“If you’re patient enough, your food will be perfect”-My husband. Seriously, food was fresh and hot. We ordered on the self-service kiosk. We had our order customized and it came exactly as we ordered. Better than any other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Rush time made the food all the more hot and fresh. Will require a bit of patience, but it is rewarded. Workers are trying to multitask different things all at once. Be understandable. If patience is not your virtue, do all of them a favor and order ahead. Thank you. If you want to order at the register on rush hour, just do yourself a favor and order at the self-service kiosk, patiently wait for help at the register or go to Drive-Thru.. don’t storm mad outa the store(hilarious). They don’t hire enough workers, be an understanding human being. Props to the lady that even as she was super busy, she made sure to bring our delicious hot food to our table. Amazing service.
Some of their employees do NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN loud enough that we can all hear them about how ppl come at the "Last minute" for breakfast mind you they still had 30 whole min left for breakfast..Shelly being the loudest about it and cussing loud enough we all hear her....IDK what managers would keep someone who does nothing but complain about their job?..She obviously doesn't want to be there so why keep her?..Stopped Again and Bailey was great she helped us with no complaining about her job....
Very clean store as if they just built it. Their outside area is also very clean and kept up. The employees were super nice and worked as a team. We stopped by for some tea. Quiet considering it is right off the 90 highway.
Had to stop at this McDonald’s with a bus full of kids because our stop previous was supposed to give us food and forgot and so we stopped here and ordered 36 five dollar meals last minute and they took great care of us even while still serving the customers around us we still had all of our food within about 40 minutes
The staff is pleasant. The food is Good I don't have too many complaints other than waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes that was unpleasant but that's the only complaint I have about that location so I guess that's good!
Bathrooms and the whole establishment can be cleaner. Food as expected! There is a even a weird smell. The place needs some care and love. The person who attended me was kind, hence my rating to Service
Here’s the deal: I’ve had a couple of times where the drive through did not give me all of the food ordered. But, if you walk inside they will be nice and happy to give it to you. Ever time this has happened it has always been due to one of the workers slacking off while the rest pick up their slack. Customer service always great.

Restaurant staff in the food prep and serving area are very hard-working people and very pleasant. Food is served very quickly and efficiently on most visits. My one issue is that the men's bathroom is very unclean and has been during multiple visits. I'm now wondering if that very inadequate cleaning follows through to the food prep area that the customers can't see? Attached are photos that are not only representative of my last visit but throughout the last few months. The trash can has perpetually looked like this photo, and the sink has as well. It's not very appealing. The management and/or owner needs to get a handle on this issue and maybe replace the sink. If it is so old that it can't be cleaned properly, maybe it's time to spend a couple hundred dollars. I have not been in any McDonald's bathroom anywhere that is consistently as unclean as this one is.
I was on the thruway and wanted a lunch. 1/4 pounder deluxe meal. The food tasted good, and the fries were hot. But sortly have leaving ended up with an urgent need for a bathroom. This is not my regular McDonald's, and I don't have this issue at my regular restaurant. The service wasn't bad, but I had to ask for a cup for my soda at table service. The outcome, no pun intended, will have me passing exit 13.
Fries were not fresh, barely warm and no taste. Next time I'll be sure to tell the person taking my order I want fresh ones. Double fish sandwich was very good, hot fresh made.
The sandwich beef was too salty, my daughter complained about the same thing. The ones in Canada has a much healthier flavor. They don't have lactose free milk, neighter honey or brown sugar. It's a no star for me.
Based on other reviews of this location, I can somewhat understand how my experience turned out the way it did. I went through the drive-thru on 11/1/2025 at 2:44pm and ordered two cheeseburgers with extra pickles. The drive-thru staff themselves were very pleasant and provided good customer service, so that wasn’t the issue. The downside was the food quality. Even though there were no other cars in the drive-thru, I waited over five minutes, and the food still came out cold. The cheeseburgers didn’t include pickles—regular or extra—and there were no onions either. It seemed like the line cook wasn’t paying close attention to the order or the ticket details. Overall, the staff was friendly and caring, but the accuracy and quality of the food missed the mark. My takeaway is to double-check my bag before leaving this location in the future.
I ordered a smokey bacon quarter pounder, and the person making the sandwiches labeled it a smokey bacon quarter pounder and gave me a double cheese burger. When I took it back in and showed the manager, she took it to the person that made the sandwich, scolded him for not paying attention. Told him to make the right sandwich. When I got out to my car, opened it up, it was so messy and sloppy, the sandwich wouldn't stay together. It took me 4 napkins to clean my hands. I have had this sandwich before, so I know what it was supposed to be. That was not it. It almost seemed intentional how much smokey sauce the sandwich had. This goes on record as the worst MCDONALD'S experience ever. I get they were short-handed, but no excuse for making bad food.
Drive thru slow waited 10 minutes
6:50am, lobby still closed. Attempting to order was like talking to a tin can. Go to pay they still don't even have cash in their drawer. I got coffee they never asked me if I wanted anything in it nor gave me any cream or sugar for it. My bagel sandwich was so stale it was worse than a dry biscuit. I guess this is why I go to McDonald's only once every few years. And it always seems to get worse.
Why is This restaurants shake machine always down. Ill never understand how you can run a restaurant and not have your equipment working properly. Such an absolute disappointment.
The atmosphere of the place is better than the one in Oneida but not by much. The people are friendly if they're not busy, otherwise you won't know cause they're running around trying to get orders together for drive thru and walk ins. Food is always good. But my god they need help. Four people in the morning, especially with a thru way right across from them, four people is not enough, that place was BUSY. It also took forever getting our food, wasn't really a big order either. Not the fault of workers though, I know that. You need patience in the morning when you go here.

