Amazing service, my server Arlene made the experience great, really cured my hangover lol. She is amazing at her job.
And to my knowledge the only place you can still get different flavored syrups. I especially like the strawberry. But I also use the others too.
Jose and Yasmin are the greatest servers. There are other great servers, unfortunately, I dont know thier names however most staff is very kind and helpful at this location. Thier grilled chicken chopped salad is delicious 😋

This is the update from the last IHOP review. Two days ago, I was really hungry in the middle of the night, and most of the restaurant was closed. I remembered that IHOP restaurant opened 24 hours a day. I went to the IHOP restaurant for my late dinner. When I walked inside of the restaurant, It was clean, and the restaurant was empty because of it was late at night. Young lady Grace was greeted me with a big smile. She was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast menu, which was two eggs/ham/ pancakes. After that, I got my order within 15 minutes. I was surprised that It was fast service. Then, I came home, and I tried my breakfast. Eggs were fluffy and soft. I was delicious. And pancakes were really tasty and tasted good. Pancakes were moist & dry. It was a great breakfast. I really enjoyed it. House of pancakes opens 24 hours. 7 days a week. I really Enjoyed my breakfast ! I will come back the IHOP again.
Very clean, same food standard, with perfect service from a friendly staff
We got crepes combo and strawberry cheesecake pancake combo, and two coffees. We ordered online and the food was ready within 20 minutes. The food tasted good, our meals came with ketchup, salt, pepper, silverware, and vanilla creamers. I like how everything was packaged separately so that the food wouldn't get mushy or contaminated.

The restaurant was recently renovated (last 2 years), which makes it one of the cleaner ones in the chain. The food is decent mostly breakfast for me and service was good.

I particularly love this restaurant. Too bad he does not have a parking lot for large trucks. It is 24 hours and there is not much about the route and it would be excellent if it had a parking lot and specified where it was, because it is a battle for people who bring large cars or trailers.
Service not food were spectacular but the server himself was nice and food came out quickly.

Wouldn't go back. Went into around 9:30 and was 'greeted ' (if thats what you would call it) by a waitress who looked displeased with us being there. Went for a small order; a hot chocolate, decaf coffee and an order of crepes. She took the order after 15 min, and left. Brought the wrong drink order, a coffee and a decaf coffee. Put them both on my bfs side of the table and quickly walked off. Leaving us to try to determine which was decaf, and try to flag her down for my ACTUAL drink order. She didn't come back around for another 20 min with the crepes, put them way out on the edge and walked away. I'm already irritated at this point. She didn't stay long enough for me to kindly remind her that I asked for a hot chocolate. I'm not a loud of confrontational patron, so I drank the coffee. What REALLY pushed it was when she returned she brought the receipt, oddly folded with an unnecessary staple, and CIRCLED THE TIP SUGGESTION! You gave us a displeased face when we walked in, messed up our drink orders and didn't care to even tell us CLEARLY which was which and you still want a tip? No.. just, no. Awful experience.

A waiter (I believe someone called him John) greeted me gave me hot chocolate I'd ordered and rudely said he'd be back for my food order...walked past me serving others for 15ish mins then went to the back. I left (wouldn't trust any food he would being out so I left the hot chocolate without drinking it). He was the only one there so there was no manager to ask for. I won't be eating there again! The hospital I work for, catered turkey lunch for us. The size of portions was disappointing. The pics don't give it any justice. It looked like they used a kids serving spoon. And forget the taste. Everyone has the same sentiment. What happen to you guys. Service isn't it for you guys!! I'm sorry but this is so disappointing
BAD BAD BAD ....It took half an hour for someone to take our order. And we waited another half an hour for our food. It's ridiculous seeing that the place was almost empty, the last and worst part of it the food was cold and the avocado was bad.
