Wow! Everything we ate was amazingly delicious- the black bean chili with corn bread muffin, southwest quiche, deviled eggs, pecan roll, carrot cake, and a chai. It was all 5 star. We’ll be back every time we’re in town.

For as long as I've lived in Chico upper crust has delivered perfect product. Beyond friendly service and super casual friendly atmosphere. The most appetizing food downtown. From their spinach quiche to their cupcakes, in my opinion flawless 😋
