The Ladies are always courteous and professional. And they get you drinks quick and made to order.

I love this place! They have really delicious seasonal drinks such as pumpkin spice lattes, peppermint bark layers, etc. They are very friendly and service is quick. Once when there was a long line, someone came out to the car to get our order.

I enjoy coming to this mini coffee shop. Employees are friendly and nice. Coffee is great and affordable and the best part its drive tru no need to get out of the car. Its also easy to find a parking space. I would totally recommend this shop especially for moms with infants.

Always enjoy their fresh and hot coffees .I usually order a drink before going to little lous.last drink was disappointing to me I ordered a holiday drink ( with mint) but was given a regular coffee ☕ instead. Couldn't go back as they were closed Was also charged for the holiday drink Perhaps the batista was tired.

Great coffee and very friendly, however after 30 years in the restaurant business I know very well that all their long hair needs to be put back, not hanging down in everyone's food and drink.

The girl made me a cold coffee when I asked for hot coffee. She was distracted because her boyfriend was hanging out while she was working. I think the owner likes attractive young girls because that is all that works there. It is creepy and I hope the girls realize they were only hired because their butt's look good in yoga pants. I will not be going back.

Today (9/17) around 3pm. I order a LARGE horchata frap and a LARGE frozen hot chocolate with a pump of peppermint. A boy with a grey shirt and brown hair took our order + made our drinks. He gave us smalls, the horchata frap he made was disgusting. After taste was like soap. My frozen hot chocolate didn’t have the pump of peppermint like i asked. This boy has messed up my drinks multiple times. something needs to happen.

The drive-thru line moves with all the urgency of a snail on sedatives. By the time you reach the window, you’ve had enough time to contemplate life, death, and whether you should’ve just boiled tap water at home and stirred in some instant coffee. Spoiler alert: you should have:/ When your order finally emerges, it’s a game of coffee roulette. Will it be scalding hot? Will it taste like someone brewed yesterday’s leftovers in a gym sock? Or, my personal favorite, will they forget half your order entirely and hand it to you with the confidence of someone who thinks competence is optional? The baristas appear trapped in an endless cycle of chaos: lost in headsets, shouting over blenders, talking with their friends on Snapchat and moving at a pace that suggests they’ve been powered down for maintenance. Customer service skills? I don't think they can even say the words.
