My latte and snack was great. The baristas were friendly, and the seating area felt comfy.
I went to this Starbucks location on Fair Oaks Blvd. in Carmichael, California. I came in and noticed several customers inside the establishment. I ordered a Large Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Large Cup of Ice Water. I used the Coinstar E-Gift Card for My order. I used the name "David" for My order. The service was good. The atmosphere was amazing. I don't go to Starbucks that much now, I rarely go.
This is my favorite Starbucks! The Baristas are fantastic! They promote special events and holiday offers really well, and are so fun and genuine. They always make me smile and sometimes laugh (BEFORE I've had my coffee). Great customer service and experience!
I don't really like food these days, with some strange taste. But drinks are always great, friendly staff, the order is prepared quickly. 😊
After a terrible experience with another Starbucks, I realized how good this Starbucks is. We usually go here every morning to get coffees and breakfast for the kids. They always let me use the outlets, go to the bathroom, and they get my order right. They are not rude or mean and recently I've seen how great the experience really is.
If you just need your coffee and enjoy the rest of the day of yours, this is the Starbucks to go to! If you go here often, the barista will take the time to get to know you and have the drink ready to order once you step up to the register. They know time is precious. Every barista in the store were wearing masks not that I care. You can tell they are working hard and shows great enthusiasm and care in getting your order efficiently and accurately from point A (at the register) to point B (Handing you the drink). Cons. Parking lot is a little bit tight and drive thru cars can get in the way when parking. 4 Solid Stars
Great service. But i got a sausage egg and never get napkins here. Im not aware if i need to ask? Its too hot and oily to eat without napkins. Very very sweet people though. I appreciate the kindness but napkins should be given for every food item. Its more of a hassle than you think.
Everything about this location is drab and mediocre. Don't bother asking for recommendations they're just going to state the obvious and tell you what's on the menu like you can't read it for yourself. Monotone greetings, hardly any eye contact. Very sad. For an $8 coffee you'd think you'd get better treatment. Skip this location.
Like all other Starbucks, they are going downhill. Paying high prices for a mediocre coffee that does not taste good and may cause some digestive problems later. They drive through is quite efficient with waiting times relatively short 5 to 10 minutes max, and friendly employees. But unfortunately, the quality of the product(s) is not worth
Yesterday after 230 pm I came in got my regular drink when the young barista handed me the drink she didn’t say a word no have a nice day no thank you just nothing so I said you’re welcome that was so rude her name started with a J couldn’t see the rest must be new there not sure but still atleast say thank you
This location is 5 min from my house and it was my favorite last 7 months the staff and the management have taken a turn for the worst. They argue with me every time I ask for extra soy milk and say that there will be a cost when it's clearly been advertised that there's no cost for that in addition they always forget my syrups my extra shots and still charged me this is forced me to go to a Starbucks that's further away. It appears that the new locations have better customer service
My order is never wrong on my sticker, so I’m very confused on way my caramel coffee sometimes get LOADED with vanilla. Do you not look at what pumps you’re putting in? It’s very upsetting for me to have to dump my entire $7 coffee because it’s bothering my stomach. I had it dropped off because I without a car so there is no way for me to take it back. If this was a legit allergy of mine or anyone else’s they would have so much more coming their way. But they need to PLEASEEE LOOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!
On January 2, 2026, around 3:00 pm, staff refused restroom access unless a purchase was made, even for a child, despite the restroom being open and requiring a code. I asked three times, clarifying that it was for my child, not me, and the staff member still said a purchase was required. This directly violates Starbucks’ Open Restroom Policy. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
Younger lady at the window “Angelina” said my total was $21.48. I gave her 2 rolls of $5 in dimes and $5 in cash. She then came back to me and said the remaining was $9 and some change I said how when I gave you $15 she said it was only $9 in dimes. Even if it was only $14 that I gave her where did she come up with the extra $3? This location is running a scam I tried to call back to get her name they said it was “Angelina” and then went ahead and said they can’t give out names the “forgot”. I can safely assume Angelina has been pocketing extra dollars when customers are unaware.
I hate to give bad reviews but I am really upset that EVERYTIME I come to the Starbucks on Fairoaks Blvd (across the street from Midas) at least 2 to 3 staff members are rude and seem bothered when I wait to order. I dont go to this Starbucks a lot but when I need maintenance on my car, I go inside and order. Today, when I ordered, a male (brownish red hair with beard) cashier wasn't very friendly. I gave my order. After getting my tea, I realized that the cashier thought that I wanted oatmilk when I wanted Oatmeal. I dont blame the cashier because I normally order my lattes with oatmeal and could've very well said oatmilk. I later went up to the counter to order again and a woman with short platinum blond hair was standing there. She didn't great me and after I stood there for a bit she looked at me sideways and asked me if I was going to order. I let her know that I wanted oatmeal , and that the cashier thought that I said oh milk. So I paid for my oatmeal and sat down. I later seen the same lady greet another customer who was of her sane ethnicity in a kind manner. I then went back after 30 minutes to ask for water because I ran out of my drink and needed to take medicine. I asked one of the Baristas (thin woman with short blond hair) for water. She said nothing to me. She got a large cup and when I tried to tell her that the amount she was pouring was enough, she kept pouring, didn't say anything and handed me the water. I told her, thank you, and she said, nothing. Now, I know that people are busy and I try not to be inconsiderate. I like to be sensitive to the staff. However, these behaviors are consistent whenever I go inside this Starbucks.And this is why i'm writing the review. I'm frustrated because most of the time when I come INSIDE of this starbucks, I get the same treatment and from different staff members. The drive through is a lot better and I never have issues when I go through the drive through. I hope that all of the staff feel better and there is enough coverage so that they can be better to ALL customers and not just the ones who go to this Starbucks daily.
It’s ridiculous that my friend who’s waiting for me here just wanted to order after he went to the restroom and the staff was like sorry no you can not use the restroom like what the heck???? I ended up getting my drink without knowing what happened to him because he felt humiliated and decided to wait for me somewhere else close by. I wouldn’t ordered anything here if I knew….
They always have an issue when I’m exactly on time with my mobile order. Sometimes I get in like 2 mins before it’s done because this place is a ghost town and they still have a backhanded remark about “ok just got it” “still working but I can pick you to the front” I see it’s dead here So I feel like the comment is kind of not necessary to make me feel like I’m doing something wrong while it’s the same as me giving you my five drink order versus being two minutes early
Went to the Starbucks to sit outside and wait for my truck to get repaired across the street. I went in and asked for a small water and they said they don't give out water anymore unless you buy something. They always used to give out free water. I guess they're not selling enough $10 cups of coffee 🤷 they were also rude when telling me this, like I was some bum off the street. Never going back there again.
Every time I go to this Starbucks, they either don't listen to my order the first time I ordered, completely miss a whole item or they are just plain rude. Girl with the blue and green hair in particular just seems like she hates her job/customers. Also interrupted me twice during my order because "she can't multitask". Don't get a job where you literally have to multitask then? Then didn't even ring me up for one of the items I ordered/didn't apologize at all. Horrible customer service skills. I never leave bad reviews but this was actually crazy because it's not the first time I've experienced this here. And clearly other have experienced this as well according to the other reviews.
