Balearic Restaurant

Truly an amazing meal and overall experience. I enjoyed one of the best steaks I have ever had. Service was wonderful, as well. Chantal went above and beyond to make our dining experience one to remember. We will be back!

Junto a mis amigas he podido disfrutar de una súper experiencia de degustar los platos del restaurante Balearic junto a un servicio espectacular. Antes de ir al restaurante fuimos a disfrutar de Tapas, un lugar para estar de chill y comer unas tapas sensacionales acompañadas de un buen cóctel. La bienvenida que nos dió Isabel, sin palabras una mujer atenta y simpática en todo momento , fuimos atendías por Romina, que fue nuestras camarera esa noche, gracias por tu super servicio y tú sonrisa. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo tanto de Balearic como Tapas, gracias por todo ❤️

Un restaurante situado en un complejo de lujo. El lugar es muy bonito, el personal amabilísimo pero la carta un poco floja. La comida bien.

There's not too much to say about the Balearic Restaurant beyond the fact that it's aimed at a certain well-to-do clientele. The ambience matches that of the hotel site on which it is located - post-modern and minimalist with plenty of ceiling height to say "we're of a high standard." The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Food-wise, eating authentic Balearic food as a vegan on the island is somewhat of a challenge in general, and it's no different here. The menu has at least one vegan option in the starters and the main but there's not much choice as they've clearly put more effort into the non-vegan fare. Having said that, the available options are tasty if you're hungry, if somewhat basic in the earlier courses of the meal (see photo of peppers on fried potato slice). All food is served in dedicated plates to add that extra fancy touch, with waiting staff explaining the dishes before they land on the table. Staff are friendly and attentive. And they are especially so if your party arrives early (say around 6pm) - this almost guarantees the best service in low season as there are hardly any other customers, so all attention is dedicated just for you. Overall, good for the eventually high price but loses a star for skilled chefs not being imaginative with their limited vegan offerings.

Essen ist den Preis nicht wert. Hatten 🥘 Paella, ganz OK aber nichts besonderes und recht fad. Aber sehr freundlicher Service versucht alles herauszuholen, sehr kinderlieb, daher vier Sterne.

Oh je, das Nachtessen ging in die Hose. Obwohl die Ambiente sehr gut ist und der Service aufmerksam war, hatte der Koch oder die Köchin wohl einen schlechten Moment bei unseren Menü's. Einmal Fisch und einmal Fleisch. Beides ging gründlich in die Hose. Schmeckte wie in einer Kantine, also weder Fisch noch Fleischgeschmack. Alles komplett fad und schlecht angerichtet. Haben leider nicht alles aufgegessen. Sorry, nichts gegen die Küche. Kann ja mal passieren, aber wir haben leider nicht wenig bezahlt. Somit werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

I would have expected way better value for what was provided. In the future, I will likely opt for other establishments with a better price-to-value ratio. We had to return one of the dishes, because the presentation was really unappetizing. When we received the bill, they still tried to charge us. After discussing the issue with the manager, it was finally resolved. We were then blamed in a subordinate clause, saying it was our problem.

Low quality of foods, Too high price considering food quality I'm very disappointed that I spent my one night dinner here, I really don't want to recommend

전체적으로 서비스는 좋았으나, 5성 호텔 내의 레스토랑 치고는 음식의 질과 맛, 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 특히 해산물 요리에서는 비린내가 살짝 났으며 안심 스테이크(beef tenderloin)의 품질은 기대 이하였습니다. 직원들의 서비스와 분위기는 좋았습니다.