Went here the morning of Sunday August 20th. The line took over 20 minutes. When we got to the window the woman made no apology. When she handed us the diet coke, THE ONLY THING WE ORDERED, it wasn't even full! My husband questioned it and said that after waiting that long the least he could expect was a full drink. She said that is how the machine filled it and that they were short staffed. Again, no apology at all! The drink had also been sitting for awhile as the ice was half melted. The lady was rude and unprofessional.
UPDATE: Still useless. I ordered sundaes and the amount of chocolate sauce in it would fill the surface of my thumbs. This is basically a normal icecream cone in a plastic cup. Ridiculous. I ordered a chocolate sundae today. I ordered it with mnms and I ordered it with "extra" oreas, meaning 2 portions. Not only does it have barely 1 portion of mnms, and barely 1 portion of oreos, it's also missing the chocolate sauce... I've got a cup of ice cream with a sprinkle of nothing on top. An absolute joke. This has happened SO MANY TIMES now that I think no one is teaching the staff to look at the additive options people have on their orders.

We called ahead and were told that the restaurant could accommodate our group. We got to the restaurant to the doors being locked. Someone opened the door for us. The manager then told us to get out of his lobby and he will not serve us. We are a group of middle and high school kids that just marched in a parade and were looking to grab a bite to eat. We come through this area often and will take our thousands of dollars elsewhere.
this is literally the SLOWEST drive thru I've ever been through, waited a half hour. Inside is also disgusting, Tables are never washed and are all sticky, trash all over the floor because it's overflowing, Disgusting uncleaned bathrooms, and there's ONLY ONE decent staff member who is actually friendly.

On January 5th 2025 at approximately 250 pm, I witnessed a McDonald's employee at 13 N Peterboro St, Canastota, NY 13032 utilize the bathroom and then exit the bathroom without washing his hands. The employee was a male with red dyed hair. Also dining room tables were filthy.
Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve stopped her multiple times over the past 3 months and every time ends exactly the same. Fries are always stone cold and stale. The filet-o-fish is always covered in tartar sauce and stale. I don’t how this place is still open.
If you want "fast food" at a sit down style, cooked fresh from scratch speed, this is your place. Employees were rude and overwhelmed. Waited 17 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, mangement or owners should make changes. Also, the place was dirty, not sure if it was lack of pride, time or employees.
This McDonald's has forgotten they are supposed to be FAST food. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru AFTER ordering. You could run out of gas sitting in this drivethru.
Terrible establishment. Would rate negative stars if possible. Not that it matters, but I know I’d never spend a dollar there and I would encourage everyone to not seek employment here either. Employees and managers alike all treat each other like garbage. Save for a few. Absolutely toxic environment from what I’ve seen and heard as I have a family member that works there and confirms the things I’ve seen on every seldom occasion I’ve showed up. The few times I’ve ever been there everything she tells me is true. People yelling and screaming at each other. What are we 5? Managers and employees really think that screaming at one another creates a work environment where people can be productive. In my opinion, that’s why this location is so bad for customers too. Don’t eat here or work here if it can be avoided.
Placed a $30 order through the app and when I went to pick it up, the "manager" (unbelievable) said they didn't receive an order and can't help. No refund or order, even showed them the app and still, the "manager" acted extremely poorly, extremely unprofessional, hard to believe it's even the manager by how unprofessionally he behaved. Tried calling the store multiple times and they have dial-up phone service which is embarrassing considering their net worth as of TODAY is $216B but hey, at least it's not my shameful business, right?

