As soon as you walk in and smell all of the seasonings....you know you're about to experience something special! We drive here from Syracuse, primarily for the awesome pizza but also the unique atmosphere and attentive wait staff.

We had my granddaughter's 9th Birthday Party here. We had a private room right of the game room. The kids had a great time. The Pizza was delicious!

Truly a delightful restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. A place where the whole family can sit down and enjoy a delicious meal, while waiting you can venture into the nostalgic video arcade area. I personally had the pola, which was kind of like a pizza folded into itself with marinara sauce to dip into, it was really nice.

The food & customer service was amazing! My family arrived at the hotel just a few moments after Pepi's stopped delivering. They asked where we were staying and decided to deliver to us anyways. The dough was delicious. Light, fluffy, and golden brown with just the right amount of crunch. They did not hold back on the topping. The Pepi special is definitely something to cherish. Thank you Pepi for creating a wonderful dining experience during our travels!

Iv lived all over the country, and this is my favorite pizza joint by far. But if your gonna have an arcade for the kids, get good games, AND MAKE SURE THEY WORK. Pizza is perfect, don't change nothing on the pizza front

Just drove into town after Playing Some Golf .Always Drove by this place chose to stop . There pizza is unreal tasty crispy Fresh a must Stop if your in Oneida. Will be stopping frequently what a well run Pizza Place.A+++

The food and service were phenomenal! The arcade brought back some great childhood memories. It was great to share this with my grandchildren! The prices are comparable to other pizza restaurants. A few of the games and kiddie rides didn't work and that was the only thing that disappointed slightly.

Descent pizza in this town. There are others but the wife grew up on this. It has good dough that is fresh and tastes good cold. Antipasto is very good and always fresh. I also usually get their chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce. Great tasting sauce.

Arcade, train, pizza, soda appetizers what more could three little boys want...quality of food was very good, pizza was about the best around, service was exceptional and very accommodating, brought our food out fast, even on a busy Saturday night! I've been ordering pizza from here for as long as I can remember, they never disappoint. Quality of the pizza is always top notch, wings are great too. Service is always great and employees friendly. The drive-thru for picking up orders is a nice bonus!

Whenever we go camping in the Oneida area, Pepe’s is always on the first night. My husband knew about it way before I did…I’m picky about pizza sometimes but I’ll throw a fit if we don’t have it for dinner at least one night of the trip! The ingredients are fantastic…sauce and cheese just right, crust is soft but gives that nice crunch! Reheats really well, FYI!

Didn't go inside, had the food delivered to me but here it is: the veggie pizza was excellent! The undercarriage was almost perfect. I had it made with light sauce, too and it was awesome. I understand, they're not organic veggies but for what it was the pizza was excellent. The boneless chicken nuggets perfectly cooked. Little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I'm a truck driver and was getting load at the HP Hood, they delivered it to my truck in 35 minutes. If I'm ever picking up here or anywhere in Oneida again I will most certainly order pizza from this guys, guaranteed!

It is an old style pizza parlor with 80s throwback arcade Room. The food is good and reasonably priced and they are very family oriented and offer birthday packages.

Took a trip to this pizzeria and was a beautiful fall day. Ordered the Pepi's special has little of everything like a supreme pizza. The sound of train surrounding the main dinner room was pretty cool and created a soothing sound for the party atmosphere. My Pepi's special for being a small was a mountain full of ingredients.

I went to Pepi's Pizza for the first time, and my experience was AMAZING! I got the PeeWee Size Pizza, which was just like a Personal Pan Pizza. I ate all of it, then after my family was done we tried out the arcade. OH MY GOSH, I cannot recommend this place enough! That arcade? Top notch. The food? Comes out fresh and may need to wait 5-25 minutes for it to cool, almost burned my taste buds off tbh. Overall, it was great, the atmosphere walking in was amazing, gave me 90's vibes. Although, the train wasn't working, which was upsetting but, oh well! The food really complements you in your belly!

