Typical mcdonalds. Fries thrown in the fryer again because they left it sitting too long under the heat lamp. Burgers served that were held way past the hold time. In their defense, I didn't ask for no onion on my burgers, I also didn't ask for half an onion on each burger either. Also this one clearly doesn't train every kitchen member the same. Does a quarter pounder come with mustard or does it not? I had one last week that did, this week it doesn't. Judging by the other reviews the only thing this location is consistent with is handing out poor quality food.

Worst experience at a McDonald's in years. I was there this afternoon, around 3:40pm, and ordered several items. Neither of the meals I ordered included our fries, and the pitiful amount of mayonnaise on my McCrispy left my sandwich as dry as the Sahara Desert (I paid extra for barely a dot of mayonnaise on it). There was also a strong smell of urine near the order counter; I'm not sure if it was another customer or one of the employees (a major health code violation, if it was an employee). I'd rather drive to Canastota... at least they've never got my order wrong.

When will AI replace the team? Be more accurate in service.

This place especially for chain restaurants is trash. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been too in a long time. The wait wasn’t long but my fries are cold soggy and my burger was disappointing. Such a waste of money for the location seeing as there are better options that are a few feet down the road. If I could rate this 0/5 stars I would.

Very under staffed waited over a hour for food literally had 3 employees in store Manager was working extremely hard but with only 2 other employees to assist him I'm sure he was overwhelmed between dine in and backed up drive the manager and his staff did what they could need to staff for a Friday

I called asking to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke to said her name was Jamie when I asked. I explained that I had just come through the drive thru and half of my order was missing and I wanted a refund. I told her I was not given a receipt. I paid exact change $20.06 I believe it was. She immediately had an attitude asking me to bring the food back. I drove all the way home, I told her I am not bringing everything back. I had two kids that got whatever was actually in the bag. Which was sauces for the burritos, syrup for the pancakes, silverware (no napkins)… pancakes and 1 sandwich. I wouldn’t usually ask for a refund but because this isn’t the first time I didn’t want to bother with the rest of the order. I guess I am more concerned with the fact that Jamie kept cutting me off on the phone, had an attitude, got loud with me… and then proceeded to tell me the whole conversation was had in front of the Assistant. lol what a world we live in where arguing with customers IN FRONT of the ASM is a thing now. I was a GM for McDonald’s and Burger King… I NEVER allowed that. Whatever is going on in Jamie’s life… I truly hope she can separate it from the job she was hired to do. Because it won’t be good in the long run for her. Especially working for MacClark.

How many people does it take to get a order right? Just spent $27 for cold nasty food, couldn't get my order right 3 times and still when I got home I look in the bag they still messed it up. The girl at the window acted like I was the problem like it was a inconvenience for her to fix my order. I wasn't rude to her at all and all she kept saying to me is I didn't take your order. Ok cool you didn't take my order but who ever did messed it up so I would appreciate someone fixing it instead of acting like it's a problem or too much for you. Usually I never have a problem and if I do they fix it right away but who ever they have working tonight shouldn't be working in food service ever.

If I could give a no star I would have. I asked for the sandwich to be made fresh on march 23 around 3pm , because the order I had the previous day was cold .and if I could post the greasy sloppy burger that was served to me and fell into my lap and ruined my work clothes on my lunch break I would have. I will never return

Not sure if someone hates their job or someone is on the rag but how much ketchup does one think another person needs. Like damn, the burger literally looked like it had 20 packets of ketchup inside it and I had to wiped most of it off.

THIS PICKLE'S FACE SAYS IT ALL!!! Worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. Sucks it's the one closest to where I live. The staff don't care and it shows in the quality of the food they put out. Season your burger patties Oneida McDonald's!!! Rude young kids make up 94% of their employees and they can't even take your order properly and need some serious training in their customer service skills.

The little mess ups I can deal with, we're all human and make mistakes. But to serve out quarter pounder meat thats raw is just absurd. Calibrate your dam grill, check your product before its in the hands of your customers, or just pay attention to your job. Its not hard, I would know after being a guest service manager at a mcdonalds down south for 2 years.
