Had a team dinner here. The customer service was excellent. Drinks were great, and they also had some really good non-alcoholic mocktails. The appetizers—especially the crab cake and the bread—were awesome. The pan-toasted halibut and the crème brûlée were my favorites. Highly recommend!
Amazing brunch experience at Largos...our server Brooke was exemplary and we did not want for anything! Kudos to the chef, Steven, who gave us such a memorable meal!! We will be telling all our friends and we WILL be back - thank you!!
Juliette was the best of the best of the best!! 1st time having dinner here and we were impressed! Will 100% be back and hope to come for brunch.. Great job & we have already recommended Largos to our good friends. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!
Delicious, fresh, and flavored with years of experience you get to discover with each bite. Between getting lost in your dish and sipping your deep roast coffee, the service feels like family coming to check on you for any and everything. Thank you Juliette for an amazing experience, my only regret is not living closer.
Nice intimate atmosphere. Perfect portion sizes and wonderfully flavored meals. Highly recommend the lamb. Summer was our server and provided us with top notch customer service. Thank you Largos!
This establishment offers an exceptional dining experience for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Our recent brunch visit was truly outstanding.
Stephanie was awesome. Our 1st time here and very impressed with everything we got, they even accommodated my request to make their homemade ranch spicy for the fried mushrooms as I'm not a fan of aioli. We had the filet and lamb chops. Everything was amazeballs!
Juliette's recommendations and service deserves 10 stars all around the board. Her energy is unmatched and I can't wait to come back already. I had the Crab Benedict for the first time and it was delicioso! My poached eggs were exactly how I ordered them to perfection!
Everything was excellent - the only thing we would change was the oysters because it was stated the ones from VA were large, but they were definitely small. The chicken, shrimp and grits and fish were all amazing and we had lime pie and pecan pie for dessert which all 4 of us loved. The service was perfect and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
We had an amazing time at Largos celebrating my birthday. We were pleased from beginning to end. Our server, Summer, took amazing care of us and was very attentive. I was able to enjoy all of my favorites from oysters to scallops and risotto to chocolate bread pudding. We enjoy coming here to celebrate!
My family went to Largos to celebrate my office ribbon cutting (Cultivate Health) and had the BEST dining experience! The food is phenomenal, the service goes above and beyond and the staff are so friendly! Our waitress, Juliette, did an excellent job making recommendations. We tried the fried mushrooms, scallops and risotto, filet, fried chicken and lamb chops. The scallops were the best I’ve ever had!! Haley, the manager, made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for making our celebratory night so special!
Absolutely the best meal we've had in Cartersville, hands down. We live here and frequent local restaurants as often as possible. Largos was amazing! The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Our server, Juliette, was friendly, attentive, engaging, and made sure we loved everything she brought us. We recommend the Sea Scallop Risotto, the crawfish chowder, the brussel sprouts (good grief, so good), and the smoked pork belly appetizer. If they are offering the oysters when you visit, do not hesitate. We will absolutely be back.
Juliette was great. Her vibe was contagious. She took very good care of my wife and I. It was my birthday and she made it special. Juliette made the best drinks as well. Thank you!
By far one of the best meals we’ve ever had! The service was prompt and the drinks were strong.
I absolutely love this place, great atmosphere very quaint and inviting. The service was great, the selection of apps were amazing, we ordered fried green tomatoes and the pimento cheese apps. The filet was outstanding with a side of duck fat roasted cabbage. I also had a smoked manhattan, it was perfect. For desert we had the apple cobbler, which was beyond perfect. I highly recommend this place, plenty of parking right across the street.
Juliette was the perfect host… as if she was inviting us into her own home. The atmosphere was awesome, with a subtle hint of nostalgia. The food left us speechless. You have yourselves a customer!
This place is truly wonderful! The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. What really makes the experience special is Juliette - her bright personality, expertise on the menu, craft cocktails and great service keeps bringing us back. Every visit feels better than the last. Kudos to their amazing Chef and kitchen staff for always providing a “fine dining” quality meal at an affordable price. Best kept secret in Cartersville.
Brunch was fabulous! Huge portions. Our server Kenzie was amazing. Highly recommend and very impressed with Largos! Beautiful space.
During my visit I was greeted by Juliette and Ava as they are the amazing hostess’s and bartenders. David, who owns this amazing establishment, was also at the bar enjoying his night and eating/drinking. They were all so welcoming and a joy to be around. The food was delicious and definitely had exceptional portion sizes. The aesthetics of the location makes you forget that you are in Cartersville, for a moment. Great job to David and his amazing team for such a great experience and delectable food options! I had the crab cakes, pork belly, Lamb and some pecan pie!