This evening was my wife and my first time at Pepe's Pizza in Oneida and this establishment has renewed my faith and that some people can still actually make a real Pizza. We ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and 20 sweet and sour wings and it was spectacular!! Are drinks came in large glasses full of ice. I've not seen glasses this size since the 90's. The Establishment has a lot of seating inside. They even have a game room which blew my mind!! Their phones were ringing off the hook and their drive-thru was just cranking! So you know this is a great place to eat. By far the best pizza and wings from Camillus, NY all the way to Oneida NY!!!! This establishment was the cleanest eatery that I've been in in a while. No exaggeration. How to make our first visit even more special, Amanda was beyond amazing!!! Thank you so much Amanda for making our visit so awesome!!! My wife and I both agree that this eatery is definitely at the top of our go to list going forward! Great job, Pepe's!!!!

Very friendly service the second we walked in the door. The young man, DeAndre, at the counter was immediately attentive to our presence. Our server, Amanda, was super sweet and took our order quickly and repeated it back to us to ensure accuracy. The overhead train in the dining area is a really cool entertaining touch too! Everyone was busy and had smiles as they worked. Food was pretty bland but filling. Will definitely return here again when in the area.

Our family loves Pepi's. Great workers and always clean. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza is amazing! They have a train that runs around the inside of the restaurant and up above your tables which is cool. Also there is a rather large arcade as well. We visit or order out from Pepis very often, and the drive through pickup makes it easy. Definitely try Pepis, you'll love it.

Wonderful accommodations made for my service dog because she is large and does not fit under the tables very well. She was able to sit between my table and one that was not being used therefore being out of the way. Everyone was respectful and did not distract her. THANK YOU! My waitress forgot to give me my receipt after I paid cash but I was able to call the restaurant and I can pick it up tomorrow. They were about to close when I was leaving. She was still very friendly and attentive! Food was delicious as usual!

Pepi's has been a part of the Oneida landscape most of my life. Pizza, wings, & some fried dough.... great place to take the kids and grandkids.

Ordered pickup which was ready in the time they said. Food was good but pizza needed a bit more sauce. Overall a good dinner!

Growing up, Pepi's was always my favorite pizza in Oneida. And I loved going there and playing the arcade games. The atmosphere is brighter and more open than a typical pizzeria, which is kind of nice. It's a fun place for kids, from the arcade games, the mini train driving around the ceiling, and some funny props and paintings. The only strike against is that a decent number of arcade games didn't work. The fried dough is a favorite of mine.

Good tasting pizza. Cute atmosphere with the train tracks and locomotive going around the ceiling. Didn't check out the arcade area, but lots of kids seemed to be having a good time. Lots of space for everyone. Fries were tasty, if a bit light handed in portion for $7!

The pizza and wings are really good. The service is great. Now, the arcade section is not so great. The money this place makes the owner could definitely put some money into the arcades. Most of the games don't even work and are so old.

Been going here since I been like 6 years old!! One of the only places that does something different & unique because the pizza they do is Chicago tavern style with the corn meal underneath instead of the flour which is bangin!! Outstanding pizza and a very broad assortment to choose from. Alcohol is not served here. Nice place for kids. Everything is a little worn but with a retro touch. A train goes around a track above the diners and tables have newspapers and articles about the locals from the 1960s and '70s. Nice family place.

Family fun place. Pizza was average. Pricey on the arcade for kids, but it kept them busy. Wish they would serve the family antipasto salad in a bowl so you can toss it and serve without it spilling everywhere.

My first visit. No stranger to Pizza establishments. It was a Friday evening, but it took far too long for our food to be made and delivered to the table. Pizza was heavily over sauced, and although I paid for extra cheese, it was not made that way. Meatball sub we ordered was GREAT, as were the wings. Pizza was overpriced and a disappointment.

