The cashier knows what we like to order and is very friendly. I love to order the breakfast sandwiches and they are delicious. It's a delightful place to sit and enjoy coffee!
Line was extremely long, all the way pit to west genesee street because of the lobby being closed due to Covid and could not believe how fast the line went and how quickly we were taking care of. Very polite workers also.
This is my second favorite dunkin location. Extremely fast drive-thru with polite staff and great coffee.
We got the $6 meal deals. It consisted of a medium coffee(iced or hot), hash browns, and a bacon and egg sandwich. We had our sandwiches on a croissant. And we got an extra pumpkin iced latte to share. It was fantastic. I love Dunkin... America does run on Dunkin!!!

This is one of my favorite chains to visit. This one was a little different because there was a nice corner where there was a comfortable chair(s), table to sit relax and talk about the days events. The folks were eager to make sure your order was filled and did so with a smile.
Go here at least once a week and people there are friendly and courteous. My coffee and ham,egg,and cheese on a croissant are done right each time. 2 of my grandchildren love their donuts and drinks. Feel at home when come here.
The workers were super nice. I was waiting for a hot chocolate for like 3 minutes and they made it a large instead of medium. Wonderful people!!

Have always loved this location due to the staff and cleanliness. A special shoutout to Adrian at the window(as I typically do drive thru)ALWAYS has a positive attitude and his friendly/attentive with all customers. The staff as a whole is willing to go above/beyond for their customers
I just came to say Sarah is amazing! I placed an online order and went to pick it up via drive thru. Long story short there was some complication where the restaurant didn't have my order but it was already charged to my account. Well sarah stepped in and solved it all. She was very kind, gracious, polite, helpful and respectful! 10/10 great customer service!
I stopped by this morning to grab a coffee and the line for the drive thru was extremely long as well as the line inside. When I got up to the counter a gentleman helped me out and was extremely nice in explaining to everyone that it would be a bit of a wait for the food well still staying calm and collected despite the chaos that was happening. I wish I got his name but the customer service I received was amazing! Not to mention my coffee got made immediately, I will definitely be back!
My Dunkin’ app was taking forever to reload this morning, and the cashier ended up paying the difference for my drink 🥹 Such a small act, but it honestly made my whole day. I mean it's Dunkin so why would it get anything but 1/5 for atmosphere. It's fast food. In other news. I never stop at Dunkin. I think it's been almost 2 years but I had to pee. Thought screw it, I'm hungry. Ordered a large iced coffee with only 2 pumps of butter pecan, no milk. Also a sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffin. This place has my coffee handed to me before the receipt printed while the cashier made 10 seconds of small talk while finishing payment. The bathrooms were spotless. The service was kind and quick. I've never stopped for a better Dunkin experience. I never frequent Dunkin anymore because it's fast food but also, the quality is so inconsistent. This place was a model of what Dunkin should be, at least for my brief stop. Thanks team, and I hope you all get paid at least 20$/hr. Your store slaps
I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEE THIS LOCATION, The staff and managers are completely phenomenal. I will only come to this location everyday even if it’s out of the way. I always ask for the latte lady because I believe her name is Nicole. HANDS DOWN BEST DUNKIN AROUND! Plus my coffee is ALWAYS on point and I’m a picky female
Ashley made my cold brew caramel just perfect as others DD just can’t get it right.

This is the dunkin I go to most often and never had a problem until today, ordered pumpkin coffee, got home it was hazelnut which I don't like, called for 2 hours to let them know and they never picked up the phone, on a Sunday at 4pm....very disappointed.
I love my Frozen Mocha Coffee..but I wish there was something more than packaged brownies that are Gluten Free to go with it

Just went to Dunkin today and my coffee was made wrong.. I asked an employee if he could remake it and he was very kind and pleasant to me and did not give me a hard time whatsoever.
Yes, this is a busy place, but I have always received professional and curtious service from the well trained and efficient staff, and quality of the items ordered does not suffer. As with any place that gets busy, patience is necessary and here the wait is never lengthy. Kudos!