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. There were 2 people ahead of us. Maybe 1 car in the parking lot. No one else in the other line in drive thru. No one in the drive thru came on the speaker to take orders. This is overly RIDICULOUS
Sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes before finally going in...no one was moving. Took about 5 minutes before someone took my order and another 20+ to get the food.
The young lady taking my order was new and doing her best to take my order. She was moved off my register because she needed help taking orders and was trying not to appear flustered. While placing my order with her replacement, the manager, a slim woman with dyed red hair who appeared very stressed, came over and chewed out the new girl with a tone that was quite harsh. The manager told her to press a different button when customers order a large meal. I am in the people business and know an employee should NEVER be reprimanded in front of peers or customers. This made me and my children quite uncomfortable. The young girl seemed to handle this well, said ok and did her best in her role. While waiting for about 10 minutes in the lobby for my two orders, this same manager was angrily demanding food items from many of her employees. Her voice was clearly heard by all the customers in the lobby, about 10 people in total. Once, this lady couldn't reach a chicken sandwich and so yelled at an employee to push it to her. She was loud and angry in tone and was blaming that employee. This manager operated a negative learning environment, undermined team, and made customers uncomfortable.
Rude at drive through. App didn't ask if you wanted to drive threw or pick up. We pulled into drive through and the lady rudely told us this is a counter order you have to come in . Then no n as papkins in the store.
Found a long hair in my McGriddle brought it back and got a full refund. That would have been fine if every time I go there wasn’t a problem like missing food 20+ minute wait times. Unsalted fries. Pieces of burger meat glued together with cheese instead of just a nice new patty It’s worth the 10 minute drive to Oneida for better quality.
About 2 weeks ago I waited 45min to get my food. Now tonight, I waited well over a hour. Got there about 9:20PM and left at 10:40pm after getting my food. I’d have left way before waiting that long but I already paid. The lady also couldn’t figure out what I ordered. And then proceeded to tell me the drinks were down, and wouldn’t help me solve the solution with that. And then finally after her figuring out and getting all I ordered, I was shorted two orders of fries and my hamburger order ended up being wrong. I’m not usually one to care, but I waited again over a hour. And then being shorted all I was shorted, that’s just unacceptable. This being the second time is just wrong. I should have learned from my prior visit to not go back.
Why why why is my food ALWAYS COLD. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for about 18 months and EVERY time it has taken a minimum of half hour to get food regardless if I’m the first in line or not another it took 45 minutes and yet still cold! How? With the only damned place for what should be a quick meal in the area really sucks. I return maybe once a month to see if there are improvements. NO! Although employees are always nice

The inside of this particular restaurant is always dirty. Service is very slow. No organization. Waited 30 minutes for food to dine in as they concentrated on drive thru customers. The only good thing I can say is when we got our food it was decently fresh.