I grew up going to the original restaurant behind the building. I love that they got new games for the kids and added the gelato shop! I appreciate the old being incorporated into the new, every detail from the train running across the ceiling to the original tables with old sports clippings and the Pepsi cola light fixtures, up to the hole in the ceiling where they can toss the pizzas. Only problem is: no one tossed the pizzas. The open kitchen concept I would believe is for the customers to watch them toss the pizzas and unfortunately they did not. Kind of defeated the purpose of Pepi’s original love of pizza tossing. It’s a lost art. I would love to see that here again; it’s what made Pepi’s pizza so memorable for us kids in the old days. I do love the new building and all they have done to keep Pepi’s restaurant charm alive but that hand tossing would really be a wonderful thing to see again!

Was my first time here, I got the hit Italian sausage sub, it was amazing. They were a little busy with online orders, I didn't mind because I wasn't in any hurry. Nice resturant staff was Friendly, I will be back definitely.

Crust has gotten very thin, and toppings are sparse and not worth the cost. The sauce is very good but needs more on the pizza, and Antipasto is awesome.

I don't love giving bad reviews but this place is going downhill with food quality. The last several times I've ordered my food was either burnt too badly to eat or freezing cold so it needed to be reheated just to ingest it in a somewhat enjoyable manner which is not acceptable when you pay $50 for a meal. Also $10 for 6 TINY chicken "tenders" (more like nuggets) is downright offensive. I wish I could say they were better but...They aren't great anymore.

Pepi's Pizza is good, and I mean it! We keep coming back here because we love their pizza. However, our recent visits became different. The quality of the pizza has gone bad and the toppings became smaller. hope the management see this

Pizza was great and the price was perfect for the amount of pizza and drinks required for the birthday party my sister paid for. The private room was well taken care of and was a comfortable space. My only complaint was the game room. My sister was told all the games took tokens, when in fact very few did. The ones that took quarters ate the quarter and quite a few weren't even turned on. The workers were very compensating and helped the best they could. If the game room was upgraded it would be an amazing party place.

I know we were getting there close to closing but the waitress made us feel like we were putting her out by making her work. Food was good. Was recommended to us by the hotel we stayed at across the street. We walked.

They have a retro arcade, which is obviously one of the reasons we go, but no atm and some games are tokens while others are quarters. I had to walk across the street to the gas station to use the atm to get cash for the token and quarter machines. In this day and age, most people do not carry cash like they used to. Having a change machine that takes cards or an atm on site just makes sense. The food is delicious as usual. The wings came out about 20 minutes before the pizza, so next time, I will try to remember to ask that they arrive together. The staff was nice and amazing. There was a birthday party and extremely roudy kids with little parental supervision, which made the arcade difficult to enjoy at times, but that was not the staff's fault.

Best pizza in The City of Oneida. Have been a customer for years. Food is good, however, recently I noticed issues in service and customer care. Today, I had my pick up order messed up on me for the 3rd time this month. I typically call to place an order. I prefer to call when ordering as I get a quicker pick up time (20-25min) rather than ordering online results in a 40-45min pickup time, and I enjoy the human interaction instead of ordering online. The Pepi’s app to order online is outdated as it is formatted for older version iOS versions and when I have ordered online in the past, my pizza is cold as it doesn’t provide an accurate estimate on pickup times. There have been a few times where the parking lot is full at dinner time and I had to park next door at AT&T and walk over. There is a drive thru, however I’ve waited in the drive thru line for over 15min a few times before and I’m not letting that happen to me again. I’ll use the drive thru if no one else is in line but prefer to walk in especially if it’s busier. My suggestion to Pepi’s to improve efficiencies and to fulfill more demand would be to tear down the “old” Pepi’s building out back to allow for additional parking. Would be at an additional expense, however, it’ll pay for itself in less than a year from orders as demand for parties and pick up orders should increase as parking will become easier to accommodate the growth. You could even expand the kitchen to maximize supply capacity to fulfill demand for more orders. With having more orders, you can control your pricing better by not having to react to the fluctuation of the raw product price increases. Continuous improvement should be implemented to improve wait times and customer service. KPIs should be tracked and measured. Would be great if you were open for lunch to get slices. Also would be great if you implemented a rewards system to get coupons - this would “convince” customers to order online and get them to come back. The $1 off coupons on the pizza boxes aren’t the answer to stimulate customer loyalty and improve customer attrition rates. Look into benchmarking yourself to other high volume restaurants to improve. I would like to volunteer to assist you as a loyal customer with experience to help you with your capacities and efficiencies. To sum my review up: Great pizza, prices are on the higher side but you get quality food and a good amount of it for the price. If possible, avoid the busy hours when ordering. Show up 10min before they tell you when your food will be ready. If you haven’t eaten here before then I suggest you order food from Pepi’s as it is the best place to eat in The City of Oneida by far.

