During the week of August 15th, when everything was closed, I stopped at this place, which has a nice, convenient parking lot that's inviting. I used to come here years ago when Patrizia was there... but in the last few days, they told me about the change of management, so I gave it a try. The staff is young, dynamic, and very knowledgeable. I didn't order a business menu, but I had a delicious gratinated fish appetizer, delicious malfatti, but the most fantastic dish was the puff pastry with a freshly made custard worthy of Michele Cannavacciulo of Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense. Quality local wines. Well done, I'll definitely be back.

New management, just a few months in, and it shows!!! Kindness, professionalism, enthusiasm. We went with friends on Thursday evening for dinner, à la carte: Impepata di Cozze (perfect), fritto misto, and our friends who tried other dishes were equally satisfied. The final test: Puff pastry dessert with cream: passed. We hope this staff will continue to offer such a small number of dishes (there's only one giant menu) but well-cooked, continuing to offer quality and excellent value. Well done!
Excellent restaurant, with plenty of indoor seating and plenty of parking. Weekday lunch menu: €13 for a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee. Dessert: €6 (a bit pricey, but good). I had pasta with tuna and vegetables, braised beef, and puree. Generous portions. Everything was delicious. The staff was quick, friendly, and helpful.
Mi sono fermato solo per la pausa pranzo e non avendo molta fame mi sono limitato ad un piatto di trippa adir poco eccezionale. Il vino che viene servito sfuso, non arriva dalla spina ma bensì dalla bottiglia e quindi di buona qualità. Io in verità l'ho trovato ottimo. Alla fine ho pagato un prezzo più che onesto, tenendo conto della gentilezza e disponibilità del personale e soprattutto di un ambiente davvero familiare. Spero di riuscire a tornare presto.

Abbiamo pranzato tutto ottimo sia pesce che salumi molta professionalità cortesia consiglio provate e vedrete. Provate i dolci fatti da loro sfoglia con crema pasticcera.
Good restaurant, excellent appetizers, first and second courses, at average prices, very nice location, attentive and friendly staff, really excellent appetizers, I recommend the mixed cold cuts, excellent salami, in the summer you can eat outside, very nice outside too, ample parking adjacent to the restaurant, recommended for lunch or dinner
Every year I travel to the Pavia and Tortona valleys for the peach blossoms. This year we stopped for lunch at "Sagrestano," a prominent restaurant on the Penice Pass road, with spacious dining rooms and parking. Restrooms are separate for men, women, and disabled guests. We ate malfatti and tagliata (a la carte menu), scallops, side dishes, water, wine, and coffee...all delicious. Recommended.
For the fixed price menu very good, but à la carte we were unlucky, a first course with four ravioli although good and a second course with two small pieces of squid on very small pieces of courgettes, we came out still hungry, maybe 6 ravioli and four visible calamari and courgettes could have compensated for the final price, thanks

Too bad, I've been here a few times since it changed management, and I really didn't like it. I'm sorry the guys are so young; they should change the style of cuisine to win back customers. Today, rice with peppers and gorgonzola was bland, but the rice was perfect for making arancini. Then, for the main course, an omelette with Swiss chard. The Swiss chard was incredibly spicy, with lots of chili pepper. Without mentioning it, the omelette was empty: nothing inside. I think it's not an omelette, but an egg frittata. Vicenza-style liver, but it was actually a liver stew, almost like broth... really a shame.