Absolutely horrific experience at this location! Left without ordering along with many others in line. Man at counter ranting about plastic in his burger asking for corporates phone number they “didn’t know it”. Another man was complaining about an issue from the day before. Acting manager was ranting the entire time and rude to customers. Line at drive through and a line at the counter while all staff in the building were standing near counter. Orders never taken no one cooking. While manager was barking orders at staff they made no sense and were irrelevant in the moment ie. go get a case of water, fill straws (they were full) this place needs to get it together!!
Food is either wrong or cold everytime. Dining area is always in need of cleaning. I drive to Onieda instead of driving a mile to the Canastota Mc Donalds.
It becomes sad when you sit in a drive thru line at 9pm at night and not one person asks for you order after 30min with multiple vehicles pulling up behind you. At which point you leave and to travel to another location due to lack of service and in my opinion and extreme lack of management to allow this. With the prices of these meals as well as the snail paced service just makes you wonder ...
I didn’t think my opinion of McDonald’s could get lower but this location did it. Waited almost 20 minutes for our food, flies all over dining area and water barely came out of the faucet in the restroom. Go anywhere else.
This is absolutely the worst mcds that I have EVER been to. The older guy in a blue button up shirt can NOT get his team in order and me as a customer and this being a fast food place I shouldn't be waiting 29 minutes and for me I drive for uber/Lyft and my time is money and I don't have time for this. OOTW! Okay, I'll make it simple. One of the worst. Been here twice, ordered twice, have moved at most 50 combined feet in the drive-thru, and left twice after waiting over ten minutes. Don't go on Sunday!
Drive-thru worker "Rapid" was very rude. Insulted me and my friends, disrespected our food choices, and nearly forgot part of the order. After asking for the food that was forgotten, she was very rude and, again, insulted us. On top of all this, there was only whipped cream added to a mcflurry when all add-ons were chosen. Overall, the service was slow, the staff were disrespecful, and the food was not even made properly.
Very dirty. And when we made the staff aware, they were not polite. The bathrooms were unusable with flies all throughout the stalls. The counters were very sticky. The doors were filthy. And the soda dispensers were covered in sticky syrup. Had they been polite and open to knowing this information, I wouldn't have left 1 star or thrown the food away without eating it. Very disappointing and gross.
Slowest and dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen
The laziest crew of employees I've ever seen in my 34 years of life! My girlfriend went through the drive thru and was given a hard time about ordering. Then waited 25 minutes for our food. To make things much better she brought home food that taste like a cardboard box had been cooked an hour earlier. The best part was not receiving the meal she ordered for herself. Upon returning back there to get fresh food or my money back. I witnessed the slowest and laziest group of humans I've ever seen under one roof. This place gets worse by the week!
Really nothing to grade because I was stuck in a drive thru that was more like a park still. No movement for 20+ at 150pm. It was my first stop at that location. Likely only stop.

Went there, they took over an hour to make my meal that was only nuggets, burger, and small fries and there was about 4-5 people working and we’re not busy, so I was disappointed.
If I could leave a zero star I would. This McDonald’s location is awful, I’ve never wanted to write a review so bad. I’ve stopped on a couple different locations and each time it’s at least a 30min wait and they continuously give the me the wrong order. This last time there was only a couple cars ahead of me and it still took 30min to get me a small order. This McDonald’s location needs some serious work or to be shut down.

If I could give this a zero for an experience I would have. I'm currently still sitting outside in the pull up area waiting for my food. I waited in the drive thru as the first car in line for the person to speak to take my order. I said many times are you there to no response. I patiently waited ten minutes. Finally I put down the passenger window and asked if anyone was there on the other line and they said no. At that point the person said something as I was pulling away. I made a mobile order while sitting there too hopefully make it go faster. I literally ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I'm still waiting for my food and have been here for over a half hour.

Can't make an order to save their lives.. Employees are not being trained correctly I've gotten food from there recently most recent being today just 20 mins ago. And guess what? To my surprise I get home and I have literally just the bread wrapped in yellow paper.. This place sucks..
I just spent 30 minutes waiting for my food. It was busy so I knew it would be a little while. Because it was busy I used the kiosk what a mistake. I try to get the best deals I can but the good ones are never on that menu. I paid $20 for two filet of fish a large fry and large shamrock shake. As I was waiting I saw they have two filet for $6 but it wasn’t available on kiosk. When I asked an employee counter person he had NO clue what I was talking about. This isn’t a normal thing I go there often but the kiosk is awful to use.
Went through the drive-thru on a noble quest for the mythical Chicken Crispers and a Filet-O-Fish. Instead, I was handed a box of what I can only describe as regret-shaped nuggets and a fish sandwich that looked like it was assembled during an earthquake. The Filet-O-Fish bun was sweating. The cheese? Not melted melt-adjacent. The fish patty had the texture of an old sponge and the emotional energy of a ghost who gave up. I bit into it and briefly forgot my own name. Now, the Chicken Crispers? Don’t exist. They’re a fever dream. I’ve ordered them four times. Four. Times. I’ve received nuggets, a McChicken, and once, just a straw and a single ketchup packet. I asked the drive-thru lady where the crispers went and she looked me dead in the eyes and said, “What is real?” before slowly lowering the window. The bathroom smelled like time travel. My Sprite had no fizz just sadness and carbonation trauma. Would I come back? Yes. I crave chaos. But I’ll bring sage, a priest, and a snack from home next time.
Very disappointed! I wanted McNuggets and they were all out of BBQ sauce! Very disappointed as the nuggets are only good with BBQ sauce from McDonald’s. Had to cancel my nugget order. :(
Took at least 15 minutes in line, I suspect more. Literally got out of my car, got my dog's food out of the trunk, and fed the dog while waiting in line. My order was wrong but I couldn't tell because of all of the cars backed up, when I placed my order I couldn't see the board. The people working seemed nice, but there didn't seem to be enough of them.
Disgusting inside, service is non existent. Waited 15 minutes for cold food. Went in to get it taken care of and witnessed an employee eating fries out of the bin and eating nuggets on the prep area. Madison County health department needs to investigate this place.
30+ minute wait for food. Finally got to the window and they lost our order and said it didn't exist. We insisted that our order was real and I provided my name and mobile order number. A couple minutes later they produced it but messed up my daughter's happy meal. Food tastes good otherwise, but the wait and chaos inside makes it not worth it.

