At Bertin you can always be sure of a safe bet! The first thing that catches your eye is the bright, clean restaurant and attentive service. We had our two dogs with us and they immediately offered us a bowl of fresh water for them. This adds to the overall service: fast and very, very friendly! We enjoyed the pesto slates, which are a delight. The pesto was really good and plentiful! Then there were two beef fillets, delicious and cooked to perfection! The dessert was a delicious chestnut ice cream with cream. I would say it's the best restaurant in the valley, no doubt about it!

It's located in a very quiet area just a few kilometers from the Madonna della Guardia sanctuary. All the dishes are truly delicious and the portions are generous. The price is fair, in my opinion. The waiters and staff are truly kind, helpful, and, above all, cheerful. The service was perfectly timed. The restaurant was well-lit by natural light, and despite the crowds, it wasn't too noisy. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant above Genoa, very popular for the quality of the food. Service is prompt, fast, and friendly. Everyone is smiling and helpful. Fantastic dishes, fresh ingredients. The fried mushrooms are incredibly light. Reservations recommended on weekends.

During a lovely stroll along the railway leading to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Guard, we took a short detour that leads to this lovely trattoria in the village of Lencisa in 20 minutes. Excellent lunch, delicious pesto lasagna, as were the appetizers and desserts. Excellent service, managed by kind and professional staff.

My family and I went to lunch at Ristorante Bertin for Easter Sunday, which has been a regular family event for years. The food is always excellent at this restaurant, but something has changed! This last time, they really outdid themselves, raising the bar both in terms of quality and presentation, to the point where I want to compliment the chefs. I must say, in fact, that for us, it's the best place to eat and gather during the holidays, because both the friendliness and attentiveness make us feel at home. The restaurant is very welcoming, beautifully decorated, even on the tables where the chocolate eggs are placed, and the space is super clean and spacious. We started lunch with a mixed cold and hot appetizer. Then for the first course, ravioli with meat sauce (superlative), tagliatelle with mushroom sauce and pesto. For the second course, roast veal with truly excellent fries, and cima alla genovese. Like the sweet coconut cake with chocolate crumble and cream, and a slice of Colomba cake prepared by pastry chef Elisa of the Bertin restaurant. A special note, given that each dish is already a generous portion, was offered a second and third serving, which was greatly appreciated because everything was so good. Wine, soft drinks, unlimited ice, and coffee are all included. Recommended dishes: Ravioli with meat sauce. Tagliatelle with mushroom and pesto sauce. Russian salad and veal with tuna sauce Homemade chocolate and cream cake. The restaurant has an outdoor relaxation area and ample parking. Trattoria is not new, but I decided to review them too. The traditional cuisine is very good and carefully prepared, the staff is friendly and polite, and the cleanliness is excellent. The Trattoria is located in Lencisa, a beautiful Ligurian hinterland. Coming here is synonymous with top-quality food. I recommend it.

Great place, very delicious food and friendly staff I would recommend going there with an empty stomach Make sure to try their Ravioli The place has a great atmosphere inside and is in a very calm neighborhood It’s very good for small gatherings and parties (birthdays … etc) If you prefer sitting outside then bring a jacket !! Oh and don’t worry about parking the car … there were enough parking spots around

The restaurant is very large, but on busy days it can be a bit noisy (I like quiet spaces). I had no complaints about the food (I had excellent ravioli with mushroom sauce and grilled lamb ribs, which were well-cooked and tender) or the friendliness and speed of the staff.