Have visited this location many, many times. It is an EXTREMELY popular, (busy) store. I personally don't use the drive-thru, which is very, very busy. Because I'm retired and like to sit inside and relax a little longer. They have agreat many repeat groups that enjoy the same thing. The drive-thru is busy but well staffed with very quick service
It's a Dunkin donuts all pretty much the same. The line moves pretty fast at this location. And they always have my bagged coffee in stock.
It's actually one of the better locations. The customer service is leaps and bounds better then some other Dunkin spots. Obviously they have all the same offerings as any other location, when they have donuts left that is. Its always clean and well kept, the employees are almost always kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond when it comes to my 7 year old, he asks everytime for the whipped cream on top of his vanilla coolata to be sticking up out of the straw hole after they put the lid on the cup, they make sure it's how he wants it every single time without fail.
The coffee was great, they made it just the way I asked. Blueberry Crisp that's not an option on the menu. Only gave 4 stars because the wait in line was about 15 minutes. Other than that everything was exceptionally good.
The only issue is getting in and out but it didn't stop a very long line of folks going in drive-thru and in store customers! Very quick and complete service
The coffee is really good. I’m a big fan of their caramel macchiatos. If you want coffee here these days, leave yourself an extra 15 minutes at least. Their lobby is closed, and everything is done through the drive through.
The staff is extremely friendly and are usually quick with your order. I usually get the pumpkin spice late but it's seasonal and they no longer had it but a Dunkin employee recommend a drink that I liked just as much.
Well I want to Duncan today I like your hot chocolate. But it's getting very expensive $4.07 for a hot chocolate and it's not even filled all the way so. I like it but I'm going to go to speedway it's only a dollar 87. That's just too much money
inconsistent service. I only ever get coffee and specify the number of creamers, which much of the time they do not get right. Lately I have waited an inordinate amount of time to get my order - even just one cup of coffee! I do not usually use the drive-thru
I would give this place a higher rating but this particular location seems to always be jammed up at the drive-thru, blocking the inlet at times. Don't get me wrong, I like DD but this place my be tricky to get into at times.
The dougnuts are ok but do not compare to fresh Shelby's from Byrne Dairy . I hear the coffee is good but I am not a coffee drinker. I do like their breakfast sandwiches.
Ordered a sweetened green tea and the woman working didn't remember how many doses of sugar I specified so she put in 3. Other than that, it's a decent place to stop and go.
Food and coffee was great but your guys cup carriers are so flimsy and cased me to spill hot XL coffee on my lap you guys need to find a better design or go back to how they used to be
Crew is very pleasant and always upbeat. - However, this morning ordered a LG Black Coffee with Espresso shot and I had to dump it because it tasted and smelled like dish soap or some sort of cleaning product.
It's Dunkin... Everyone loves Dunkin, clearly... So, they really should make the drive-through faster. Maybe another window, or second line all together. I have to drive by most days as the line of traffic extends into the road. It moves quickly but to accommodate to the popular demand would be smart. The new renovations did nothing to help traffic flow. I will still go here but only if I have extra time, which isn't often.
Coffee is good. I'm not sure why they even have donuts in their name because they really don't have very good donuts. Any local grocery store will have a fresher, tastier selection.
Great place lots of options! I love going here on a daily basis!! But there is one thing I like to mention is the fact that I feel like they would get a lot more customers if they had more vegan options or options for people who have food allergies or people who are celiacs to enjoy besides the drinks. But altogether the service has been great, I 💯% recommend.
Love the convenience (it's only 1 1/2 miles from home) but I think the service is starting to go downhill. I usually use the drive thru and the wait just gets longer and longer even if the line is a short one. Plus, I always specify decaf coffee and I swear that at least half the time they just put regular in, which results in me having trouble sleeping later. Not liking the fact that you can't get the combos any more either, I used to order the same one all the time and now it costs more having to buy items separately.
I love the food from this location, I've never had a problem with it other than when I order from a delivery service like Grubhub or Doordash. Whoever put my order together almost always includes someone else's food, drinks or whatever.. and I keep getting an incomplete or partially wrong order. Please hire people who can read.
