getting to order and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. I was very disappointed in the chicken salad sandwich. There was more bread and other stuff (grapes, celery, &pecans) than chicken. The sandwich was bland too. I spent $7 on a meal that was not worth it! My husband had the 2/$6 beef n cheddar which was ok.

Food was good but they weren't wearing masks while handling our food and not even sure they were wearing gloves. Was gonna do the survey on the receipt but after my wife brought up the fact they weren't wearing masks, I'm not even sure if they gave us one. If you work in food service, please make sure you're handling the food appropriately.

Went through the drive through, my large Sprite was flat, I asked for extra Arby’s sauce, and I got one package, and the Mac and cheese tasted horrible. My beef and cheddar was good, and my potato cakes, the rest of the meal was a huge disappointment! 😕

The food was very good! The service, not so much. There were several girls that should have been working. When I went inside, they were playing goose-n-giggle with some guy (assistant manager trainee??). They had zero customers other than me. So I should have great service, right? No, sadly. Then, when I paid with cash, the girl looked as if I had handed her glowing radioactive waste! She was utterly befuddled with what to do with cash. Finally a few girls together figured it out. But the register had insufficient coins. Really?? Manager (or Owner!): train your staff. When they have zero customers, check for something to do; make sure your registers have pennies, nickels, dimes, etc. Really? I have to tell you this? Also, wipe down tables, sweep the floor, empty waste containers. There's PLENTY to do rather than stand around checking Facebook and gooofing off with some shift team "leader". And practice what to do with cash. It's easy really. If confused, check YouTube for help. Cash: deal with it!

I sat in line and waited about 20 minutes, maybe more, to drive all the way home and discover that I had a messed up order. When I was at the window I got no apology for the wait. People were nice but had no sense of time and seemed very lost. Every part of my experience today was bad and I don’t think I will return because of it.

Still no lobby open and matter of fact they spent a lot of money to advertise they basically never will. 45 minutes in the drive thru and still not even at the order window. This is a trash restaurant managed by trash. End of story, don't believe, take a visit. After an hour in drive thru you'll still have cold food.

$30 for 2 combos and a blt. Didn’t get fries for one of the combos, no mayo on the blt, no chocolate for a shake, and the girl working drive through had a horrible attitude from the time she greeted me. hopefully they’re not making a cent more than minimum wage because they didn’t even earn that.

Came by around 10:30pm for a late dinner. Order $25 in sandwich combos. None of the food was hot or even warm for that matter. The dude working the drive through clearly didn’t want to be there as I had to repeatedly yell hello into the intercom to get him to take my order. Dr Pepper syrup was out so not really a big deal. They said coke worked fine. It did not work fine. I got home and the entire large cup I got of “coke” was the color of watered down tea and taste terrible. Also got a rueben sandwich that only had meat on half of the sandwich. Soooo yeah. Not gonna go back here, and if you decides to visit this location, set your standards very very very low so you don’t leave disappointed like my family did.

Stood at the counter from about 2:15 to around 2:35. The employees kept making eye contact but no one would take my order. When someone did come up there the line was almost to the front door I recognized her from before I came in. She was out in the parking lot. It looked like she left. I gave her my order and she said hold on and walked away again and told me she would be right back but that was it for me. I am disabled and had been standing too long and was in a great deal of pain. She was yelling after me as I left that she was doing the best she could. I have seen the best people can do and that is simply not it.

If I could, I would give no stars. I ordered a beef and cheddar and fries. The sandwich was discussing. There was a tiny spot of cheddar smaller than a quarter and the meat was cold and tasted old. I was worried about unsafe temps enough that I did not eat it for fear of food poisoning. The lady at the drive through window was obviously on something. She was working her jaw like there were no tomorrow and when it was time to get my card and receipt back, instead of politely asking me if I would like a receipt she asked my in so rudely that I was honestly shocked. When I told her "yes", she takes the receipt and my card and shoves them in my hand so hard that I almost dropped the card while rudely telling me here's your receipt. I wish I had recorded the whole thing. But nobody expects to be treated like that at a restaurant. I will not be back. Food poisoning and hostility is not my idea of a good time. Honestly I feel like I may as well just thrown my money my money in the trash because that's what I got. I still have the receipt to prove the transaction if needed.

Went with a friend because school was out an kids wanted beef n cheddar sandwich. But a run threw the drive through an the person speaking was lazy by answering with (yeah what you want?) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RED FLAG. Second upon receiving there drinks half full. I'm like seriously how much more pathetic could this place get. My friend said it's not what it used to be. I wanted to go back but I respect my friends wishes to just let it go for now. I'll be back just to see if there's improvement.