Went there the other night. Chicken garlic pizza was disgusting, had no flavor to it. Chicken on it tasted old and cheese pizza wasn’t great. Wings tasted generic. Wait staff was good. Food isn’t the same quality as it was when original Pepi’s was there.

Don't know what happened but used to be the best pizza in the area. Last 3 times the pizza was no better than little ceasers. But way more expensive. No longer ordering from here.

All the empty tables were dirty when they told us we could sit anywhere. It took them awhile to finally clean a place for us. It took them awhile to get us out drinks once they took our drink order. We placed our order for appetizers and our meal. The appetizers were brought out almost 10 minutes apart. When they brought out the first entree, they dropped it on the table. The second entree was brought out 10 minutes later. The waitress never came to check on us and was surprised when we showed our unhappiness.

Very overpriced for small pizzas that were super small, like personal pan size, they should list the actual crust size online if they're going to be so small. The chicken on the chicken wing pizza tasted old, like it was reheated in the microwave. Have been getting pizza from Pepi's for more than 50 years, but tonight was likely the last time. The quality has become inconsistent with pizzas frequently way over or way under baked. Toppings are unevenly distributed and the sauce and cheese quality has deteriorated as well. They send weekly texts with coupons that they don't honor. Delivery times are no longer reliable and the food is often cold. This is not a driver issue, the drivers do their best, but the food is cold when they pick it up. Tony and Audrey would be heartbroken that the local icon they spent a lifetime building has been reduced to a restaurant with lower than chainstore quality

We have gone to Pepis for years and have been happy with food. But after tonight's visit, I'm not sure I will go back. Nine of us went there to celebrate a birthday. Pizza came, but we didn't get our wings. After not getting waitress attention, my son went up to the counter. He was told that wings were coming. Then we watched the table next to ours get wings, 5 minutes later waitress removes their wings and takes them back to counter. My son followed waitress back to counter. She said she needed to replate those wings and was planning to bring them to us. No way were we going to eat wings that had been on someone else's table. We were sure that they had been touched.. My son made that very clear. We cancelled wing order and finished our meal and dessert. Then, waitress brought fresh wings (I think ) to the table. Told her nope, too late. I have worked in a restaurant. Not acceptable. Not sanitary.

Way too expensive. Simply the worst wings short of Dominos. Pizza was ok. Cheesy atmosphere, kids screaming in arcade room. Servive was pleasant but slow. Wings and Pizza...wings came out 15 minutes before the pizza showed up. Both hot but not together.

My 2 sons and I were told to try this restaurant after going to the movies. We arrived and were told to take a seat and someone would be right with us. All the open tables were dirty but no big deal, it was busy and dinner time. We sat in a booth and watched 3 tables around us get cleaned off while ours remained dirty. 3 different waitresses walked by us and no one acknowledged us. After 20 minutes a family of 5 came in they were told to sit at the 1st booth. The waitress cleaned off their table and gave them menus. We had finally had enough. After waiting 25 minutes got up spoke to the manager. We have never been there and will never go back.

This was the WORST experience and I have been going to Pepi's Pizza my whole life! The food was sub par - sausage sandwich was over loaded with sauce, AND 2 of our party was served and the other 2 waited over 20 minutes for their meal! Needless to say, the half served first were finished eating when the other half was finally served! To top it off, the order was wrong. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and got a garlic pizza. No compensation was offered and barely an apology from our waitress. I have ALWAYS LOVED and recommended this establishment, but will no longer suggest that anyone go there. It is off my list of great places to go eat... Sad!

