It's a taco truck with bomb food

When we want Burritos, I drive about 10 miles to TEH because their Burritos are great instead of 4 to 5 miles to about 6 other trucks that are closer. You can phone your order in ahead as well.

Food is great but watch out if u pay with card..ask for a receipt. They over charged me then wen I brought to their attention the guy was upset and practically threw the money at me. Poor customer service its a shame because the food is so good..

This is the best tacos and burritos in the area around Turlock and Modesto. Every time I am in town visiting my family from Texas I have to go here as many times as I can before I head back. I’ve been all over the Turlock area trying the different Taco trucks and none of them compare to this one. Very consistent with their food. It’s always the way I remember it. 👍🏻

This taco truck is the best in the county. The tacos are great, the tortas are really good, and the burrito supreme is fire. They have the best hot sauce too. It's spicy.

I've been eating at this taco truck at the same spot since I wasince I was probably 6 years old and it's still just as good same recipe authentic Mexican ingredients hands down the best taco truck in the whole Valley guaranteed!

I've eaten here growing up and didn't know how much I'd miss it. Now that I'm no longer in the area, I make it a mission to stop in when I'm in CA. I've traveled the world and have eaten at some very expensive places, and no burrito comes close to this one. Forever the top taco truck, El Hidalguense 21!

And they've improved things to be more efficient. I like the new order buzzers so I can chill in my car while I wait for food. The area is a little sketchy and I probably wouldn't go here late at night but that's just me. Decide for yourself.

This is the best taco truck in this area, including modesto! Yes, I said it. They are the only ones who do it right. From the tripas to the asada. The salsa will burn coming out if you overdo it, but it's so worth it. It's tucked off, but once you know where it's at, you'll always come back! Don't sleep on this spot. Crows landing spots have nothing on this gem!

Been there about 40 times now and 99.9% of the time the food was almost as good as my mother in laws- fresh, tasty, warm and best of all consistent. Only once was I a little disappointed with meat quality but even then it was still decent. Just the right amount of spicy. Waits a little longer than most taco trucks but it's worth the wait. I like to call my order in ahead of time. But watch the money guy, sometimes they try to charge you for the burrito supreme even though you just ordered the regular.

The food is great here, the only thing I believe is missing is the green salsa, they only make the red one. That's my only gripe, but other than that, the tacos are great, burritos are great.

We placed an order over the phone, we get there and they forget to add one burrito, so instead of the burrito I order two plain tacos, I get them and they are regular tacos with everything, so then I let them know, finally I get my to plain tacos, so me being mr. nice guy I asked how much for the two regular tacos that I didnt ordered, he said $$$ so I said okay and I paid for them just because I didn't want the food to go to waste.

Tacos tast great 5 stars. But customer service and your time waiting zero stars! You order your food and 30 min to 1 hr they call your number to tell you they ran out of the meat you order and quick you have to choose another mean. Something they will say oh we out of that one too 😂

Parking and whatnot is easy. Ordered asada tacos. I’ve been here before so it’s been a while but the tortilla is greasier than I remember and wasn’t crispy like others commented, it just tasted warmed up. It wasn’t busy, actually it was just us and another guy. Meat had good flavoring and the salsa had a good kick to it. Too many onions though. I felt like 1/3 of my taco was onions. I would eat here if I had to, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

It’s alright not like it used to be

Juat started going there again, last two times was inconsistent quality, the first time the burrito was great except that they forgot to notify me that my order was done and I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes, the last time I went the burrito didn't taste as good , the meat seemed dry and the meat didn't taste that fresh.

Not coming back. Rude customer service. Ordered some food and it was all wrong and asked for a replacement, they made the replacement and asked for the food that was previously given to me back ?! They never said to bring it back until I got there for the replacement. I’m just curious why you need the food back? Are you going to use it for other customers orders or? Just bad 👎🏽

I ordered some burritos with tripe and the tripe came without cooking, we called and they did not want to fix it and they blamed us for not having told them to cook it, since the orders had always been good before

I love the food I drive from Modesto to get some good food but, the employees are pigs they make very disrespectful comments. I care with my daughter to get some food and the man taking my order was just so disrespectful. It’s sad to see that men can’t show some respect. I left feeling violated And disrespected I hope they talk to their employers on how to not be pigs and have respect for their customers what a shame. 😡👎🏼

I ordered a burrito supreme carne asada with everything. I got a meat burrito with some rice and on top of that, two sides of the burrito tortilla are burnt. They must of burnt it toasting the burrito when it's wrapped in the foil. I expected a burrito supreme with everything (carne asada, rice, whole cooked beans, cheese, sour cream, onions, cilantro, and salsa). I'm paying for a burrito supreme when I'm getting a regular burrito. I'm disappointed with the food quality.

They have messed up my order several times I come and order the same thing every time 2 asada burrito pony with everything just no onions and I also tell them can you add sour cream cheese and hot sauce and they never add sour cream cheese and hot sauce.When I go back to tell them I don’t have sour cream cheese and hot sauce instead of making a new one they just put it inside not cooked so the burrito got cold just unprofessional.

I drive from Modesto, which is about a 25 minute drive from where I live, and the last four times I've ordered here they messed up my order. I even asked the guy that took my order today to please repeat my order and he had everything right, but it's clear that the cooks aren't understanding their tags or they just don't care. I will no longer be coming here anymore. If the cooks do not understand the tags or English, maybe they shouldn't be cooking because they're losing business like this because they definitely lost my business and this is coming from a Hispanic person. It's very frustrating when you pay for something and they can't even get it right especially coming from far away. I could see if I lived right down the street where I can just drive back and be like hey this isn't right but that's not the case here. And I do understand people make mistakes but come on four times the last four times I've been there is crazy.
