Pho Crystal 3

We’ve been coming here for a long time now and the food and service is always great. But during our last visit it seemed like they were under new management. They no longer offer the coconut dessert at the end of the meal and the staff seemed rushed to leave. We arrived at 710 and they close at 8.

This place is a hidden Gem. Really good, from the Pho to the Combination plates to the mango tapioca everything is Solid. I've bought Pho to go and dine is and each are almost the same amount of Protein (Beef,Pork Chicken). Oh and the Passion Fruit Juice is Fresh ! Super Delicious Cannot have Enough. See you soon

The appetizer sampler was perfect if you want to try everything. The food was fresh and delicious. The lunch combo came with a drink and desert. There were two of us and we split everything and there was plenty of food. The avocado smoothie is my new favorite drink!!

Great food and service, at reasonable prices. I had the garlic noodles with short ribs and shrimp, and it was wonderful. The beef was nicely marinated, cooked correctly, and delicious. The shrimp were very lightly glazed with a sweet and slightly tangy sauce and were amazing. The garlic noodles were extremely tasty and just the right portion size to make sure you don't go home hungry... All for around $20. If you find yourself in the area, give this place a go, you won't be sorry. ps. It's nothing fancy, just great food and helpful and efficient service staff.

Man this place is good to go to during lunch! They don’t take long and my food comes out hot and fresh from pho to noodles it’s all good! Then the little treat you get at the end is good too!

My boyfriend and I come here every Wednesday and get the combo C which is the garlic noodles with tiger shrimp...steak bell peppers and onions ...soooooo gooood!!!

Came her with my family and got their egg rolls, grilled pork spring rolls, garlic noodles, vermicelli bowl with beef, shrimp, and egg roll. Thai iced tea, Vietnamese iced coffee, and passion fruit tea to wash it down. Everything was delicious and amazing. They even gave us a desert! Their service was excellent and friendly. We want to come back and try other items on the menu.

Found this place on IG. Walked in & were immediately greeted with smiles & allowed to choose our seats. Not even a minute later we were brought out waters & menus. We started off with some beef spring rolls that were absolutely delicious with the peanut sauce! (I'm getting hungry just thinking about it lol) I had the beef pho & my bf had beef & shrimp combo plate. Wholly Molly is so dang good!! I wanted to finish all the broth, but my belly wouldn't let me lol. I will definitely be going back to this place again & try something different. If you haven't tried this place then I HIGHLY recommend you go!!

Great experience and fresh food! This was my first visit to Pho Crystal 3 located in Carson, CA. I enjoyed the Chicken Pho Broth with a side of Shrimp and fresh Spring Rolls. The ingredients were very fresh, the size was perfect and the service was fast and welcoming. I ordered a large Pho. The Pho broth was well seasoned and the addition of fresh bean Sprouts and lemon grass was the perfect combination. Given that I ordered a large, I definitely will enjoy having the remaining portion for dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow I already know what I planned to order my next visit - The Vegetarian Pho. If you enjoy eating Vietnamese food, this is definitely the spot. Pho You Later!😊

I had been here, but i believe it was called Pho King back in the day. Came for breakfast on Saturday morning with the wife. The food was good, although I asked for no cilantro and onion and still got it, but no worries. I ordered the beef ball pho, and my wife ordered the chicken pho. We also shared spring rolls, chicken, and pork. All the food had great taste and will come back again.

It was our first time at pho crystal 3. I ordered our food through grub hub pick up and the food was ready within 10, 15 minutes. When we arrived, the food was ready at the table. They had dining tent outside if people wanted to eat in. The food was so good!!! The spring rolls were fresh! The rice paper was soft and the peanut sauce was tasty. He got the combination pho and the broth was tasty, the noodles were fresh and the meat was plentiful. I got the vermicelli and the sauce had a good bite to it, the veggies were fresh and the noodles were fresh. I cannot over emphasize how fresh everything was. I have gotten some sad spring rolls before that had that weird unpleasant crunchyness to it and this is not like that at all. Will be coming back!

First time trying this restaurant. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. I definitely will be back to try the Pho.

