Visiten Casa Curto, se los recomiendo 100% Nosotros probamos la ensalada cardini, la pasta marina, el chamorro para taquear, sopa de cebolla, los huaraches de rib eye y el chun kun de suadero. De tomar probamos el amor cito corazón, la oveja negra, y dos copas de vino rosado del valle de guadalupe

I had the pleasure of visiting Casa Curto restaurant twice: 1. For a friend's birthday 2. For breakfast with my husband Both times I was amazed: the food was delicious and the service was incredibly attentive. I would suggest they improve the latte a bit, as it was somewhat bitter, but other than that, everything was delicious 👌🏻

I loved this place! Entering the restaurant's decor maintains the art deco elements of the building where it's located. Traditional Mexican music by Pedro Infante, Consuelo Velázquez, and more creates a perfect atmosphere that captures the essence of Cine Curto, reminiscent of our golden age of Mexican cinema. The food was delicious, with portion sizes tailored to the taste, and excellent presentation. The service was also excellent. The girl who served me, Delia, was super friendly and very attentive to my exact food requests. Without a doubt, going to this restaurant is a MUST if you're in Mexicali. You won't regret it!

Vegan review here: I really enjoyed that they have a vegan option, cauliflower steak, it was yummy with the avocado and fresh tortillas and drinks were incredible. Really wished they offered veggie or potato enchiladas

The place is very nice, comfortable, and pretty, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. As for my breakfast, I felt it lacked flavor; the seasoning was weak, and the sauces were bland. I might return to try the lunches or dinners.

Quien sabe que pasaria a este lugar, hace tiempo que no visitaba pero lo recordaba delicioso y agradable. En esta ocasion parecia una apuesta segura pero pienso que cambiaron la administración quiza, el menu era otro, nos recibieron con una larga lista de lo que no tenian disponible en la ya de por si limitada carta. La musica de regueton me hacia sentir en un bar mas que en ese ambiente, pedi un latte y la mesera parecia confundida cuando pregunte por los jarabes, llego el latte que sabia a leche caliente nada mas, la pasta con camarones tenia 4 unicos pequeños camarones ningun extra. Sirvieron tarde 4 pedazos frios de pan. Solian tener un buen chef y un menu delicoso con alimentos recien hechos espero puedan regresar a eso ya que si es un lugar bonito.

Fuimos a cenar unos amigos y yo el fin de semana pasado, ya habíamos ido antes y estaba bien, pero esta vez mencionaron que tenían nueva administración. Pedimos un guacamole para compartir y yo pedí una tostada de atún. Una decepción total. El guacamole parecía de calabaza y el atún escaso y salado. Luego, me acordé que en la carta decía que incluía arroz frito y pregunte por eso. Me dijeron que estaba espolvoreado por encima. Me dio mucha risa. Ni se miraba ni sabía a arroz frito. Sabiendo que sería mi despedida de ese lugar pedi un café (ligeramente fuerte para mi, pero de muy buen sabor) y unos postres para compartir. Me dice el mesero que son porciones individuales y no se podían compartir, pues más risa que nos diga que podemos hacer y que no. El flan, pequeño pero delicioso pero el pastel tres leches lovencontre un poco seco. Probé la comida de mis acompañantes y también me pareció salada. No me parece caro pero en este momento no lo recomiendo. Esperaré un tiempo a que la nueva administración mejore. El ambiente me gusta, me parece un lugar limpio, tranquilo, interesante y la vista muy bonita.

Parece que el cambio de administración de este lugar, que tenia ubicado con C de Calidad (sin que me importara el precio) un menú simple y carnívoro para tan buen espacio, pregunte si tenían chef, dijeron que sí pero les fue imposible prepararme algo vegetariano. Probé su única opción y fue una saladísima y simple decepción de queso panela quemado literalmente con lechuga simple. Se tardaron mucho en servir. Que pena porque antes tenían un buen chef y un menú accesible para vegetarianos con alimentos frescos. Tardaré mucho en darles otra oportunidad. Ojalá y los restaurantes consideraran en sus ofertas las opciones para gente con necesidades nutricionales diferentes. Que pena de lugar. Ahora sé porque estaba tan vacío.

Pésimo lugar, hicimos reservacion nos querían sentar en el lobby estando adentro solo. El buffet no tenía comida casi y la que habia fría, nunca pusieron mas comida, no habia cubiertos ni servilletas tuvimos que pedir. Te cobran el de niños y no habia nada para niños hasta que pregunte trajeron pancakes despues de 40 minutos. Lo peor de todo es que fuimos a festejar el dia de las madres ahi y estuvo fatal.

Revisen su cuenta antes de pagar ya que te cobran alimentos dobles, terminaron por hacerme el ajuste en efectivo, se quedaron con mi ticket y no me dieron factura. La comida en general no me pareció buena, tampoco es mala. Super mal servicio.

This is my second time here, and it's a big difference. What a shame! The breakfasts are cold. We had to return the tortillas because they were cold, and there was very little gourmet food. The charred birria was a big plate for so little birria. I'm sorry and what a shame. 🤔 Please pay a little more attention.... Be careful, it will leave you wanting to come back. 😐