Would not have found this location without word of mouth. Had yearly company dinner here and enjoyed the whole thing. The vibe is intimate with limited seating. The food was amazing and our server Jasmine was excellent. I was able to try pretty much a bit of everything since we all shared a bite or two. Everything was good but the stand outs were the Skirt Steak appetizer, Crab Stuffed Grouper and Braised Short Rib. Drinks were unique and not watered down. Would love to visit when it is warmer to be able to sit out on the patio.
•For Someone as Picky as Me. Everything that Tasted, Touched and Experienced, was Delectable! •Service by The Great Kinsey Completed the Experience. •Decor all Around and all the Way Down to the RestRoom was Appealing. (details: They have Charmin TP, Soap, Lotion and H.Towels)
Largos only has brunch on Saturdays and I had to check it out. I mostly went for the giant cinnamon roll when I saw on IG this was something they offer. Let me tell you this picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s really big!! Don’t let me forget to tell you about the delicious pork belly dishes they have. I was extremely pleased with both and can’t wait till the next time I visit.
Cozy atmosphere ! All our meals were delicious. Pecan pie was the best dessert. Brussell sprouts, asparagus and squash pasta amazing! Spa day was a very refreshing drink.
Wonderful experience! The atmosphere is upscale casual. Service was phenomenal. Jocelyn, our server, ensured that all needs were met and that everything was perfect. We ordered the crab cake app which was delicious and a great prelude for what was to follow. Dinner included the filet w/ puree potato and the scallop w/ risotto, highly recommend both. The filet was perfectly cooked and the scallops were some of the best I have ever experienced. Dessert was a decadent chocolate mousse. For drinks, the smoked old fashions were exquisite. Overall one of the most enjoyable dining experiences and a perfect way to celebrate our 13 year Anniversary. Hailey, the GM, was warm and welcoming. Hailey and her team work cohesively to create the perfect dining experience. We will definitely return to Largos for more high quality dining experiences.
An upscale dining experience right in the heart of cartersville! We were immediately greeted with warm smiles by the staff and sat promptly. This was very accommodating considering we did not make reservations. We shared a few appetizers for the table, all delicious. Entrees were served shortly after and each person in my party was more than impressed! We finished the meal off with some delicious “made in-house” desserts. Haley, the general manager stopped by for a final quality check and we were pleased to tell her that everything was perfect. We’ve already got a reservation on the books to celebrate an upcoming birthday for friends! Thank you to the whole staff at wonderful LARGOS.
My husband and I tried Largos for the first time since they hired the new chef and GM on Friday and the entire experience was outstanding. We started with drinks at the bar. I had a craft cocktail called lavender haze that was delicious and my husband had a wonderful Pinot noir. When we got to the table we tried 3 different appetizers and even though they were things we had before at other restaurants, they all were elevated in fun and unique ways. I had the lamb and my husband at the filet mignon. Each dish exceeded our expectations and considering we knew the chef was Michelin trained, our expectations were high! We were delighted that every part of the experience was delightful. If you haven’t been to largos lately - GO !!!!!
What a gem! New to the area and used to high end, high quality food you find in big cities but would t expect in Cartersville. Well, I was proven wrong. This place is absolutely awesome from service, ambience and food quality. Everything is made from scratch. We started our night with a mystery gun cocktail with Jamaican roots. Couldn’t taste the gin (which isn’t my taste) and this cocktail was simply awesome. The pimento cheese appetizer with home made bacon jam and crostinis was to die for. Damn! So so good. It’s a must try. Dinner, my wife had the filet and I had the rack of lamb. Each cooked perfectly, and honestly was fork tender. Unbelievable how perfect the meat was prepared. Desert. Oh my. Homemade peach cobbler with real crust BAKED in the oven not warned in the microwave with my fav brand of ice cream. Tillamook. Goodness doesn’t describe this. Unreal. Wife has chocolate bread pudding which was decadent. Largos could compete against any place in Atlanta. Hands down. Serious talent in that kitchen and Hailey the GM is a joy. She’s awesome and loves her job and it shows. Reservations suggested. Small space fills up quick and dinner takes time there. Dress well, def not a place for flip flops or jean shorts. Business casual suggested. If I could give this place a 20 I would. Ten rating from me. Run don’t walk to dine here. Cartersville has a gem of a spot. Support it. We will be back and soon.
