We literally live 1 mile from the waffle house by our house. We can never get a good meal there, or good service. We decided to come to this location and it was an awesome experience. Sherrill is an awesome waitress the best customer service, and Devone the cook made my hard to please husband his breakfast on point. The food and service deserves more stars! 👍🙌

Everyone wants to take the piss out of Waffle House, but the stigma rarely lines up with reality. This location had standard WH food (which is always decent), but the standout was the staff. Extremely friendly, prompt, professional, and on par with the service at a fine steakhouse. No hyperbole there either. They were awesome. It's been a few months since I visited so unfortunately I forgot their names, but I'm confident the management here is the reason for the exceptional service and I'd be surprised if it had dropped since then.

I love the waffle house! This location is really cool. Our server Trish was on point and super friendly! Bubba was there as well and he was great to talk with. This location is one of my favorites! The food is Great, but the people here are even better!

The manager name Grant or Jared can't remember but he is new .. should never walk from the back and not greet your customers when you only have 3 in the restaurant. You need to lead by example. Clean and food was good. The people there were funny and pleasant and service wasn't a nuisance. Waffle House in this area is under rated. Not a cigarette one in this restaurant. They do their own dishes and roll their silverware like anyplace else, only you can see them do it and confirm it's clean if timing is right. Grill was clean and cook washed his hands right in front of us. Love this place. Oh, and the prices aren't jacked up like a Denny's or IHOP. Love me some WH.

We love coming to this Waffle House. The food is always fantastic and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the cool old school soul music that the young chef played, but they recently stopped because someone complained. It was such a great atmosphere. Still good but no soul and no music.

This is my favorite waffle house in DFW... But the food is the same as every other waffle house - almost exactly how I would make it myself if it were not 1am and I was not completely hammered. Waffle house breakfast is simple, but real. There's no voodoo going on. It's just real food. I can't stomach Dennys and IHOP and laugh when people say waffle house is gross, then happily go to IHOP to get eggs like you would from a continental breakfast at a motel.

The entire team worked together seamlessly, making sure every detail was perfect moving in unison, delivering top-tier service and delicious food. Tabitha kept the condiments refreshed the entire time, never missing a beat. Bubba 3 Chains constantly checked in to make sure we were doing okay. Frankie called out our order exactly the way we wanted it—no mistakes, just perfection! Sam kept us laughing the whole time, adding to the great atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Coy (the district manager) for cooking everything to order with precision, while Latreka moved effortlessly between the grill and waffles. Mercy ensured every dish was spotless, and Steven & Grant handled the grill like pros. Everything and everyone was perfect!

The food is the same at every location, the staff is friendly and welcoming no matter the hour, location, or number of patrons in the restaurant. Thank you for the reliability! Waffle House is consistent if nothing else. The waffle is perfect as are the hash browns. The staff has a certain small-town feel even in the middle of the big city (no matter what location). This is a great place to go when you need life brought back to center.

Wow. A friend and I have eaten at most Waffle Houses. This one was great, but now with new Manager Brenda...OUTSTANDING! We each drove 25 to 35 miles to meet here. It's a bit hidden between I35E and very close to 121 on Hebron Parkway. But worth the drive. I stop in at least weekly and if you like Waffle House menu. Photo below. Food was great and prepared quickly. Waffles never disappoint. My husband likes his crispy ands well done and I liked mine on the lighter side. They did it just like we ask. My husband likes there scrabble eggs with cheese and he thought they were very good. Sometimes it is great to treat yourself to breakfast for lunch or dinner. Waffle has is a great choice.

I had a bad experience at 1901 S State Highway 121 Lewisville, TX 75067 United States. They ignored me and took orders right next to me and so i travelled to the nearest one and even despite being busy i was greeted immediately upon entering and waitress ask to make sure my order was taken and took my order. First time in one of these. For some reason the coffee was amazing. No idea where they source it, but I loved it. I don’t know if it is a Texas thing, but my group felt taken care of by the tall young man tending to the table. Breakfast was very good for the price. I’m from the south and grew up with a Waffle House around every corner, well decided to take the wifey down south for a meeting and wouldn’t ya know she ain’t ever have Waffle House before so I took her, IMMEDIATELY the lady working the shift and the chef basically showed every bit of Waffle House love, made sure the food was perfect! But while I'm visiting from Portland, I can see my wife and I visiting again solely based on the service from Trell. THE definition of Southern Hospitality. The food and service was fantastic. The seating not so much. Most waffle houses are small, but I was caught off guard with how small the booths are. Be mindful of this if you're eating with a group. You will definitely be rubbing elbows, arms and legs. Luckily, I love the group I was with :-)