My daughter just stopped and picked up her online order of 2 bagel twists and garden veggie cream cheese. Brought him it home only to find out the cream cheese was 2 weeks past expiration. Tried to call and phone goes right to message saying they are busy and can’t pick up. Nice.
Watch your coffee cups, I've had a rash of leaky cups and the lids are sometimes not on "fully" my cup holder gets filled up with coffee by the time I get to work. Otherwise good food & Java !
This location messes up my order every time. It seems like they're more concerned with drive thru customers than ones that are standing inside the store, who have already ordered & are waiting for their food/drink.
Genuinely, I feel like they should, I dunno, update when their lobby isn’t going to be open. We’re there everyday. It was fine yesterday, but today it was specifically on the go only. It’d be nice to keep customers “in the know”. Bad business move dunkin. She was kinda snotty about it too. Way to deter paying customers
This Dunkin has the LONGEST wait times in the drive thru that I have ever experienced. (I'm a Dunkin fanatic, so I have been to many Dunkin locations.) I always oder ahead on the app, but I have 2 small children, so getting them out in the cold isn't always the easiest. The last 7 times I have went to dunking it was here in Camillus and Everytime I have waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. I have been to this location a few times before in the past year or two and it's always like this!! At least they get my order correct after the long wait, which is why I gave them 2 stars
I came in earlier today and noticed I didn’t get one of the food items that I ordered. I came back a short while later and showed the lady up front my receipt and said that my food would be ready soon. So I waited ten minutes and watched while customers who ordered after me received their food. None of the workers acknowledged that I was waiting and even another customer noticed that they were standing around. I ended up walking out. Looks like I won’t be going here anytime soon.
There is always a 25 minute wait here no matter what time of day and they rarely have the inside open so the drive-through is always a mile long it’s frustrating I try to avoid this dunkin
it's dunkin so u get what u get. I am from Boston so they are ran a little differently. in the am it's supposed to be alot of people or at least people who are willing to hustle because of idiots like me who are always late and desperately need a cup of coffee. 10 min for a small black with a shot off espresso at 730 am is a no go i brought a kurieg lol. but dunkin is dunkin and if u can wait. it always is what it is.
I come here daily. However the people who used to work here got treated poorly and stuck it out but regardless they were ALWAYS polite made sure things were correct.. Now there are all newer people which I understand but if you aren't going to listen to someone give you their order and try to rush or not make sure the order is at least correct. Don't work in a food chain place. Horrible service, no manners. I'll gladly drive to any dunkin but this one. Don't work in customer service if you are that miserable and rude!
Quick service but my bag of bacon was ice cold. Would rather not sacrifice convenience over quality obviously nobody wants bacon that’s been sitting out
Unable to order on the app, kept saying there was a problem. Finally went inside and asked for what I wanted, (A hot cup of coffee, latte). Got a cold cup of coffee and when I tried to say anything to the employees they just ignored me. Thew the coffee out and left. Not happy.
My bagel was not toasted. My bacon was cold. I went though the drive thru this morning at about 745. Awful. Terrible. Go to the other one down the road by wegmans. So much better there

Hit the drive-thru for a rock hard donut and a SOUR frozen coffee without the whipped cream that I specifically asked for. The girl at the window was rude and refused to speak, angrily pointing at the total. When did it become “here’s your cardboard donut and expired coffee now gtfo”?
Horrible horrible service here rude employees use to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ s in the area unfortunately the service has went down so bad coffee is always burnt or hot coffee is cold donuts are hard will not be coming back here get it together dunking when you’re charging almost 4$ for a cup of coffee I would be making sure it’s better service and it’s good it’s a shame how bad this one has went down hill

Placed a walk in pick up order. When I got there doors are locked, it’s drive thru only, and the line for drive thru is out into the street blocking traffic. Left without picking up order. Edit: Just happened again Seven months later after I was assured by management it was a one time thing. This place is garbage….
This is THE WORST Dunkin donuts I've ever been to!! Maybe 1 out of 10 times they get my order correct. I forgot my debit card this morning. Normally I wouldn't be embarrassed about forgetting my card, but the lady at the window made me feel like the biggest POS. I've given this establishment more than enough chances to redeem themselves... I work across the street and my coworkers and I will be going to the Dunkin down the road from now on.