We walked in and from the first step in, Haley made it the most amazing welcome from the start of dinner until the very end. She guided us through the menu as our first time here, and we ate every recommendation she gave us. Each one was the most tasteful, flavorful and exquisite combination. We had pork belly and oysters and surprisingly the best combination, along with the entrees. Juliet was our bartender and she made the most amazing drinks all night long. What a delight she was. The chef even came out and introduced himself. What a nice guy and such talent. Haley and the whole staff made the whole experience the most amazing. We will be back, and more than likely, become regulars. 10/10 experience.
First time visiting Largos. Atmosphere is upscale casual - perfect for a special occasions. The set menu was a wonderful experience. Everything was cooked to perfection. The dishes were flavorful and perfectly balanced. Nothing was too heavy or rich. The portion sizes were exactly what I would hope for. The service was very good too. I'm thankful Cartersville has such a wonderful restaurant that clearly takes pride in the creative dishes it serves. We will be back!
My favorite restaurant in Cartersville. Reminds me of a places I ate at in Northern California! Great seafood, steaks, fried chicken and an amazing wine selection. The old fashioned is delicious too. You can grab a table or sit at the wine bar with Juliette - she’ll take great care of you and helps make this place special! The owner, David, is so nice, and his wife Pat did an amazing job crafting the ambience - down to the lighting and the aesthetics.
Beautiful new restaurant near downtown Cartersville. Tucked away from the busier streets. It was quiet and lovely. I sat on the patio with my date. The waitress and hostess were both very sweet and attentive. The food took a little longer to come out but was well worth the wait. It was amazing. I got the sweet potato and pumpkin seed salad with orange glazed salmon and a vanilla latter. I loved every bite. The latte was not to sweet and the foam a perfect layer of froth. ♥️ I will definitely be returning. Few key notes: parking is behind the restaurant and it is a little squishy. They do need a sun shade for the patio. There is an alcohol and coffee bar.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner, and it was absolutely phenomenal! We started with the beef carpaccio recommended by our server Brighton, and it was incredible! For our entrees I picked the friend chicken, and my husband went with the filet mignon. Both of these dishes exceeded our expectations and beyond! The chicken was so tender and flavorful with its crispy breading; and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection! We ended the night with their blueberry dessert and it was such a great treat! Between our server Brighton, and the GM Haley we had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
Well appointed beautiful atmosphere for a fine dining experience. Friendly and attentive staff. The meal was exceptional. Highly Recommend the pimento cheese for your starter! We will be back.
Always a wonderful place to eat! The food is so fresh and delicious and creative! Everyone from the wait staff (Brooke!!!) to the chef and kitchen staff are so friendly, making it a very enjoyable experience to dine there. Largos is definitely the nicest and BEST restaurant in Cartersville! We usually go for birthdays and anniversaries and they never disappoint making it so special every time!
This was my first time trying this restaurant and can I say omg 10/10!!! The interior is beautiful and a really nice place ascetically. I got the steak and eggs and I have never cleaned my plate before at ANY place and I left nothing on this one. It was so good! My friend got the crab cakes and THE BEST. especially coming from a crab cake connoisseur. Our server Juliett was amazing and knowledgeable it really made us feel comfortable and excited to try the menu. I also got the passion fruit bellini which was really good. We will definitely absolutely 10000% will be back!!!
I had a wonderful experience. Juliette is so warm, welcoming and personable. She made me feel right at home at the bar. I stopped in after reading the great reviews, and this restatrant didn't disappoint. I had the Brussel sprouts, scallops and bread pudding. If you're in Cartersville, definitely add this restaurant to your list!
We have been here for just drinks, a business dinner, on dates, and for birthdays, and it truly is an exceptional choice for both special occasions and 'just a special night out'. They've outdone themselves with curating excellence in service, experience, and dining. One of our favorite destinations in Cartersville, and now that they've expanded with a social lounge, we're excited to see them grow.
Delicious food + friendly, thoughtful service= a must visit restaurant tucked away in Cartersville, GA. Juliette was just the best. Thoughtful, attentive service and she was busy! This is a restaurant I will visit again when business brings me to the area!
Wonderful place for date night! Staff was wonderful we had Juliette! The best server ever she had great recommendations for our first time at Largos! A MUST TRY!
Juliette was awesome. She was attentive and personal with us, and our fav drinks. Our food was superb. We like to compare and compete who has the best dish…it was a draw. We both had excellent meals! And chocolate bread pudding to finish was divine!
The chicken and biscuit meal was excellent! Lots of intentional flavors! I highly recommend it. My husband had the shrimp and grits and that dish was also delicious because I insisted on a taste! The grits were nice and creamy and the shrimp was obviously marinated in something wonderful! This is my fifth or sixth visit to Largos and it’s worth it!
