Food is prepared as asked! I see reviews about the tips been charged with out authorization, make sure you don't push the button for tips with your knuckles, when you tap the card, I accidentally push the button and added a tip, I told the personal about it and they fix it right away, at the end it was my mistake no the employee since I use the card no them, so check the button of no tips before you pay. Costumer service is always great, food is well made and cookies are great!
I ordered online, and then, I picked up my order from the store 20 minutes later. It was fast and easy to pick up. No waiting. The food was warm and fresh. Very delicious melts. I would definitely recommend the steak melt. I also ordered the spicy Italian melt. Also very good! If you want to get fast food that is healthier and a bit cheaper, I recommend this place. They always have deals online, so look out for that. I saved $4 with an easy to find promo code.
I had a great experience today! The restaurant was clean, I ordered through the app, and my sandwich was ready as soon as I walked in. It was delicious and made just right. There was a small mistake with my order, but the staff member was incredibly friendly and happy to fix it right away. She handled everything with such a positive attitude and great customer service. Overall, excellent service and I’ll definitely be back!

First they are open late vs other subways. They are all set up for covid. They were fast and efficient. Food was fresh not old. I'll be back again.
Honestly, pretty good place to eat your sandwich and chips I come here often usually pick up orders because it’s my go too lunch option because it’s near my job, employees are pretty nice and get straight to business 😁

There's a huge sign out front that says 24 hours but it's false advertisement because they are not I had to wait in the cold with my kids until they opened and then I was rushed and given attitude although I was the only person in the store and they just opened

Was asked if I wanted the meal with extra meat and cheese for an extra charge I replied " NO that's ok thanks anyways" it wasnt until I got back home an looked at my receipt that's exactly what I was charged (ok my bad) which was almost $20 for a stupid sandwich. So not to mention I was never even given extra meat and cheese to be ok with it nope, to say I got what I paid for was not at all what I got! Total failure of customer service and felt and was literally robbed of a product. I unknowingly was charged after denying the extra product. Wont be going back to this store. The 2 stars was only for the food the worker was untrustworthy and didn't provide a simple task we customers have to rely on...

Put in a mobile order get there at the time specified and they haven't even started makeing my food yet. They take walk in as priority, so its faster if you just cruise in and f the guy that ordered ahead!
I had ordered an online order and went to pick up my order and both sandwiches were so dry they didn’t put half the stuff I ordered on one of the sandwiches. Must say it was the worst sandwich every and the service was rude. The manager didn’t help out at all told me to come down to get it fixed and when I got there she changed her mind and offered cookies instead. Will not be coming back for sure
First and last time coming here. I work too hard for my money to spend it at a place with such horrible customer service. Order late, incorrect & made very sloppy and poorly. Wont answer the phone. Rude worker. Sign on the door says curbside pickup but they dont come out and dont answer the phone. Food mediocre at best. Hope I dont get sick. Rude worker was the worst.
They are very rude. They put so much meat on my Subway that I live in order me. They put bugs on my Subway. The edit's avocado, but I'm allergic to avocado.
Subway in Ripon does not do coupons, heaven forbid if all you want is a 3 inch sandwich, roast beef, , shame

Took 10mims to take my one sandwich order. Two girl working on take out. I literally got ny self a chair. At least one should of help me.

If i could give them no stars i would. I ordered my sandwiches on line so i could just get there and pick them up. I had paid for them already and went to pick them up when i was supposed to pick them. I got there and turns out my sandwiches werent ready yet because my name wasnt there the employee told me that and did not even bother to check in the computer and left. I had to tell her to look at my phone to see proof of my purchase only then did she go and find it in the system. Then she says " oh look i found your order i will go and work on it right now". She made them completely wrong and didnt even pay attention to receipt to see how they were supposed to be made. I had ordered ahead of time so i wouldnt have to wait at all and was trying to avoid being around other people with all thats going on with the virus.
I ordered a sandwich and bottle of diet coke online. The bag arrived with the delivery safety seal untouched, but the safety seal on the bottle of diet coke was broken. The seal was already broken at the restaurant when they put it in my delivery order. Don't trust ANYTHING from this restaurant.
I ordered two subs from the app because it's buy one get one free on the app. The first sub they added tomatoes which wasn't on the receipt. It didn't bother me too much seeing how it was tomatoes and I could just take them out. But the second sub I ordered was a ham foot long and they gave me a breakfast egg with pepperoni. The sub was all the way wrong. I checked the receipt on both subs and it was exactly as I ordered on the app. I don't know how they could have messed this up so bad.

I would give no stars...My daughter and myself went in and got 2 sandwiches and paid over 36 dollars ...nothing else...just that...I'm not a Karen and did not want to make a scene...so I just decided not to go to a subway again...
No stars for this location. I understand food industry sometimes it’s busy and you can’t get mobile orders fast enough but I ordered, showed up at the time said and had told them I was here for pick up and they helped everyone in line first then proceeded to make mine last. Took 20 minutes and I was on my 30 minute lunch break, so I didn’t even get to eat my food I waited for. Terrible customer service!

I waited patienty for my turn. Only 1 person making food. 2nd worker igmoring me. Once I get attended to another gal comes in and the 2nd worker decides to helps get her order done immediately before me and ring her up right next to me ( violating distancing rules) RUDE!!!
I got a turkey sandwich. The meat tasted soo bad I spit it out. Had my mom try it, She was disgusted. I tried calling. They wouldn't answer the phone. Gross. I'm never eating there again
Got a sandwich added the meal deal (soup) since im sick. The soup was mush no broth looks like it was the leftovers. Was looking forward for a soup for the broth instead got soggy chicken and noodles.
I ordered two sandwiches online with more pickles, more olives and more onions.I was given one pickle, no olives, and one piece of onion, I called to have a replace or fix, and she told me that more means eight pickles or eight olives. And that they're working by portions. But why does that matter if I got none of that stuff. Didn't like the attitude just added the stuff to the sandwich after driving back 20 min. I even offered to pay extra. Which i'm pretty sure is the same lady that other people are complaining about in their reviews.

First of all the bread was breaking apart everywhere and meat was cold and then she forgets to make it a deluxe which i had already paid for. She hands me over the sandwich and i ask if she added the extra meat while she has phone to her ear she heats up the meat and hands me the bowl (insult to injury) to put on top of my already messy sandwich and says i forgot. No apology nothing. I half heartedly ate half the sandwich and threw away the rest in the garbage right there. Such dimwits make you hate subway. Nevertheless i am not coming back to this location.

Curbside pick up was horrible today! There is one female that is always rude today I parked as close as possible to the curve without scratching my rims and she came up to my truck window tilted the tray with my food in it I caught the bag before it fell over my seat and told me rudely park closer! There is no way I could have without getting on the curve itself.. I explained to her and she proceeded to be rude. This is the second time this lady is rude to me. Never again will I go back there. Plus I open my sandwich and it was a mess so sloppy wrong items on it! Couldn’t eat it this is so unprofessional. Horrible experience.
Did a mobile ordered for a rotisserie chicken sandwich and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Got home and there was barely any Chicken! This sandwhich was $17 I expected a decent amount of chicken on it.

Wrong orders, never toasting the bread and they run out of items constantly and if you ask them they just say we have none in the back. Its not worth going there, hope the service gets better soon.

I asked for pepper jack cheese they gave me white.. I wanted olives they didn’t even have any, which was upsetting because I always ask for extra olives.
