Jose the manager and cashier was very accommodating, friendly and professional. This is now my Fatburger location. A beautiful store with ample televisions. Delicious.

Clean almost sterile like diner setting with good service. It's a typical FatBurger.

This fatburger is not good to me. I was only forced to go here because the one we used to go to closed down and that one was so good. This one, they dont season the food well enough. And the food prices are wayyyy higher, which i dont understand. Maybe it's because of the freeway. But anyway, service was great, good was ehhh.

Will never go to any fatburger ever again. I bought a kids meal for 16$ came with a slider and small fries not even enough to fill up my kid and then I got an original burger for like 20+$ and was so underwhelming that I can probably make a better burger at home. This company needs to stop existing. So expensive and trash food.

Came to this location due to the closing on cherry location after tasting this I would never come back to this location the food is horrible not a fat burgers original I’m upset sad disappointed at the same time other locations have home made Patti’s this location have that single thin Patti’s u buy 10 for $10 at food 4 less and u pay 40 plus for two meals that’s not properly made I’m so disappointed and hungry at the same time fries wasn’t cook well thru no season on the food buns hard and dried out just call this place burgers and buffalo don’t give fat burgers a bad reputation the staff however was professional and friendly good customer service I appreciate that the restaurant was cleaned and the vibe was good get tips training from other locations to properly make it correctly so sad unbelievable

Seriously this is one of the worst burgers I've ever had they charge 1.30 for a slice of cheese and if you change it for an onion it increases by 8.00 I don't understand this 23.73 combo but it's not worth what you pay never again and I don't recommend it

Mike has had me waiting for 10 minutes before he took my order. Also he hasn’t acknowledged me coming into the restaurant. I called 10 mins before i got here and he told me to call back in 5 mins because he was helping 2 customers. I came in no one is here. Not very efficient for someone on break trying to get in and out.

We get home, both take bites of our burgers, and Diamond is immediately disgusted realizing she’s been given a meat burger. I rush to examine her burger, because the impossible burger does look a lot like a real burger. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t confirm whether or not they taste like one. But they sure don’t smell alike, which is how I determined, she really had been given a meat patty. Keeping in mind, it is now past 10 pm, we attempt to call the restaurant with the # given on the receipt, but it leads to a woman’s voicemail. I google it, and find the receipt has a digit wrong.. Hmm. So I call, I ask to speak with the manager, after being asked repeatedly what my call is regarding, and explaining that i’d only like to go over this issue once, a woman by the name of Daisy came to the phone. I ask if she is the manager, she says he isn’t in this late. i ask his name, she says it’s Jose. i ask who she is, she says she Daisy, the person in charge.I explained to Daisy what happened, and she told me the impossible burger looks like meat. I assured her the burger we were given is meat. she then asks the cook about the order who confirms they made 2 impossible burgers, and dismissively asks me what I want to do about it or what do I want her to do about it? She makes an assumption that I would be coming back in the direction of Carson the next day, and asks if I want to come then or if i’d like a future credit. She then asks if we ate the burger “then” realized it was meat, as if to say that we ate this burger and then tried complaining to get a free meal. By this time, i’m fuming, and trying my best to remain under control. Daisy says something to the effect of, giving a new sandwich or having us drive there again for a refund, are the only options. I couldn’t hold back anymore, her tone was too disrespectful for me to accept this as a simple human error and now I felt completely disregarded. So I told her, I guess that’s why I need to speak with Jose then, because he’d know what to do. Fast forward to today when i call asking to speak to Jose. I’m asked who I am and what my call is regarding. I give my name and explain that i’d like to speak with him. I’m asked again for what my call is regarding because he’s a little “tied up” at the grill. I ask if I should call back at another time, he says an hour. 2 hours later, I call back, ask again, am asked again who i am and why I’m calling. Give my name again, and i’m hung up on. This is the most off putting experience i’ve had with any restaurant in very long time. I only hope you monitor these phone lines so you can review these conversations and use them as a reference of “What not to do”. I’d just mentioned the restaurant to my sister who lives on the east coast, not even an hour before all of this happened. Telling her how she needs to try the impossible burger on her next visit. Boy was I made to regret that.