I went through the drive thru they messed up my frozen coffee so the lady ended up fixing it for me I thank her and I then start to drive home and as I take a bite into my bagel I realized it's the wrong cream cheese and it wasn't toasted as well after specifically stating so and made her read back my order.. I then drive back and go inside I see that they are busy and within the 5 minutes of me standing there with my sandwich waiting to speak with someone about it they managed to mess up 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS! I get y'all are busy but come on now, open your ears a little. That's how you loose regular customers.. I've always been a fan of you guys but the last few times going there it has been a mess and Everytime I complain all they have to say is I'm sorry about that. Sad to say you have now lost a regular. 👎
Stopped by for coffee and since I'm a vet I told them I wanted free donut and then they charged me. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts to go to, they never pay attention to what they are doing or seems like they dont care about customer service. My hot coffee top wasnt even all the way on and the cup had coffee running down the cup. From what i'm seen from Dunkin almost anywhere you go lately and if you complain they upper management really doesn't care. It is like they are Dunkin and you are not.
I have gone into this location 3 times in the last year that I have lived in camillus area every time I order the same thing pain bagel toasted dark and this is the third time my food was never even put in . I get cold not toasted bagel like come on people it’s not that hard to do your job and read
I got into a PHYSICAL altercation with these Camillus workers today all because I wanted a refund on my order they got hostile with me then spit at me then went to punch me through the drive thru window and shot coffee on me the manager did NOTHING but helped them and the police was called the police was on my side because they know I did nothing wrong all because my order was wrong and I said can I get a refund please these are pictures of them mocking me and the worker who spit and swung on me!
Went through long wait in drive-thru just to tell me they would not take a 50 dollar bill. They didn't even see if it was real or not just rejected it and left me sitting in my car with nothing.Great job on loosing a customer..hello Starbucks.
Awful!!! Hot as hell, no air conditioning. And the lines were out the door. There was problems with some machines so the drink I wanted wasn't available, not the peoples first ordered drinks in front of me. Not going back

Everytime I go to this location my order is messed up but today really upset me. The bagel minis or ordered were rock hard. And I'm 30 minutes away from the store and can't get them replaced.
Every single time I go to this location I am throughly disappointed. Somehow, they always manage to make my drink disgusting and not how I asked for it. A lot of the workers have attitudes as well and it’s not a great experience. It’s more convenient due to the drive through, but the dunkin down the street is 10x better consistently. I’m now finally making a review after being let down by this location many times.
Ordered a chair tea. The cup was only half full and it tasted like watered down milk. No chai spice, nothing. Dunkin is the worst place ever. I also ordered a hot tea and got a cup of black coffee with a tea bag in it! Staff thought it was funny. 😡
Handed hot coffee with lid half on which caused hot coffee to spill all over my hand (which obviously hurt) and inside of my car. The girl at the drive through window said absolutely nothing and handed me some napkins and put a new lid on coffee without saying sorry or offer to top off cup. Never going back to this location!
Unfortunately I would have to say don’t waste your time coming to this location. The staff is friendly and great, but there’s always an issue. Today, short staffed and no hot food whatsoever. I’m not sure why, every location seems to be short staffed yet no issues with getting what’s ordered. This is the fourth time I’ve stopped at this particular location and each time I leave without someone I’ve ordered or with nothing at all. Seems they just need to close if they’re not serving anything hot today. Why waste the peoples time who use the app. I hope the situation gets rectified soon.
The coffee is always burnt tasting, I couldn’t have been nicer to the person at the window and she was beyond rude to me, and the manager talked about me/customers in front of me negatively like I couldn’t hear. I won’t be going back here
The young girl that works there with long blonde hair is rude and probably needs to find a new job . She rolls her eyes and then walks away as you’re speaking with her . She also talked about me behind my back , she thought I didn’t hear her. So this is how you expect your employees to act ? It’s ridiculous and are writing to the better business bureau. Have a great day and hope you’re other two restaurants are not run the same way .
