I just went there again today They are so friendly and my order is always amazing! Today was a pumpkin spice signature latte and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious today! Highly recommend this Dunkin’ location!

Who doesn't like Dunkin? Iced coffee is delicious. Not a lot of gluten free options. Tried the new egg scramble supposedly no wheat in it but got super sick afterwards. So if you are gluten free I'd give that one a pass.

All day was feeling … bleh, but as I approached the counter I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman named Jennifer. Not many people actually genuinely care about what what’s going on in a random persons life so it was very nice and polite of her to take the time and actually see how I was doing.. I don’t normally come to Dunkin often but after that experience I will be absolutely showing face more often and I pray to god that Jennifer gets a promotion or even just a raise because she definitely deserves it. -tall will

It's a gas station/convenience store with a Dunkin Donuts inside. It has a drive through. The counter service is sometimes spotty. I've never seen it all that busy. It's a pretty standard Dunkin Donuts. The convenience store, which appears to be a separate business, has lots of snacks and a wide selection of beer (which you can't consume on premises). Their gas prices are a little high, probably because of their proximity to I-90.

I like their iced coffee, nice boost of caffeine. Also love the avocado toast and hummus toast, those are both really good. Also love the bagel bites with cream cheese.

spent seven dollars on a large latte asked for oat milk there was no oat milk. my coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it taste like caramel milk it’s absolutely disgusting, staff were friendly at least.

Manager takes it personal when you make a complaint. I showed her a picture of a bagel that only half the amount of cream cheese than what should have come on it. I was then told i can't come back to this location. Only reason i go to this dunks is cause their line is shorter than the other one and most of the staff does well, just the manager needs to learn to manage and learn to deal with customer service in an appropriate manner. Until they fix the manager or get a new one my review will reflect my opinion of her flagrant attitude toward customers. Ive been a business owner for 13 years. I wouldn't have made it 6 months with her at the helm.

I waited for 10 minutes in a drive thru which wouldn't of been a big deal except the guy in front of me in line was only waiting for his $3 in change. Really, it took 10 minutes for that. Also my coffee was ice cold like the burner was off for the past hour. My sandwiches were pathetic--- the egg wasn't in the wrap part. Can I get my money back? I normally never complain but this was just awful. Wrote this exact post above ^^ on the Dunkin FB Wall. They told me to call the 1800 number. I called and talked to someone. All they can do is pass on my information because it is a franchise store and they told me the owner would contact me. Still nothing from him/her. I will never go do this dunkin again.

I ordered a toasted bagel buttered and a coffee. I asked to add a soda onto my order when I pulled up to the window. I was told they can't add anything and made me drive around again to order it. Then I open my bagel and it wasn't even lightly toasted. Worst service ever.

I go to Dunkin donuts every morning ( usually north greenbush or Latham depending on where I'm working that day) and order the same thing, a small iced caramel coffee. The staff is always pleasant ( even if the drink is made wrong). Today was my first time coming through this drive though and I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin donuts. Immediately the woman taking my order was rude and short with me. Then when I came up to the window I could hear the woman asking the other employee if it was supposed to be iced or hot and she said very loudly " I don't care she's getting hot" but I had very clearly and politely ordered an iced. She went to handed it to me and I said nicely " I'm sorry it was supposed to be iced" . This Woman gave me the nastiest look, then w and I tried to tell her politely what I wanted In the drink to make sure it wasn't made wrong again and she snapped at me saying " no I got it" . She then up charged me an extra 50 cents for no reason. I get this same drink every day and it's always the same price. When I tried to ask her why she was charging me more and she just yelled in a very nasty to e " because that's what it costs!". I was going to leave a tip like I always do but I didn't today. I will never ever go back to this Dunkin donuts and I think they need to take a very serious look at their staff and do some retraining or get rid of them. There was absolutely no reason for that woman to be so nasty to me. I'm always very friendly and polite and she was miserable from the start. I am really disgusted. If I had time I would have gone in and talked to a manager but unfortunately I didn't have the time.

Dunkin app had a glitch when I tried to reload $8. My money was deducted from my bank account and apparently it vanished in the Dunkin app with no trace of what happened to this $8 reload. When I tried to place a order it said insufficient funds when there was supposed to be $8 (enough to cover the purchase). They practically took the $8 and I contacted customer service and they refused to correct the situation by giving back the $8 (not even on a gift card). Customer shouldn't have to pay for the company's app glitch. Bad Business practice= lost a customer.

Hands-down the most consistently understaffed location I've ever been to, they never have the necessary staff to complete the orders they have in an efficient and correct manner. Whoever runs this location does not care about their customers or employees. Also, they're usually out of half of their bakery items, even though they're two miles from a Dunkin donuts distribution center

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a blueberry pomegranate refresher which was made wrong through the drive-through so I turned around and came back inside and was very nice. I simply stated that there was no coconut milk in the refresher and just asked that they add some coconut milk. Who I am assuming was a manager because of the different colored shirt was kind of rude and told me that I ordered It wrong because it either comes with coconut milk or matcha tea that they don’t know what I want I have to be specific. But I didn’t order a green matcha tea so obviously there should be some coconut milk but whatever, then she tells me they can’t put coconut milk in my drink because I already touched the cup. Completely gave me the wrong food.. my advice would be to save your money as I will be and go somewhere else. This seems to be a reoccurring problem from the store..

Placed a mobile order at 5:10 website says they open at 5am and I went to pick up my coffee no one would answer the speaker so wasted almost $5 to be ignored and not get coffee.. drove around the lady was standing right near the window. Lazy people you shouldn’t have on website u open at a certain time if you arnt open and at least have the decency to let me know what’s going on. So crazy

I ordered from this place 2 times through the drive-thru, and both times, they gave an incomplete order. One time, I went into the store to let them know you had given me a complete order, and rather than apologizing for the mistake, they gave me reaction like I had made the mistake by asking for the full order.

Very, very rude employees. They ignore you, throw and slam food on the counter and if you mention you're a delivery driver they instantly give you attitude. I get it's a location in a gas station but if the employees aren't equipped for customer service, they should seek different jobs. All the management staff should be replaced with competent managers.

I said not light enough. She was extremely rude. I said it's ok never mind. She snap back well go somewhere else . I drove off. I will never ever do business with this place . Awful staff.
