This Jamba juice always got friendly faces to greet you when you walk in. I come here because I like to walk around the mall and just chill out for a minute. Its rather small on the inside especially when there's a ton of people during lunch...but nothing you cant deal with. I usually get mine to go and browse all of the other stores anyway. They have two small tables outside to sit down which is nice..I recommend the Greens & Ginger flavor...its my favorite😁 And if you have time while your there...pull out your cell phone and google search my tv show called Ghosts in the hood @hulu and watch it while you drink your smoothie...I thought i put a plug in for my new show😂😂 dont know if google allows me to say that on this review

Stopped by today before work... 10/5... Ordered by phone... And when I arrived it was ready and handed to me right away. Thank you to the morning crew to making sure I wasn't late to work.

This location is very small so keep that in mind. Both the cashier and the woman who made the drinks were very friendly and patient. My small apple N greens was delicious. I'd go back again.

Ordered ahead and when I got my smoothies they were kind of melted. Also weren't labeled so we had to taste them (since they were all similar colors) and try to figure out who's was who's..

This spot is an ideal spot to grab a refreshing drink post-workout - they offer a myriad of options, all packed with natural flavors. However, be warned that prices are steep - even a basic orange juice can set you back around $10.00, for a regular-sized cup. I also went for the Açaí bowl, which was absolutely delicious, but quite petite. I found the prices to be rather high and the service to be extremely slow on the day I visited. This made for a very frustrating experience overall.

Ordered the peanut butter acai bowl and they gave me the wrong toppings and also the acai itself is gross and doesn't taste very good. It's a "grape" flavor. The orange sherbet smoothie wasn't that great but was drinkable. The staff in the lobby weren't very friendly and so the atmosphere sucked. Not gonna order again tbh lol

The cashier appeared to be high as if she was on drugs and the smoothies were gross and were not made correctly. Not sure what went wrong that day. I order the same smoothie all of the time. I was very unsatisfied... Maybe our next visit will be better. Who knows... (Shurgs Shoulders)...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Just had the worst customer service experience ever. I came to this location craving my all-time favorite Jamba Juice, the citrus squeeze. It's not on their menu any longer but they always know it. The girl had no idea how to ring it up so she jumped on social media while I was googling their recipe. Are you serious?! You have a customer in front of you doing your job for you and you're perusing your social media feeds? Unfortunately I've probably experienced my last Jamba Juice visit. Too bad since it used to be my absolute favorite!! Either way, stay away from this location. Period.

This store lacks professionalism and they all have ratchet bad attitudes. They can’t handle a rush and have no knowledge of complaint protocols. Paris is the worst of them all I would suggest staying away. Wasn’t worth the time money or experience trust me!

This was my first time at this Jamba location, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered a PB Protein smoothie and a Belgian waffle. While my order came out quickly, the quality was extremely disappointing. The smoothie was way too thick — practically undrinkable. I’ve had this exact drink at other Jamba Juice locations and never had this issue. It seemed barely blended, and when I got home I actually had to add water and stir it just to make it drinkable, which should never happen. On top of that, the atmosphere in the store was unprofessional. The three employees working were loudly discussing coworkers who had been disciplined, which is not something customers should be hearing. I wish I had taken a sip before leaving so I could’ve asked for a refund. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression and I won’t be returning to this location.
