Decisamente un buon locale, si viene accolti con garbata gentilezza e vengono spiegati piatti già nell'ingresso, una volta accomodati al tavolo si può scegliere tra una ampia gamma di alimenti, birra ed ottimi vini, vengono proposte serate a tema. Tornerò per assaggiare le carni, la focaccia che ho consumato era squisita.
Domenica dedicata alla visita per la giornata FAI , abbiamo chiamato all' ultimo e ci hanno trovato un tavolo per due . Come antipasto abbiamo gustato le polpette della nonna ...buone . Poi una pasta patate e provola , buonissima ...e una tartare con freschissima e deliziosa . Abbiamo condiviso una fetta di pastiera ...davvero libidinosa . Ci tornerei e lo consiglio .
Cena tra colleghi. Luogo informale, ma molto carino e curato. Il cibo è ottimo, noi ci siamo lasciati consigliare ed abbiamo optato per un antipasto campano da condividere ( bufala e fagioli con salsiccia wow) seguito da 2 fiorentine. Le bistecche avevano 2 provenienze diverse, ma entrambe di ottima qualità. Cottura perfetta! Dolci della tradizione campana e non. Tutti buoni. Alla fine liquori offerti dalla casa. Servizio attento,ma non invadente. Gentilissime le ragazze che hanno provveduto a rimediare ai "nostri danni". Tornerò sicuramente
Tutto molto buono con una menzione d'onore per la Genovese (pasta tipica napoletana con la cipolla stufata e la carne)...da paura!!! Carne alla griglia buona, bel locale moderno e servizio giovane, attento e gentile. Pranzo della domenica coi sapori "della Nonna" napoletana in terra emiliana! Bravi Ragazzi!!!

Meat is the undisputed star here, but the menu goes far beyond that, offering a carefully curated selection designed for those seeking true quality. The ingredients are excellent and treated with great respect: each dish demonstrates attention, technique, and passion. The service is professional but never cold, with knowledgeable staff who know how to advise and guide the experience without being intrusive. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, with pleasant background music that makes dinner even more enjoyable. The appetizers are top-notch, with a simply extraordinary tartare, tender and flavorful, that literally melts in your mouth. The grilled vegetables, fries, and baked potatoes are also excellent: often overlooked side dishes, but here they are meticulously prepared and truly excellent. On to the Wagyu: the chef demonstrates great mastery, also serving it as a carpaccio and in various cooking methods, ideal for appreciating every nuance and truly understanding the value of this meat. The desserts round off the experience in the best possible way: delicious, balanced, and so good they'll make you want to clean your plate until the last bite. Conveniently located and with ample parking, this is a restaurant I recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking a high-quality experience, combining flavor, technique, and meticulous attention to detail.
Very nice place. Well-kept. Very knowledgeable staff. The timing between courses was very precise. Passed the French fries test! Stellar meat! Outstanding desserts! I would recommend it. I will gladly return. Easily accessible by car. Excellent location, makes it easy to get to. Well done guys!
The Fiorentina steak was incredibly tender and flavorful, paired with a very good red wine (AMARONE CLASSICO), which made the whole experience exquisite. A top-notch experience, definitely worth repeating! The staff and owner were very welcoming and attentive to every detail.
We had a delightful evening at this recently opened grill restaurant. The appetizer selection was solid and interesting, from classics to accompany the grill to traditional Campanian dishes. The Florentine steak was excellent: cooked to perfection, explained and recommended in great detail... I'd say perfect. Compliments also for the side dishes... often, you don't notice, but they're also of great quality. The wine list is compact, well-chosen, with options for all cravings. The service was always attentive and never too intrusive. The final bill was absolutely fair. I'll be back soon, with great pleasure.
It was our first time there for dinner. The staff were very friendly, the meat selection excellent, and the prices were fair. Then we decided to try the typical Neapolitan dish for Sunday lunch. What can I say, it was a delight, with excellent quality appetizers. I highly recommend it!
A dinner that was a true journey of taste, featuring select cuts and premium meats, from delicate raw to intensely cooked: 🥩Fassona Tartare 🍃 Horse Pesto 🇩🇰Danish Carpaccio 🔥Rare Black Angus 🇮🇹Piedmontese Fassona Diaphragm 🇭🇷Croatian Scottona 🇯🇵Wagyu Kojima Each dish, a different nuance. Each cut, a unique character.
We visited this grill restaurant, intrigued by the new management, and I must say the experience was very satisfying. We decided to start by sharing a tasty and well-prepared horsemeat pesto, then moved on to the evening's star dish: a spectacular 1.2 kg Florentine steak made from rubia gallega, cooked to perfection and truly top-quality. The meat was tender, juicy, and with that bold flavor that only top-quality ingredients can provide. We finished with two desserts, which also proved excellent, carefully crafted and never banal. The only slightly disappointing aspect was the long wait, especially for the appetizer: it took longer than expected, but that can happen, especially when there's attention to detail in the preparation and perhaps some unexpected events in the kitchen. In any case, the excellence of the dishes more than made up for the wait. The total bill was €146, which is certainly not cheap, but more than justified by the quality of the rubia gallega, a premium meat with a higher-than-average price. Overall, a truly positive experience: friendly staff, top-quality dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, eager to try other specialties from the new management.
We stopped for an aperitif, intrigued by the place. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with all the Neapolitan kindness and friendliness. We sat inside the room facing the grill, and it was wonderful to watch the chef cook (a very polite person, sincere in everything he does and says). Naturally, the atmosphere in the place was perfect. We drank two glasses of Amarone, a corporate choice that in itself was a winner for me, given that almost no one chooses Amarone by the glass, but only by the bottle, as if we all drink without thinking about the consequences (a bottle was opened in front of us with the style and skill worthy of an accomplished sommelier). We had delicious meatballs with an exceptional sauce and a special burger, with truly delicious Genoese pesto (well done for the raw materials used). To finish, a creamy mandarin sorbet. I have to go back to try the tagliata, the pesto horse meat, the ribs, the beef tartar, etc. But above all, the pastiera and the babà, which I'm crazy about. They're young people who know what quality dining means without looking for astronomical things. The taste of authenticity and the simplicity of the dishes can bring a smile to your face even after a tiring day. I recommend it to everyone, for an aperitif, a family dinner, or a romantic dinner. In short, for all occasions. Well done, keep it up.
First time for us, really excellent. We were passing by and the choice fell on them. In addition to the menu on the website, they also have something off-site that is stated verbally. We had an appetizer (for 3 of us), Fassona steak, hamburger and sausage with eggplant (I attach a photo). You can see a fridge where they have the meat you can choose (Florentine steak, rib-eye steak). The bread is also very good (not banal). Excellent desserts (Neapolitan sfogliatelle). Kind and courteous waiters. A mention for the open grill. If you are looking for a place where you want to eat excellent meat, you are in the right place, at the right price. In short, full marks, go for it.