Went in the evening and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. The manager was talking with two girls that had walked in the same time I did. She also was handing out orders right in front of me, so knew I was standing there, but never said anything. I understand they were extremely busy, and I would not mind having to wait to place an order, but at least acknowledge that someone is standing there instead of carrying on a conversation with friends and ignoring paying customers. Will not be returning.

just ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich. there is nothing on it very little filling called the manager and all he did was argue with me. said if I wanted to return it they would replace it. I'm at home , not gonna run back over there right now. you would think taking care of their customers would be more important than a sandwich. I will not be going back there again .

I loved the food at Arby’s. Every time I come here I love the food. Although there is one lady that is kind of rude, mean and demanding at the register. Also she messed with her hair while taking my order and I don’t think that is sanitary in the work environment of fast food.

It says it opens at 10a.m but when I was trying to place my order at 10:03 the drive thru lady told us it would be another 30 minutes before they can serve any food due to they did not have food ready. All emloyees were just in the back door smoking. If it says it opens at 10:00am that should mean food should be ready to be served. Don't waste your time at this place.

Have gone here a couple times. Roast beef and cheddar was ok, thrown together with cheese glopped on one side of sandwich. The Reuben was TERRIBLE. Barely any meat all put to one side of sandwich, so just a bread sandwich essentially... Yay 😐. Basically the food seems to be thoughtlessly thrown together and skimpy. I know it's fast food, but this is really bad. Hard pass.

Pulled up to the drive thru on Saturday May 27th, 2022 around 9:48 pm. Sat at the speaker waiting for somebody for 10 minutes before somebody finally came on and said whats the problem, we are closed. It was still before 10 PM at this time and it is clearly posted that they close at 10. There were 4 other cars waiting for service as well. Now I run restaurants for a living and understand the frustration, however, you ALWAYS have to honor your closing times in the food service industry. Will NOT be going back to this Arbys as it has clearly been sliding in a downhill spiral for quite some time. Thought a new manager would have solved the issues, seems that they have only gotten worse

Tried to give this place another try and now realize this location has lost my business. Went to get some lunch and the lady runs my card and says her machine isnt accepting my card. She wouldn't enter the number manually or try one of her front registers. She was very rude and unprofessional. So I left went down to Sonic and they were able to accept my card just fine. Not the first time I've received bad service from this location. It's a shame, with the refurbishment it just went through the service has not changed.

Today, my momma went to get her some food, she was screamed at over the speaker and in the line from the window. Instead of pulling forward, one of the workers told her she can wait there at the window. Some hag screamed at her to pull forward aggressively. Whoever it was is so lucky I was not there with her. This place is always either dirty, or someone ruins our experience.

My husband and I drove more than an hour specifically because we live in the country and we wanted Arby's. We only drove for Arby's, to be clear, we didn't stop anywhere else. When we got there we told them that we drove all the way there for their food, they talked like they were impressed by that but they only disappointed us. I know that I ordered my food correctly but the guy apparently did not listen, he rang it up wrong. They made our food and handed it to us and told us thanks for driving so far for their food. We went ahead and checked our order and half of the sandwiches were wrong. It was the sandwiches I ordered for my 17 and 21 yr old sons who were not with us. I ordered them both a large sandwich because my sons are men. I was given small sandwiches instead. The manager made a big deal about it and it took her a good 10 minutes to figure out how to charge us more and they didn't make our correct sandwiches until she figured out how to use her own register. We drove 70 something minutes for that and ended up with COLD FOOD. We deserve a refund. We wasted our time, gas, and money. Shame on you Arby's. We will not drive for your food ever again. Anyone reading this should go eat somewhere else, this location absolutely sucks. Bad management. They disrespected us over less than $4 after THEY made a mistake. That is friggen pathetic, you know it and I know it and everyone else knows it.

I ordered A roast beef with cheddar, which I thought was used to be an army melt. That sandwich was so small. It was for a child. The curly fries were burnt. They were so dark. You could hear my dog crunching them. I’ve tried to call five times the time on the ticket was not even correct when I got home. It was 128. The ticket said after 2 o’clock call again call again still no answer. Did not have time to take it back. Had a doctors appointment. This is the one in Burleson. I will never go back. I do expect them to make it right. I do have my receipt !😡

Just got hamburger meals and the burgers are raw and location won't answer the phone.** update. Contacted corporate support with another Arby's store help. Made a report the same night if location not answering phone and raw meat. Corporate took the report and still no resolution. May need to post the pictures of the raw burger on Google.