This place is a joke. Tables dirty when we went sit down. Could not find a clean table. Order was taken fairly quickly. The appetizers were delivered 7 minute's apart. The poppers were over cooked. The first entree was brought to the table and dropped on the table. Didn't give it to the person that ordered it. The rest of the food was delivered to the table 10 minutes later. Really didn't want to eat alone. Other guest who came in after had all of there food before we got any of ours. This place boasts about being in business for 60 years but obviously forgot the basics of customer service

Went to have pizza last night, March 18, 2023. We frequently eat in or take out on Saturday nights. Had a very nice waitress but the pizza was the worst I ever had! Very undercooked and slim. Salad was good, we ordered mozzarella sticks but never received them. When the waitress came over she said the kitchen must of forgot about them and she would put the order in again, I told her to forget it as we were done. She removed them off my bill. On my way out I thought I would let Chip ( I think he’s the owner) know, he said he was sorry to hear that. I really wanted to tell him that he needs to retrain the kids he has working for him. I will not be going back anytime soon unless it’s a Thursday night when Martha makes the pizza because her pizzas are the best and cooked to perfection and not raw!

Went here and wow talk about attitude not friendly at all never been was excited about it but you were treated poorly. It took the waitress a good 10 minutes to get to us and when she did we asked for a liter not 2 liter of Pepsi and told us not allowed to have bottles on the floor??? I ordered a pizza and a small antipasti. When I opened the bag at home, there was plenty of lettuce. Exactly 1 small cherry tomato, two small rounds of pepperoni, half a slice of yellow cheese, half a slice of white cheese, half a slice of boiled ham, a half a slice of some other meat. I think one piece of green pepper. Plus I had to fill out a questionnaire with most of questions not pertaining to me. Last time I order from Pepi's.

This establishment has always had the best pizza in the area. Therefore, the extra cost made it worthwhile. Lately, the quality making the cost not worth it. Family and I have had pizza that was visually unappealing and tasted below average. The crust was thin. The sauce tasted like straight tomato paste out of can, cheese sparse. If this is the quality, then the increased cost is not worth it. Nina's in chittango is also very, very good . The extra miles may be worth it. Bring back the quality.

I ordered the "special pizza" from the menu and the pizza was raw. It was a 30 minute wait to cook a raw pizza, and it cost 30 bucks too. Major dissatisfaction, I could get a much better pizza for 1/3 the cost. I don't know what kind of cheese they are using but it was weird. Overall after cooking it in my oven at home it lacked flavor.

Please explain to me why I spent $8 on a sub with meat, cheese and barely any lettuce when on your website it says all subs come with lettuce and onions 😡 if I wanted to slap meat and cheese on some bread I would have just went to my fridge

Ordered everything at once got sub and fried dough first then crispy wings, pizza 15 minutes later!! Since when do crispy wings take less time to make than pizza. Wings half honey garlic drowning in sauce, the other half sause on 2 wings the rest naked??? Sticky table had to ask to clean it, pizza was like eating a crappy frozen pizza with crappy sauce. Had a birthday party. Multiple Arcade cards kept zeroing out the tickets. Staff advised to call the number on the card. Hours of service not available during the time we had the party. Multiple kids very upset. Not a good experience. Food and staff were great!

Visited on 7/6/2025. Order #144. 1 large regular meaty special pizza for $32.25. Told server lightly brown soft crust. Not hard and crunchy. She asked about the slicing and I chose the standard 8 slice versus the square 16 sliced. Pizza came out 16 sliced and the crust edges and bottom were hard and crunchy. You couldn't even cut it with the knife they gave you. Horrible pizza. Had a similar issue 2 years ago also. Burned black crust. Wouldn't fix or do anything about it. Time before was in 2012 and back then their pizza was the best. Not now. I'll go elsewhere. Especially at that price.
