It's a very nice place, with a pleasant atmosphere to spend a good time with family, friends, or simply enjoying the wide variety of coffee beans they have. I didn't give it 5 stars because at certain times, there's only one person serving and it gets crowded, which can be a bit frustrating, especially for those who are going to work. The staff is always running around trying to get the service out as quickly as possible. Everything is delicious, excellent service, and high-quality drinks and food. Great place to visit!

In this heat, a Chai frappe with almond milk is excellent; it's not too sweet and quenches thirst with a delicious spicy flavor. And a delicious pasta with poblano pepper cream. Delicious! The coffee is good, what's annoying is that every time I come, the guys behind the bar are laughing their heads off, joking around, shouting, and blasting their reggaeton. You really come here to relax and take a break, but their laughter doesn't let you.

Con la anterior gerencia era un lugar muy confortable, te sentías en tu sala y los chicos eran muy amables e incluso sentías el servicio amigable, pero ese gerente un chico se fue y todo cambió , era costumbre que te llevaban el servicio a tu mesa con una sonrisa ahora te gritan desde la barra con unas carotas, todo el tiempo platican atrás de la barra sin hacer mucho y no te llevan tu servicio, ya tampoco te dan las bufandas para tu café te las prestan y te dicen que las devuelvas (o sea como? ) y cuando por alguna razón te tocaba un producto q sentías no era de la calidad q esperabas con amabilidad y sin preguntas pesadas te lo cambiaban, ahora te hacen caras diciendo q estás mal pero te van a hacer el favor de cambiártelo en el mismo vaso y hasta donde lo hayas llevado, ojalá el servicio vuelva al nivel de antes que regrese el anterior gerente o algo, mientras tanto les recomiendo el café Garat que está dentro de Tecnoparque

Last Friday I paid for two chocolate croissants, but they only gave me one. I thought they had given me both in one bag. Today when I went shopping, I mentioned the incident, and the person in charge—I don't know if he's the manager or assistant manager—got defensive. I just wanted to tell them to be careful so that doesn't happen again. And the guy was saying he was calling out for the croissant all day. Well, it wasn't calling out for it, it was that they didn't give it to me when I was there. They tried to blame me for leaving... well, yes, they didn't give me both bags. Just one, and that made me think both were there. Putting myself in the manager's shoes, I'd say it was his mistake, but that's not the point. The point is that when there's an order, there should be better communication between the delivery people, and they shouldn't get defensive without considering that it was a misunderstanding on both sides. It was really unpleasant, to be honest.