Windows doors floors just nasty trash wasn't taken out I never seen bathrooms so dirty in my life . My meal looked like the hamburger has hanging around couple of Days no soap no handsandinater just not right.
This is the most disgusting, filthy plane I've been to in a very long time. Garbages over flowing, no ice, dirty, garbage covered floors and tables. Food cold and unappealing. No smiles from workers. Floors were so slippery and dangerous.
Been in the drive thru more than 35 minutes and still not at the window. Same slow service everytime. How can they be this slow its supposed to be fast food. Totally unbearable. I ordered through the mobile app and already paid otherwise I would have left a long time ago
This McDonalds has seriously gone down hill. You either have a long wait for your order even if you order ahead for curbside pickup we’ve waited 30+ minutes for orders to be brought out as the line keeps moving along. I even had to walk in to get my order once after waiting almost an hour!!! Yes it was a big ish order we’re a family of 7 I had to make multiple trips to carry it all out because they had no cup carriers or big bags to put the food in. Foods either cold or stale tasting. Or they mess up your food or don’t give you all of your order. Worst McDonalds ever
I’ve tried the Canastota location before and been disappointed. Don’t ask me why I gave them another try today. Middle of a snow storm and just wanted fast food to get back on the road. I visited the “restaurant “ about 1:45pm. Not busy at all. Should have been easy, right??? No one at the counter to take my order. I was not attended to for 5 minutes. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, fries and a soda. After offering I went to get my Diet Coke. The counter was filthy , like the rest of the place. Drinks spilled everywhere. Straw papers on the counter and floor. Napkin dispensers empty. Flat soda machine that sputtered all over my jacket sleeve. Nice so far?? Waited 15 additional minutes for my order. I thought, “Cool, they are cooking me up a fresh, hot burger for me!” Wrong again! My burger was clearly held over from the lunch service. It was overcooked and thinner than a pancake. It had had every molecule of moisture squeezed out of it. But it gets better! The toppings were a mess! Wet, soggy, lettuce and bun as a result. Not even a fresh slice of cheese to attempt to deceive me. Unappealing and, frankly, deplorable! Fries were good, though. I’m thinking that the parent company is just ignoring the rampant problems at this franchise location. It demonstrates a profound disregard for the “Brand” and a frank lack of pride. In my mind, the best thing they could do is to discharge the current employees and raze the “restaurant.” Please don’t rebuild it right away! Allow us the opportunity to get the foul taste out of our mouths!
Been waiting in drive thru 20 minutes so far. You need more help! Two cars left without their orders.
We drove up to the pay here booth and observed multiple roach like bugs crawling over the inside glass and walls. We did not stay. Left without getting food. Yuk! Update: I received a link to file a complaint with corporate. I filed a complaint and received an email from corporate telling me this was a local restaurant issue. The email stated they would forward my concerns to the owner of this franchise. The end!
I will no longer go here. Every time I go there is a 40 minute wait. The food is always cold and the soda is flat. I have complained about this before and it seems nothing changes. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The overall restaurant is filthy. The tops to the tea dispensers are always hanging off and the ketchup pump is empty. Most time the soda fountain is empty and when it’s not the soda comes out flat. It looks like the counters and tables are never cleaned. I find it surprising that this place hasn’t removed the current staff and management. This place needs a complete overhaul. This place needs to be shut down given a good cleaning and have new staff and managers come in.
If you’ve ever wanted to experience a live-action traffic experiment gone horribly wrong, swing through this drive-through. You enter a tiny lane that splits into two ordering lanes — sounds efficient, right? Wrong. Because about one car length later, both lanes have to immediately merge back into one to reach the single payment and pickup window. It’s like watching a demolition derby in slow motion, complete with honking horns, angry hand gestures, and confused drivers trying to remember how merging works. It took nearly 40 minutes to get food — and this wasn’t even during lunch or dinner rush. Meanwhile, the poor folks who actually parked and went inside? Trapped. Cars wrapped around the building like a metal python, blocking every single parking space. Whoever designed this drive-through deserves an award — for most chaotic traffic simulation ever created.
