Came with a bus of 15 people at 830pm unexpected. They got food out fast and it was hot. They handled every order with speed and precision.

I usually just go through the drive thru. Whene I have gone inside, it has always been clean. Order is always correct. Super friendly staff.

Great service. Lovely staff. Especially on the Wednesday night crew just before closing. The woman in the blue shirt was exceptionally wonderful as she brought us our shakes and wished us a great night.

Catkill Burger King=Friendly staff, very clean dining room and restrooms. Fresh food served hot. I remember the Burger King in Rensselaer/ East Greenbush not maintained at all (roof leaks, broken seating, dirty) and staff that didnt get orders right. No wonder they closed!

A review raving about the service at a fast food restaurant might seem odd, but people here went so far above and beyond, not only being patient, friendly, and amazingly accomodating, but assuaging my concerns about any inconvenience in a cheerful, _genuinely_ good-natured way, all while remaining professional. The hours are another huge point in favor of this location.

A very neat, clean and organized store. Wait staff also neat clean and dressed to suit the business. Very knowledgeable with coupons and discount privileges. A plus for any customer.

I have to say the food was hot and you can't beat the price. The drive thru cashier was polite and didn't rush me when placing it. I also didn't have to ask for napkins and the order was correct. Thank you staff at burger King job well done.

I skipped the drive thru and went inside. A good amount of people but it was easy to find a seat. Ordering was quick and efficient, the gentleman who assisted me came from the drive thru area to help me and he was kind and friendly. They brought my meal over to me once it was ready. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean restaurant and bathroom. Thank you!

I had forgotten how good the flame broiled burgers are as compared to the other fast food places. Using the online app I get to take advantage of a variety of online specials and my food is ready when I arrive.

When I want something easy and simple and quick Burger King is my place to go I love the Whopper and the new chicken sandwich that they have.

Friday night was busy, they were hustling but took longer than I would have liked. Food was good!

Burger King spins circles around McDonald's when it comes to getting value for the dollar and getting the order right. This particular store has courteous service and staff. Ever since they renovated this store a few years ago, the attitude of the staff has changed for the better. Management should get kudos for that. Hope it continues.

I have never stopped here before. Compared to other BK's in the Northeast it is above average. It was very clean, the employees seemed to be rather polite and quick. The parking lot is a little on the small side and exiting the parking lot wasn't difficult, but during rush hour I could only imagine it could be.

This location stays busy, and I haven't had one single drive through order given to us incorrectly, which is amazing, considering the only other fast food restaurant in town, puts out so many incorrect orders. This Burger King is clean and has friendly service. A spacious parking lot, and plenty of seating indoors; no outdoor seating. They mistakenly gave us spicy 🌶️ chicken 🐔 parmesan sandwiches 🥪. Oops. But they gave all five of our young children free ice creams for coloring a picture!

Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets today for lunch and they should learn to count as I only received 8 in my order. Not happy.

It's fast food not to much to really brag about. I do recommend the fish sandwich.

Not a bad place if you need a quiet spot to work. Even though they play music and have a TV on, it's still much quieter than a Dunkin Donuts. If you need their free WiFi for work though, don't go here. The WiFi is in and out and sometimes doesn't work at all. The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom.

It's fairly standard for a BK, though the last few visits my food has been anything but fresh. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

To be honest burger king wasn't bad. The customer service there was really great. The reason why I gave it a three is because I think my meal could be prepared a little better. I won't take from them their quality because overall it was a good experience. Its just that I wish I enjoyed my meal a little more.

I like the coupons but someone has to know if because of the car coupons that I keep getting there food And dealing with there mistakes which really suck, I think they're trained to make them

I went in to try the impossible burger. It was not my cup of tea. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or the burger itself. The flavor was not appetizing especially since it's so expensive.

Went there the other day and got a large original chicken meal with a xtra lg fries I got the meal which the chicken sandwich was cold and they didnt give me the extra fries I paid for

I come here maybe once every few months and everytime items are not recieved from my order. This time it was 2 orders of fries. All the food was stuffed into the same bag. And the cashier refused to take my change and I ended up getting 93c back. Very frustrating.

Why is it this establishment can never get an order right. I got here quite often and everytime is through the drive through I get the same order every time and still I get charged for the order and either do not receive items ordered or get wrong items instead of the items I have ordered. Half the time they don’t even give a receipt you there’s no way to dispute the order placed.

2 stars because the staff at drive thru were very pleasant and nice. As for the food...I had to pull ahead and wait for an impossible whopper. Not much space to pull ahead so the large SUV behind me was stuck at the window until they brought my food out. I figured since I had to wait for my impossible whopper it'd be warm. Burger was ice cold and almost hard. Soggy mushy tomatoes, over abundance of onions, and mayo and ketchup everywhere.

Manager is a micro-manager and doesn't let anyone expedite the food besides themself. Food took forever and a few staff members handled the food with no gloves. Also staff manager should wear a hair net for their long hair .

Just got the brisket burger just to get home and realize it’s a regular whopper with just the extra onions and no actual brisket?

I stopped in for breakfast the person who helped me wasn't very friendly, when I ordered the eggs and biscuits they didn't have any,so I got the crusant egg and cheese with bacon they were 2 for 4 but a small piece of bacon and sandwiches were cold, I don't think I'll go there again

I ordered 2 5pc french toast, with 2 hi-C’s and a small hash brown. i got rung up for 2 5pc french toast sticks, 2 hash browns and they messed one of my hi-c’s up. i was fine with it, i didn’t say anything until i tried the french toast sticks. they were gross. their food was nasty and i got a stomach ache. usually burger king is good but not today

Actually sucked just ordered chicken sandwich only was so dried out and breading was hard. Had to throw it out. Did let Burger King know. What you charge for as stuff should be fresh. Stood there for 10 min before the cashier say hi then she turned around to ask the manager if they are taking my order the manager said no we are not taking her orders so I turn around and left another person after me went in there and the refuse to take his order too drive there was not very busy and there was only three orders ahead of me in the dining room this is not the first time that they have not taken orders.

Wanted to add another cheeseburger to order after placing order and when I got to the window was told that “new store policy” that I could not add to my order. Never been to a place that refuses to take more of my $$. That’s fine don’t adjust my order, I would of placed another order if I was working the window.

Purchased 2 frappes . Awful all the way around. Dark strong and definitely burnt coffee. I called and they would b replaced on my next trip out. They were and they were bigger and not burnt but still awful. I'll stay with McDonald's frappe from now on.

Consistently gives you the wrong order. Ask for no onions, you get onions, order onion rings, they forget to put them in the bag. I Ordered my vegan wife an impossible burger and it was MEAT (she was mad). They admit to doing this regularly and they just don't care.

Dear Burger King, Today I was going about my day and I was in a very good mood. I was hungry, so I decided to go through your drive thru. Okay let me break this down. The economy is difficult, so I feel you are lucky I decided to spend my hard earned money at your establishment. Secondly, I am not sure whether your staff is underpaid, overworked or just doesn't give two poops about your customers. Your male employee that was there at around 12:45, was very snippy. He asked me if I had a particular order. I didn't quite understand they way he put it. I was not giving him a hard time. I just said oh yeah, that's mine. He looked at me like I had dumb printed on my forehead. Then he said to another employee, I said it loud and clear. Young man, if you do not like people or if you lack patience, you should get a job that you don't have to deal with the public. I hope your day gets better.

I have never eaten at a BK and I won't ever again. Cold, unsalted fries and cardboard between a bun. Just needed something quick in a pinch but I'll skip it next time. Nothing against this specific BK, I'm betting they are all the same. Service was good but slow.
