It gets worse every day. They charge me for a giant meal and give me a tiny burger. Standard size, they say. My partner orders another chicken burger, a medium meal, and the burger is twice the size. I spend 10,000 kroner at a steakhouse and they give me a ridiculously small burger with no bacon or anything. I send it back, they remake it and bring it to me; at first glance, it looked like the same burger with a newer, less handled bun. Anyway...

I love coming here every week. McDonald's is much closer, but I always come here with my three friends; the food is better. All the app offers are active, unlike some other places that don't have them so you can save a couple of euros. I'm sure I'll keep coming every week.

A total success! The employees are delightful, very organized and well-coordinated. The girl who served us at the register was incredibly patient with everyone, and the manager was super friendly, always smiling at the customer, as was the other girl, super approachable and kind. The long wait was worth it, as we felt so comfortable, like at home. Whenever we can, when we're coming back from the movies or in Lucena, we stop by for a snack 🫣

No había helados. Eso es una decepción tremenda. Las hamburguesas estaban bien, aunque el tamaño... parecían de juguete. Los complementos un poco quemados, pero pasable en general.

Las hamburguesas no están mal sabiendo el tipo de comida pero lo q es asqueroso son los aritos de cebolla q pides con las coronas conseguidas con el dinero gastado en la franquicia, q están requemadas con un aspecto horrible, ni un bocado nos hemos atrevido a darles. Ahora el helado de oreo de Milka una auténtica basura, un helado q debe ser de textura moldeable duro como una piedra, sin hablar de los conguitos sabor Milka q le romperían la dentadura a más de un abuelo si lo intentará comer.

Son miles las personas y niños que a diario visitan los Burger King España . En ese sentido, agradezco que este peligroso alambre o trozo de metal haya aparecido en mi whooper justo cuando lo abrí para echarle ketchup y no en el de cualquiera de estas personas o sobre todo de estos niños... Por favor, responsables de Burger King España, se supone que sois de los número uno en higiene, limpieza y seguridad alimentaria pero en esta ocasión queda evidente de que hay algo que no estáis haciendo bien. Deseo que los responsables tomen buena nota de este suceso para que no vuelva a suceder. No es que no hayáis cubierto mis expectativas, es que esto es peligroso además de una grave infracción alimentaria que tratáis como algo leve o puntual.

De primeras éramos los únicos en el local y nos tardo el pedido 20 aproximado las patatas frías, en una hamburguesa encontramos una mosca y para terminar pedimos 2 cortado y nos dieron un café con leche y fríos.

Más lentos imposible. Más de 50 minutos esperando para dos pedidos con dos hamburguesas y dos patatas. Encima un empleado dice que me ha llamado cuando él ni estaba al frente. Lo pido por la app para mayor rapidez y es al contrario: no recomendado

I had a problem with the ordering machine and it charged me, but the machine rejected my payment. I paid it again, but the first payment hasn't been refunded yet. I'm still waiting to hear if they're going to refund it after going in to report it, providing my details, and sending an email almost two weeks later.

Hello, the food is delicious, as always, I am a big fan of Burger King, but what I value most is the customer service. I chose a promotional menu and it did not give me the option to exchange it for supreme fries. I told the girl with the earpiece that she could please exchange the fries for the other ones, and she told me that since it was a promotion, it was not possible. Let's see, they are fries. I have been working at a Burger King and when customers came with the same problem, we changed the fries without any problem. A happy customer. However, she responded very rudely and I told her that I will pay the amount if necessary to change the fries and they do not change them either. Terrible service. I do not think I will return to this burger. I would rather go to my usual one, where they will change the fries without any problems since it is just a simple fries. She replied that she does not know what happens in other burger restaurants, but that she does not care what others do, but that she is not going to change the fries. Maybe she had a bad day, so she did not. Ambien some simple fries

Took 45 mins and chasing up staff to get order thrown at us due to them priorising drive thru and deliveries rather than walk in customers. When order arrived was wrong and chips were 1/2 portion When complained staff were standing shrugging shoulders with only one apology given by one. The manager even walked away laughing. We were not the only unhappy customers in the time we were in.