My 1st time here and all I can say it was truly amazing. The service was great and friendly ,food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. We will return for sure.

Service is friendly and it was family like. Food was a little bit on the sweet side (the second dish).

Liked the food and drinks. Ordered the combination noodle soup and the seafood noodle combination with egg rolls, spring rolls, and shrimp wraps. Service was good except for the young lady giving us some attitude. Dunno why she's doing it but we still gave good tip.

Food was decent my husband found this place when our normal spot was being renovated. Side note those side Tiger Shrimp’s are Great! Definitely a good back up option the staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean and had nice Christian music playing.

1st time here, I ordered the veggie Pho. I was surprised that it was really good and I liked how they packed and served it to go. I've tried a few other Pho locations and I really was surprised that that the broth was so tasty - Hiccups better look out! 😂 LoL This place is closer to where I live so I now now know where I am gonna be going for Pho. 👍 Recommended.

I do however liked that they enough veggie sides and packaged well for take out. Spring Rolls was fresh, however it was bland. The Peanut Sauce tasted like it came out of a jar. Edit: Oct. 17 I've been back here a few time after my first experience and I must say they have improved tremendously. The taste and flavor is much better. The Pho broth is so much more flavorful and more balance. The BBQ Pork Spring Rolls was very tasty. Service is also much improved. 4 🌟 STARS

I highly recommend the Crystal Appetizer Platter that comes with two spring rolls, two egg rolls, and four shrimp puffs. Spring rolls were ok but the egg rolls and shrimp puffs were so good! I got the traditional pho, also good.

Came in yesterday and the spring rolls were sooo good! The grilled Salmon super yum! My bf had the garlic noodles with the steak and shrimp everything was cooked to perfection. Nice size shrimp. I tried the Vietnamese coffee it’s pretty strong but good. Our waiter offered to add more cream so that’s what I’ll do next time. Staff was very nice and welcoming atmosphere. We will be back to try other items on the menu!

Since we were kid one of the workers started staring us down and felt uncomfortable while eating

Portions have gotten smaller. The shrimp spring roll is a lot smaller. The short rib pho was lacking in flavor.

Small, casual spot near IKEA. Service is impressively fast - our food came out lightning quick, which is great if you’re hungry and not looking to linger. I had the garlic noodles. They were fine, but leaned a little too sweet for my taste. The pho was decent overall, but the meat was a bit tough, which took away from it. Not bad, not amazing. Solid option if you’re in the area and need something quick.

Very nice people but the food was pretty mid. We did a take out order so we did have to reheat everything when we got home so that could of been the issue. We will not go back.

But as soon as I walked in employees were laughing and judging customers, it made the atmosphere feel weird and uncomfortable. The food was okay, nothing like it was shown on social media. And the shrimp has poop in it…

I have never had pho before and finding the place was difficult and once I was in I wasn’t even told hi or anything . They then said take out or sit in I said sit in for two and I only got one menu I then asked for a second one for my daughter. Then I asked to use the restroom and the one restroom had no toilet seat covers. When I asked a male working there and another woman was present she expressed they didn’t have any at all. Giving that it is a food restaurant with no toilet seat covers seems very unsanitary. No apologies were made. Terrible experience for me overall. I left actually without using the restroom.

Schedule says closes at 8 pm just showed up 740 and they claim is closed now.

I called them hoping to get a refund because I did not feel like driving 40 minutes round trip just to get my order fixed. They didn’t even apologize. Not even once. Instead, they told me to bring the food in and they would change it for a new one. So I told them I live 20 minutes away and would prefer a refund. And they told me that if I wanted a refund, I would have to bring in the incorrect order as well as the card I paid with (which doesn’t make sense because I paid with Apple Pay?). So I made the drive over again. When I got there, there was no apology, no nothing. The man who seemed like the manager just completely ignored me and the girl, who seemed like a waitress just handed me my food and took the wrong order to the back. I didn’t get any kind of service, they did not refund my money whatsoever and just made me drive for over an hour to get some spring rolls. I will never be coming back and I hope they fix their customer service. Also the meat to veggie ratio on the spring rolls are absolutely horrid.