Terrible location I would recommend not going to this one and just going to another. Multiple times I have been given food and missing a couple of my items, not to mention the way the items are prepared is just terrible I spent $20 and my matcha latte wasn’t even mixed there was powder on the bottom and my cappuccino wasn’t even filled fully. This location usually doesn’t even have anything prepared half of the time.

Everytime I'm in this location I'm appalled by the lack of following the health code. I was in there earlier and there were not one but two employees at both had their hair in ponytails with their hair length down to their lower back or butt. I work in food so I know the health code is that all hair should be above the shoulders and with a hair restraints. After watching the other employees I noticed people were grabbing cleaning chemicals and then going into food prep areas. The store is absolutely ridiculous. I didn't have problems today but have had problems in the past with the rudeness of the employees. I worry they're understaffed because it seems like everytime I'm in there and it's busy everyone is at each other's throats. Edited: I love when they mess up a order on the go. This required no part on their side of entering anything in the computer. But I guess I'll enjoy my sausage bagel when I clearly paid for bacon. And they even messed up my coffee.
Disgusting customer service. Why do you guys only have 2 people on? I understand things happen, but they refused to give me my order (Bc I couldn’t go through drive thru)- even though I had already paid. The lady was so rude about it - I’m disgusted that they can talk to customers with such attitude. VERY unprofessional. Not to mention that they never post online when their lobby isn’t going to be open, so it just makes it difficult for app users when there’s still an option to pick it up IN STORE. Which is what happened today!
This is the third time I’ve tried ordering from the Dunkin on5300 West Genesse St. They never have anything ever. Not matter what you order so i guess they are a donut places that doesn’t ever have any donuts. I wish there was an option to give negative stars cause they don’t even deserve 1 star. It’s very disappointing and i don’t understand why they are even open! Shut down so people don’t keep going there or ordering from there just to not get anything. Or maybe your staff needs to step up and do there job and make more the 5 donuts for the day!!! I don’t know why i wrote this cause from reading the other reviews nothing is going to change and know one is going to contact me to try and make this right! Ordered ahead to save time only to find items missing when I got there. Had to go back in and deal with long lines and visibly frustrated employees. I get that the morning rush is tough, but service is still part of the job. If mobile orders can't be done right, what's the point?
Employer, employee manager. Take long time to wake order. Placing the order. Food was cold egg was robbery. And the cheese smell like rotten milk. Never going back again to this location.
My wife and I went their yesterday morning to buy breakfast for our employees and I had a horrible experience about this locations They waited about 20 minutes just for us to place our order My order total was $52 I requested some extra cream, sugar and napkins They absolutely refused to give it to us extra I will let all my friends and family know to never visit this location never again. Absolute waste of $52.
Avoid this location. The service is beyond slow any day of the week. Plan for 15 - 20 minutes in the drive thru and only slightly quicker if you go in the store.
Made a $50 order today.. They gave me regular coffee when I asked for decaf. They switched it for decaf that was not even hot. They put the wrong munchkins in the bucket and the sandwiches were lukewarm and no napkins for the sandwiches. The girl at the window was not polite even with us using lots of please and thank you.
They forgot half my order and when they remembered the bagel they gave me a rock hard bagel that’s been sitting in a bin for weeks genuinely what is wrong with you people
I try to avoid going to this dunkin because i've never had a good experience at this one. I gave it another try today since not purchasing here for a couple years. It is still awful. My s'mores cold brew tastes SO burnt and has a fruity after flavor and that is nothing like what this drink is supposed to taste like. Definitely a waste of $6. Avoid this dunkin location.
Out of all the dunkins in Camillus this is the worst one. The wait times are unbearable if you're in the drive-thru. 20 minutes minimum if it's on a weekend compared to the one just down the road that's pretty instant with everything. It's been like this for years and never changes
I ordered Grubhub for half a dozen donuts and an iced coffee today and I only get the iced coffee delivered. How the hell do you forget to put 6 donuts in a bag. Then I call and it says their busy, doing what not doing orders right!