I ordered food for a family of 4 and we cleaned off our own table so that we would have a place to sit. We waited 30 minutes before realizing the 15 people behind me already got their food. I went and informed the staff that we were accidentally skipped and they confirmed it. He said it would be out in a minute. It still didn’t come out so I asked for a manager and I said I wanted to be reimbursed with cash or a gift card and that I wanted the food for free. They gave me the cash back and said “here’s your refund.” I didn’t receive the food still. You would think that an establishment would willingly offer compensation of some sort after a mess like this. I understand this happens. This review isn’t even about that wait. It’s about the lack of compensation for wasting my time in an attempt to eat here. Now we have to travel to another restaurant and wait all over again. Send me a gift card for $50, and I’ll remove this review.

Went to the drive through to grab some food on my way home from work. The lady in the drive through asked me to order when I was ready, so I looked through the menu trying to pick. She then very rudely stated to order when I was ready, to which I was pretty shocked. I apologized and responded that I was just trying to find something to order. My partner who was with me, was also very confused with the rudeness and commented on the fact her tone was incredibly off. When we order she proceeded to tell us she was out of curly fries, which I feel I was lied to about as it is barely 6pm and they are open for another 4-5 hours and would have to make sure to keep those ready. The service was incredibly slow. I guess either high school kids work here and haven’t been properly trained by your management team, or your staff is just rude and inconsiderate, as well as incompetent. No one wants to work fast food, but if it’s killing you that much to just be nice to your customers - find a different job, man. It’s sad y’all can’t even make fast food an ok experience.

Twice in a row they did not get the orders right. We missed one of the sandwiches last time and this time there is no fries. We even ordered large fries to share with our toddler. And I tried to call them but no one ever answers a phone. I gave up calling them after 10 minutes. I really need to start checking the bags when I get it since these employees cannot even get the simple orders right.

I got the French dip like i always do and my boyfriend got the Ruben which he’s had before and that night around 5 am we both got sick. Come to find out we got food poisoning from this place and we know it was them because it was the only thing we had eaten that day so it couldn’t have been anything else. It was an awful experience and we will not be coming back. Something needs to be done about it because that’s not okay.

With so many bad reviews all from so recently you would think they’d get better management and employees to actually run the place. Today I ordered a 40$ order on DoorDash. After placing my order I realized I’d forgotten to add Mac and cheese to the order, so I called the store to see if they could add it to my order. After finally getting to someone after 10 minutes on hold I explained the situation and asked if I could add the Mac and cheese to the order. The employee said, and I quote, “ can’t you do it through the app” and I explained that I in fact could not she said well okay, and hung up on me. So I called back but again by the time I got through to someone who cared about my business my dasher had already left, and was not able to do anything about the missing Mac and cheese. My dasher then gets here and I am missing half of my order. So I go up to the establishment, and I go through the drive through because the inside is currently closed. And they ask me to pull to the window after I tell them the situation. While trying to tell the lady at the window what happened the woman who hung up on me moved her out of the way threw the rest of my order at me, and walked away. Then the other lady closed the window on me. I am appalled at how I was treated as less than by these employees. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Drive thru took forever. Drive thru worker was ditzy. I get all the way home to Joshua to see that they heard beef and CHEDDAR melt, they charged me for a beef and CHEDDAR melt, but I only received a beef sandwhich. Then when I try to call and have it fixed they didn't answer the first time. Then they answer and I can hear them making fun of my last name until they hang up. Then I call again and they actually talk to me, but I can hear in the backround them making fun of my last name and asking if they actually answered the call. Keep your disgusting replacement sandwich and know you lost a customer. Unprofessional and extremely incompetent.

The tall skinny blonde named Jessica girl needs to be fired. There is a deal going on when the stars score three you get a free sandwich.. I went in on Monday she told me it had to be the same day. She went in the back and asked someone that wouldn't come out and tell me to my face. I said its the next day its on the sign on the windows the next day. She argued with me I was wrong. Went in today wed the 7th. She tried the same thing again she didn't get away with it. She was told go ask the manager. I won't be getting food from there anymore while she is working there. She is extremely rude

So the website says its open till 11. We arrived at 925. The doors were locked and the drive thru was blocked by the delivery driver. We waited for over 30 minutes but they never moved. The employees saw me try and get thier attention but then they just looked the other way. I called them but they would not answer. Horrible.

Worst experience ever! I ordered the mac n cheese steak bowl with a LARGE strawberry lemonade. My food was freezing in the middle and my drink, haha, the large is actually a MEDIUM! and is the actual size of a regular medium drink. Also, no refills! Oh and back to my food, lol, they just microwaved it for me and gave it back 🤣

Ordered a beef and cheddar. Sandwich had No cheddar on it. Ordered 2 americana no tomatoes. Guy put tomatoes so I reminded him nicely no tomatoes. Get home and one of my sandwiches has zero roast beef and both of them had no sauce. Definitely disappointed in the Burleson store. It’s not hard to read a screen and do what it says.