You'd think being right off the thruway this McDonald's would be managed well, but quite the opposite. You're better off paying half the amount of money for fresh food from somewhere else than wait 20+ minutes for food here. Insane.
Over 40 mins for wrong made food, then it's like it's been made on a roller coaster,, like how hard is it to line up bread and pattys.. ask for no onion extra pickle.... loaded with ya nasty raw onions.. I didn't see anyone with gloves.. opening up wrapped food with their hands to see if made right.. absolutely disgusting.. but I only paid 10 bucks for a dry burger
I have been waiting in line since 8:14 pm (mind you, it’s 8:38pm as I’m writing this). I am still in line and have not gotten my food yet. For 25 minutes I feel as though I’ve been trapped in the twilight zone waiting for food. Did a mobile order. There were ONLY THREE CARS IN LINE INCLUDING MYSELF- and two cars in the parking lot. I don’t know what’s going on here, but I’m confused why it took this long to serve their customers.
9/18 saw a video of drive thru rat on counter for this place 🤮Wait for food was a little long. Ordered off kiosk. Food wasn’t hot even though I was sitting in front of counter to eat. Fish sandwich had cheese hanging off to side, was tepid. Fish huge disappointment. Elderly man came in, spoke to a worker as he was unhappy about something. Worker gentleman says loud enough that I heard it “that’s not how it works”….elderly man left upset giving the finger to worker. A little while later a man comes in with his food bag stating that they forgot some of the items he ordered. Store somewhat clean. Not very busy. Nothing about this establishment is going to bring me back. I’ll travel to a different local if I want McDonalds.
I never give bad reviews and this resturaunt was an exception to that… I waited 20 minutes for food when it was completely empty in the middle of the day which was odd, on top of that the staff was extremely unprofessional talking about weird things and arguing with eachother… they didn’t provide any customer support or just didn’t care we stood there for almost half an hour waiting. One staff member was talking about “don’t shoot me for not having the food ready” to his employees and being very odd. I don’t think the atmosphere was professional or proficient in any way what so ever. I’m very dissatisfied
We placed an order for lunch for a family of four on the mobile app, and ended up waiting in our parking spot for more than 45 minutes. On several occasions we went in and we're told by many other customers inside the restaurant that counter service wasn't available and everybody was being ignored by staff. That seem to be true because no amount of effort got any staff attention. Wait times were atrocious and communications was worse. Sitting here in my car. Trying in our car now to figure out how to cancel this order. We're probably going to eat the loss, because the app suggests making contact with the individual McDonald's for a refund because of late orders. Good luck at this place.
Stopped in for a “quick” bit while traveling and 25 mins later we left with our food. We were the lucky ones as folks in the drive thru waited about 45 mins got frustrated and were coming in the restaurant to get their food. Not to mention the place was disgustingly dirty. There was an awful smell and the area for the drinks had a clogged drain that looked like it had been sitting here rotting for a week. The floors looked like they hadn’t seen a mop in just as long and there was spilled something all over the trash area. The bathroom was gross. My 4 year old had to go so I picked the one where flies were not chillin on the seat and I had to wipe off the irony soaked toilet paper stuck to the rim. I also don’t know how “all employees must wash hands” is working out as there was NO soap in the restroom. Thankfully there was hand sanitizer in the lobby. I understand staff shortages and things like that but this condition was definitely due to not caring about the job you do. Staff was also not that friendly and barely acknowledged the customers.
The manager on duty Mary was very unprofessional with my wife. My wife had ordered pickup through the app, when she got there Mary told her they did not have her order and suspected she ordered them the wrong store, which is not the case. Another employee suggested a promo, she responded she would, but only this time, suspiciously, even though my wife had shown her her phone. We might have to order in store from now on, so we can leave if Mary is working
Very dirty throughout this location. It was not very busy and several tables had food debris and used napkins. Not a lot, but enough. The bathrooms were very dirty. Looked like the floors were not swept along with a lot of dirt in the sink and counter. The staff was very loud, had table service but we needed to go up and get the order after they yelled out our number twice. I found it alarming I could hear the staff telling each other to “shut up” and blaming each other for tasks due to who had opened the location earlier in the morning loud enough for all to hear.