The food was good, reasonably priced, and the place was clean. As usual this Restaurant is small, the booths are small, and the place still does great business. We all liked our food and will be back. Bang for the Buck it is one of the best around post Pandemic. I would give it 4.5 stars, with the only drawback being the smaller than normal booths and the cramped size of the Restaurant for the business they do.

First experience. Not awful but not great either. Server was not friendly n kept messing up order. All the other servers seemed upbeat. Maybe our lady had an off day. The waffle and bacon were good. It’s a no on hash-browns, toast, & eggs yuck..

Didn’t want to leave a review but since they no longer answer the phone here goes. I’ve eaten from the location (to go) about 3 times all within months apart and there hasn’t been one time that they’ve actually gotten my order right. The inside is always packed which means they’ve gotta be doing something right. But it’s disappointing when I pay for something and get home and find out that it’s not what I ordered at all. The staff can’t be that busy that they can’t read an online order and get it wrong every single time. I love Waffle House but I think today is the last day that I’ll spend my dollars here. For the to go fees, you’d think I wouldn’t need to check my order before I leave the building. Very careless staff you have here.

Good food. Great times. The staff just needs to be able to multitask more. The unit manager was just too busy and occupied calling out orders and standing there to acknowledge me for 2 seconds to get me my to go order or waffle that wasn’t in my bag. Idk, and he took away my waffle and I didn't realize it 5 mins later.. 🙃 (cuz my wife finished her plate, but he took all plates), also i though the menu was the same in both sides but no, I even asked him "where's, the waffle menu?" and no reply. We entered the restaurant and greeted the staff by saying Hello.. The cook spoke; the server approached our table. No hello, my name is____. She did not give each guest their cutlery separated, but put it in front of a guest, and they had to distribute the cutlery. Brought 2 regular coffees, but only one was requested. The other guest wanted decaf. She did, however; speak to the other guests when they came in. Note: when we came in, there were no other guests in the restaurant. I will not be returning to this location.

I placed an order in the app for the chicken hash brown bowl and specifically requested tomatoes and mushrooms. When I got my food, the hashbrowns were ridiculously overcooked, and there were no tomatoes or mushrooms on it, instead I got ham added to it, which I didn’t even ask for. Very disappointed, not to mention I can’t even call the store to complain because the automated attendant just tells me to order on the app. It’s not likely that I will ever do another to go order from there ever again…such a shame.

The girl cook is awful. This used to be our favorite location but now we won’t be back. This is the second time we get undercooked bacon and eggs. Not to mention you get your food a whole hour after you first walk in at 1PM on a Sunday.

Ridiculous slow service. Sat and waited 12 minutes and I was never acknowledged. Never stop here again. Unit mgr was at the restaurant and avoided eye contact.

Well this is the second waffle house we have been to where even with no one in seats we had to wait to sit. Tables were nasty. And for some reason it seems the wait staff was racist. I love waffle house but the color of my skin should not mean that I'm waited on last. We tip well and people that came in after were seated at the bar top and served. I came here with my mom to stop & eat breakfast, & the lady that served us was nice at first, until our food came & my mother let her know that her food was wrong & she asked the lady could she fix it. She had no attitude with the lady or anything. The lady kept trying to convince my mom that her food was fine, but it wasn’t. I asked for my syrup heated. I have always asked for heated syrup and had no problem. I was told they don't heat syrup.Ok. I overlooked that. However the music was window rattling loud. I listen to a variety of music and wasn't hating the music however we couldn't even hear each other talk. When we asked if the music could be turned down a little our associate went to another associate behind the counter who said "just tell them we can't control it". They really didn't want customers so we ended up leaving. And now we will not go back. Their service level is below 0. And the whole place was covered in trash and dirty tables.

