For being in the valley, this place is pretty good. Only thing I do wish is there bread was a little less squishy but overall to be honest way better than expected. I wish they open a place in Central again. I hate that I have to drive to Calexico lol keep up the good work guys.

Ordered the Festive Family Box which had 4 fried chicken pieces, 4 chicken tenders, 4 sides, and 4 biscuits for $24.99. Now that's a pretty good deal. The fries could have been better but the rest was good.

The restroom was so dirty, and when the toilet paper ran out the person added a roll on the outside of the toilet paper holder. No toilet seat cover and no napkins. Food was delicious

Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen is now open at the Stone Ridge shopping center near Target in Moreno Valley, just south of the 60 freeway between Nason and Moreno Beach Dr. Service Terribly slow. I know they're still new but with only two cars ahead of me, it was way slow - during non-peak hours. Also, the cashier working the drive-thru wasn't knowledgeable about the products they sold. Ambiance & Amenities Casual dining. Drive thru. Indoor seating. Great view of the snow-capped Big Bear mountains. Food Ran out of their Classic tenders (only Spicy available) at 11:35am. Shouldn't something new be well-stocked? Also, I didn't get the sauces I asked for. We ordered the 1/4 Popcorn Shrimp + 2 Tenders combo. The Spicy tenders weren't that spicy, which was nice. It was probably the best of what we ate here. The Popcorn shrimp was overly battered and wasn't crispy at all - it was "soggy-balloggy". Also, I thought our combo came with Mashed Potatoes but it wasn't in our bag. And the biscuit it came with was drier than the Sahara desert! Meh. Pass. Overall, there's still work to be done here. They do need to work on the wait time. I get it - It's still new. I hope to see an improvement but I personally will most likely not be back for a while. Two stars for the view of the mountains.

Cashiers looked confused and stressed and the place was not even packed. As a customer I felt uncomfortable dining-in. Just by reading the other reviews I would recommend the franchise owner to be on top of things within this business.

Even a new place in town. It seems the staff needs more motivation. My order wasn’t complete. They gave me the bag and later I did discover the side was not there. Chicken pieces too small. Not complaining about prices, but, customer service wise, They have too much room to cover. Good luck. We do have many more options in The Valley.

Obviously I left, I’m looking for a place where I can enjoy my food when they say the business hours are still open. Last time I did go in, they close the door to other customers after me. But the attention of the workers is terrible, I arrived to pick up an order online, and since I told the girl that I was going to pick up an order online, she did not answer and I had to go to the window without knowing that she had told me, the man who delivers the drinks to me almost threw them at me and not a single word addressed me, then the girl hands me the food and closes the window in my face and not a single word did not say, I needed to ask for some sauces but only left. esto pasó hoy 11/01/2025 aprox 7:30pm

This is why restaurants in the Valley don't last. We put in a pick up order and drove from El Centro. They said they didn't have the biggest part of our order, which was the wings. That makes no sense. It was obvious they were closing down when it was still 45 minutes before closing time; safe to assume they possibly didn't even want to work anymore judging by all these horrible reviews I am seeing. They said we'd need to cancel order on the app and when we tried the chat box replied that we would have a customer service agent reach out within 24 to 48 hours. Horrible horrible customer service. I better recieve a refund quickly and never coming back. Even their menu was turning off when we pulled up, all obvious signs.

Quality of food is low and the portions of the chicken are about the same size of chicken wings from Costco. Hate to say it but I will only go to churches chicken from now on. Also the customer service number has no call center, so it shows they do not care about customers opinions.

So update from my review on Monday, I'm now sick and it's Wednesday, plus my boyfriend is too. Won't be back and I won't even bother calling the store, I'm mainly upset as I waited a good while before coming here to enjoy the new store but man...this is not fair. Great service and I didn't wait long either but it's not worth getting sick like this when I got 2 chicken sandwich combos with the 3 desert pastries and the banana pie so something got us sick yet I have no idea which item was bad or probably contaminated.

Did an online order, tried to pick up through drive thru and they took forever. They have all orders scrambled and could not get it right. They still had me park to the side and wait even longer. My order was only two of the three piece, waited more than 20mins

Employees are so rude here. When ordering at drive thru the employee wasnt responding and took time answering questions. In spanish. We didn't think much of it. Then when at the window while receiving our drinks my mom kindly asked in spanish what drink the combo was in, first employee said nothing. My mom just shrugged it off. Second employee gave us our food and my mom asked if all our food was in the same bag as we only received one bag. Again the employee (not the same one) said nothing. Kind of ignoring her. The employee left and we just sat and wondered what we did wrong. At first I thought they didn't know spanish. But when ordering the first employee was speaking perfect spanish. And even if the second employee didn't know spanish they wouldve said atleast sorry. But no, both completely ignored my spanish speaking mom. Food was okaish tho.