The service was absolutely amazing!! Food was high quality, fresh, and tasty all around. Brooke was an absolute pleasure and made great recommendations. Definitley recommend the pimento cheese appetizer and the scallops. The house salad was also very delicious! Can’t go wrong with anything here. Amazing experience!
So very good food. I usually do NOT like grits. But I tried my husbands and they were Delicious! I ordered the French toast and it was Delicious also with fruit and whipped cream. My husband got the crab cakes Benedict. It was also delicious! You should come in and try their Brunch menu! Our waitress was also excellent!
Juliette was a gem! From greeting us at the door to recommending the BEST food we have had since living in Cartersville. The hospitality and service was unmatched in addition to the fresh drinks and excellent food! Oysters, pork belly, calamari and pimento BLT. Can’t wait for our next date night!
we came here for our anniversary and the service was amazing. we felt very welcomed and they all wished us a happy anniversary. the food was fantastic and we were able to take leftovers. even though we were too full to order dessert they gave us a complimentary dessert that said happy anniversary! we will definitely return for any special occasion. the atmosphere was veryy romantic and there was even live music
Outstanding date night! Sat outdoors at their patio on an unseasonably warm December evening and enjoyed live music. The pork belly appetizer was mouth watering and the calamari were well done, with a nice touch of jalapeños. The lamb chops were two large generous pieces that were perfectly done. The scallops that my wife had were also perfect! The collard greens were also wonderful. A Cartersville gem.
We were sat at a high top round bar table, it was too small for dinner. Everyone was crammed in to one corner of the restaurant and it was a little loud. Food and service was very good. Would expect bread to be included with dinner at this price point.
We had dinner here last. The staff was great. However, the food was not. The sides are better than the steaks and lamb chops. We spent 380.00 for dinner. The steaks were supposed to be medium and came out well done. The lamb was crispy. Save your money.
Our neighbor highly recommended this place, so we decided to drive the 30 mins to visit for my husband's birthday. Parking was a bit tricky, but ample parking once you find the correct side. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the music heard from the outside was nice. I really cannot remember the server's name, but she was kind and pretty attentive. She asked if it was a special occasion and we told her it was his birthday, which she wrote down and said so she doesn't forget it. I'm not sure why- nothing was ever done about it. Maybe the reviews I saw on the happy birthday desserts were requested. I don't understand why even asking about it, though, to the point of writing it down. We brought along our four children (ranging 5-18). She also informed us that they had chicken fingers and fries for any of the children who may need it- thank goodness! Someone other than our server offered to take a photo of all of us as well, which I really appreciated. We ordered drinks- the Citrus on Cherokee, which I found delicious and adequate alcohol, and him the Maple Smoked Old Fashion. My husband is an old fashion connoisseur and it was subpar. I tried it and it tasted very weak. It took forever to receive them. She came to our table and apologized and explained the ticket fell behind something and she didn't see it, so they comped our drinks. We thanked them. He also ordered a glass of wine afterwards. The food: we ordered two appetizers- crab cakes that were recommended by our neighbor, and calamari. Calamari is one of our go-tos at places, and this one didn't disappoint! It wasn't burned or overcooked like some reviewers mentioned. The crab cakes were also nice. We ordered two sets of chicken fingers and fries for the girls, which they loved. The portions were large. We also got pork belly- the teenager wasn't too fond, but my husband said it was delicious, the pork chop- flavorless and just ok. She said it came med rare, I believe, but he got it med well instead, 1/4 shrimp cocktail (for our 12yo who was afraid the kid's fingers wouldnt be enough)- no issue there, the filet mignon with fingerlings- the potatoes had no flavor. He ordered his steak med and is was very med rare, heavy on the rare. I wish I would have taken a picture. Mostly entirely red/pink, especially in the middle. It wasn't cooked evenly, and honestly, this steak was nothing to write home about. For $58 I expected something more. Lastly, I got shrimp risotto- it was ok at best. I ate it, but would never order again. One of teenagers ordered a peach lemon drop mocktail. We were charged $12 instead of the advertised $10, but I didn't mention it and just saw it as an annoyance. So for the part that really annoyed me. We were charged a 20% large party gratuity. We had 6 people and rarely considered a large party, but even if we are, it's never more than 18%. We are good tippers, always 20% or more, but often over for good service. We can separate good service from subpar food. I know it's not the servers fault. You just took that away from me to even give you more. We never complained about the food, nor thetime everything took. TLDR: food was ok, service was pretty good, drinks were half and half, they did proactively make a wrong right by comping drinks, 20% gratuity was added to our party of 6, no birthday dessert or anything was offered.
The server was telling us the specials before I sat down. The calamari was over salty. The shrimp risotto was average. The celery root vegetables were the star of the night
