I have never stopped here before. Compared to other BK's in the Northeast it is above average. It was very clean, the employees seemed to be rather polite and quick. The parking lot is a little on the small side and exiting the parking lot wasn't difficult, but during rush hour I could only imagine it could be.

Consistently pleased with the courteous customer service, speed and and correctness of the orders. This location stays busy, and I haven't had one single drive through order given to us incorrectly, which is amazing, considering the only other fast food restaurant in town, puts out so many incorrect orders. The employees do their best to keep this location clean and organized, they do a great job.

This Burger King is clean and has friendly service. A spacious parking lot, and plenty of seating indoors; no outdoor seating. They mistakenly gave us spicy 🌶️ chicken 🐔 parmesan sandwiches 🥪. Oops. But they gave all five of our young children free ice creams for coloring a picture!

To be honest burger king wasn't bad. The customer service there was really great. The reason why I gave it a three is because I think my meal could be prepared a little better. I won't take from them their quality because overall it was a good experience. Its just that I wish I enjoyed my meal a little more.

Manager is a micro-manager and doesn't let anyone expedite the food besides themself. Food took forever and a few staff members handled the food with no gloves. Also staff manager should wear a hair net for their long hair .

Just got the brisket burger just to get home and realize it’s a regular whopper with just the extra onions and no actual brisket?

slow and nasty, 25 minutes for a chicken jr? i suggest less miserable associates.

Ordered whoppers jr.,when I got home the meat was just thrown on the bun lettuce and onion and tomato was not on them were thrown on the paper Ordered large fry no salt got salt.

The staff looked at me with disgust when I was sitting in the dining room. They seemed to want to tell me to go home early, and they made a lot of noise, so I had the worst experience here, showing no understanding of the basics of hospitality. Oh yes. At 9pmi order coffe she say no coffer just don't like make it.

Absolutely the worst place ever their concerts are getting food and drinks the cleanliness is horrible every online order is consistently missing something like how do you order two items and they forget your burger like how do you order five drinks and get none this is something that the store is consistently putting out which is poor performance any positive reviews have to be extremely biased because I see no way in hell they're surviving off a 3.9 as of right now to deserve a 2.5 because I only get 2.5 of my meal anything I order there

Dear Burger King, Today I was going about my day and I was in a very good mood. I was hungry, so I decided to go through your drive thru. Okay let me break this down. The economy is difficult, so I feel you are lucky I decided to spend my hard earned money at your establishment. Secondly, I am not sure whether your staff is underpaid, overworked or just doesn't give two poops about your customers. Your male employee that was there at around 12:45, was very snippy. He asked me if I had a particular order. I didn't quite understand they way he put it. I was not giving him a hard time. I just said oh yeah, that's mine. He looked at me like I had dumb printed on my forehead. Then he said to another employee, I said it loud and clear. Young man, if you do not like people or if you lack patience, you should get a job that you don't have to deal with the public. I hope your day gets better.

this place is horrendous. like point blank absolutely the worst fast food place i’ve ever been to. i’ve worked fast food. it’s not that difficult to complete an online order that i payed for and quite literally have a receipt for, and then they go on to tell me “it doesn’t exist 🥰” anyways if there was a one star option id love to give them even a negative, unfortunately i can’t do that tho. thanks for wasting my break 🥰

I have never eaten at a BK and I won't ever again. Cold, unsalted fries and cardboard between a bun. Just needed something quick in a pinch but I'll skip it next time. Nothing against this specific BK, I'm betting they are all the same. Service was good but slow.
