This might be the worst del taco in Sacramento. Ive really been enjoying the El Dorado grilled chicken epic burrito so I ordered one. It was abysmal! Its a shame because the staff seemed very kind and prompt. The food did not hold up.

Tacos were very small. Fries were good. Went through drive-thru and attendant was cold due to weather.

So very disappointed in Del Taco. They use to be Nagels excellent food. Since changing to Del Taco the taste and quality have changed. I ordered loaded fries with no cilantro. Soon as I opened it there was a giant piece of cilantro. Took it back twice, didn't want their secret sauce. Finally asked for refund. Will not go back to Del Taco.

I haven't had Dell Taco in a long time. The food isn't like I remembered it. It had no flavor. All I tasted was the beans and rice. It looked like everything was just thrown together. As far as the service I asked the cashier can you make sure you didn't put ice in my drink. She said "oh I can't; I already made it". Luckily she did make like I requested. But I'm just thinking if she wouldn't have made it made what would she have done? How hard would it have been for her to make it right? I dont know just saying. Cashiers attitude sticks.

Not open 24 hours. Came at 9:50pm on a Friday night and the lobby was locked and the drive-through had cones blocking it. Apparently, they have no problem lying on their own website and Google Maps

I finally got through after 3 days since trying to call since Friday left my name and number with the manager because she said that it's a franchise and that the owner will call me back about my order that was all wrong. I hope you guys get your crap together especially the late night drive through crew. It's Del Taco not rocket science you people are getting $20 an hour earn your wage

They are not open 24 hrs. I work at 4:00am and every time I go through the drive thru they say they don't open until 6:00am. I recommend people to go to another Del Taco and not this location especially if you work graveyard shifts or early morning shifts because you will be disappointed when you go to their drive thru and they tell you they are not open but you see the sign saying 24hrs. Just pitiful

I was in the dine today, supposedly the owners of Del taco were there, she obviously saw that there was only one person running the whole front of the store doing drive thru, taking orders inside and packing. She has the audacity to say the girl is taking too long and asked if the girl “knew who she was” Acting like her being the owner changes that it’s busy and there’s only one person working the front. If she’s the owner do better and actually schedule people and don’t leave one person to do the job of multiple people.

My order is #71 today and I went through the drive thru. I asked for 2 del cheeseburgers and I got 2 burgers with just cheese, ketchup, and a beef patty. There was no onions, tomatoes, or lettuce

Never eat here again it's the same quality as taco bell and its terrible. Charge more and get the same results. Better off going to a real taco shop or el pollo