We used to eat here often when it was Manhattan Burger and always had a great time. We came back curious to try the new menu and see the new look of the place, and we were pleased once again! The dishes are all excellent and prepared with so much care and passion, especially since they're not at all heavy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and we always want to come back! I highly recommend it! ❤️
We were in the area for the Christmas market and a friend recommended it to us. It was a great choice! The place is very cute, themed, and very welcoming. The service was exceptional, even better than that of some very renowned restaurants, and the food was amazing. From appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious, perfectly cooked, and with generous portions! It has definitely become our favorite steakhouse ❤️ There's a nice selection of dishes, and the wines are also excellent. Since there were six of us, we tried a little bit of everything on the menu and nothing disappointed. We'll definitely be back, even though it's not right around the corner. The people who work there are incredibly talented, and the prices are fair for the quantity and quality of the food.

We had a very good lunch here on the 3. January when most other places were closed. Excellent service; quick and super friendly. Food was very good; big, juicy hamburgers and traditional food. Would definitely recommend it.
Ristorante molto buono, con carne di alta qualita, le cotture sono precise e il cibo è buono. Il locale è accogliente e puliti, con molti tavoli. Lo consiglio, ma come tutti i ristoranti buoni, il prezzo non è basso, ma fidatevi, ne vale la pena.
È un locale specializzato in carne alla brace e cucina varia, menù a mio parere completo. Ho provato dopo tanti anni la loro Genovese, mentre miei colleghi han preso una Tagliata di Fassina. Hanno una eccellente cantina, vini di pregio
Nerocarbone is a traditional, modern Neapolitan grill restaurant, spread across two floors on Calerno's main street. The kitchen, where the meat is prepared in full view, is very attractive. The menu is simple but varied. The meat is truly high-quality, the prices are a bit high, and the staff is professional.