I ordered a to go order, which too forever. Once I got to my office, I realized first that they gave me grits and in my order, I ordered hash-browns. Then I go into eating my scrambled eggs w/cheese only to bull up a fork full to find a short black curly hair in my eggs. They have no way to contact them, well they do by pressing 8, but the will not answer. That was so disgusting and I will never order, nor eat at this location again.

We were looking forward to our breakfast here today! We haven’t eaten out a lot with our new baby. So we decided what the heck, haven’t had it in awhile. No wait, we were at immediately, they were out of high chairs, no biggie we waited until we could get one. It took the server Trish, 10 minutes before coming over- she did acknowledge us. After she came and took our drink order, she got distracted and never brought our drinks. Mind you we have a 3 year old and a 7 month old. We are working on limited time. So at this point we’ve been sitting there 20 minutes with no drinks. I called her over to order our food and reorder our drinks… finally she brought our drinks. But no coffee. Waited….waited… she wasn’t even starting to work on it. I finally had to stop someone and ask him to bring me coffee. Then our food comes out. She didn’t bring my daughter’s waffle!!!! Probably took another 8 minutes before she brought her waffle- by this point our baby was at its wits end. So we had to pay for our check and leave. I had to stop at QT to get my daughter breakfast. After we just sat at Waffle House for over an hour. Sad part is, everyone else in the restaurant was getting great service!!! It was full and people were enjoying their time. It was strictly the service that ruined our experience. I wish we would’ve had another server. Oh well, we will not be back to this location. We received no apologize, just an excuse that she can only do so much. lol. Good luck with her!

Do not come here if you are coming from the bar. My date complained about slow service, and they called the police to trespass us - never saying a word or asking us to leave to ensure there was an interaction with the police. I had always been kind to the staff and tipped well to the point I was recognized and didn't even have to tell them my order. I will never come here again or recommend any of my friends do. There are a lot better options out there much closer to home now to come here ever again.

Service was absolutely terrible. Ordered my food waited over 20 min. And they still messed up. Horrible. They had 3 employees. And nobody was in there.

It was a horrible decision to come to this place. There were 3 people. Only 1 guy was cooking with patience, and the other 2 women was just standing there and looking at the order notes. They didn't help a bit, and service was extremely slow. It took us 30 mins to just get a glass of water, which also came with an attitude that they were busy. Where I could clearly see they were not. I am not going back to this place ever.

Waffle House failed us tonight — specifically our server, Naddison. We came in around 8:30 PM and we were the only customers in the restaurant, yet it still took forever for her to come take our order. There was no sense of urgency, no attentiveness, and no basic customer service. Our drinks didn’t just stay empty for a while they stayed empty for the entire rest of our dining experience. We were never offered refills, never checked on, and when we needed a to-go box, we had to ask a different server from the night crew who had just come in. When we said “thank you,” we couldn’t even get a simple “you’re welcome” or acknowledgment. The attitude felt rude and dismissive the whole time. What’s frustrating is that I’ve had the two night crew ladies before on another visit, and they were absolutely lovely and friendly, attentive, and welcoming. So this clearly isn’t a location issue, it’s an individual one. I still left a tip because I believe in tipping, but the service absolutely did not earn it.I hope management addresses this, because customer service makes a huge difference even when it’s slow.

I came March 1, 2026 approximately around 9 AM with my family. Received our food and noticed it was hair on my plate. Alerted our waiter, Emma. Emma took the plate and the manager came to our table to tell us that the meal was compensated due to the hair. I thanked her and the manager Dianna / Diane proceeded to accused me of lying because she’s thinking I placed the hair on the plate myself. The hair was short and curly, my hair is straight down to my ass long. Dianna / Diane stated she was going to check the cameras to see if was lying. It’s so unprofessional for a manager to accused a customer when I never gave you a reason that I was being untruthful. Of course I cried because I was so angry that someone is accusing me when I just wanted some food. Dianne / Diane checked the cameras and stated she couldn’t see because it was too far away. Then pulled the race card to make the situation worse when nobody said anything about color or race. I literally had to turn away from her to stop her from talking to me because she kept wanting to argue. Emma had to keep apologizing for this lady actions. This manager is so unprofessional and very distasteful. I was very disappointed the experience that was taken place. I’ve already emailed corporate with a very detailed emailed of what happened.
