I went to Trony in Cassano this morning to look for a washing machine (which I bought) and was met with great courtesy and expertise, especially from Fabio, the sales assistant. He explained in detail not only the washing machine's functions but also some washing specifications, etc. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Plus, they're delivering it tomorrow. I don't think I need to add anything else. 25-10-2019 I'm editing this review to add that the delivery was on time, with almost Swiss-like punctuality. The delivery staff were also extremely kind, friendly, and very professional. They installed the washing machine, tested it, and even gave me a brief explanation of how it worked. I'd say everything was perfect! Thank you.
