Excellent restaurant with excellent service and ingredients. The execution of the dishes is almost excellent, but in my opinion, some dishes weren't top-notch, either in terms of quality or quantity. The service was always very attentive and present. Excellent wine selection with a cellar fit for connoisseurs. So let's talk about price: certainly not average, but medium-high. For six people, 10 courses plus four desserts, but with two Tio Pepes and an excellent white, it came to €60 per person. I'll return only with my wife and with a careful eye on the wine, and we'll see the price for two non-eaters who are careful with their wine.

A beautiful venue that looks like it dates back to the early 1900s. Located opposite the Chieri train station, it has beautiful rooms, excellent cuisine, especially Piedmontese, and a wide and varied wine list. Their "enoteca" label isn't the "I'd like to but I can't" label you'd find at many bars. Generous portions, medium-high quality, and friendly, attentive service. Reservations recommended.

Even though I've known it for years, yesterday was my first time dining here. The atmosphere is a little dated, but overall it's not bad. When we sat down, we found a small plate of sliced ​​salami, carefully covered with plastic wrap to preserve freshness and prevent contamination. A pleasant start, a courtesy appreciated. In addition to the two waters, sparkling/still. The waiter asked which one we preferred and removed the one we didn't request. The service was attentive and very kind. The menu is extensive but not overly so, a sign that these dishes are made and done well. Four of us ordered: 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, 3 second courses, 1 bottle of wine (Vinchio Vaglio Barbera Superiore), 3 desserts, 2 grappas. €50 per person. The price isn't the cheapest, but the quality of the food is very good. The roast lamb was very tender and flavorful, without the overpowering flavor of this meat. They have an excellent and wide-ranging wine list.

I had dinner at this restaurant with friends. The food and hospitality were excellent! Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because I had some concerns about the wine. The first wine ordered wasn't to my taste, but that was our mistake. For the second bottle, we asked for a recommendation, and they brought us a Nebbiolo, but I didn't like it compared to the quality of the food. I got the impression they didn't know much about the subject. That said, nothing that seriously compromised the success of the dinner. We had truffles. Really good! Very satisfied with the quality. It's not on the menu, so you have to ask for it. The restaurant is very large, tidy, and clean. I recommend it!

The atmosphere is a bit dated but pleasant. The cuisine is traditional, tasty, and unpretentious. We had veal with tuna sauce and Russian salad for starters, and the round steak was cooked just as it used to be (not quite pink). For our main course, rabbit and bocconcini al vino were delicious, but the mashed potatoes were a bit too salty; otherwise, they would have been delicious, given their excellent consistency. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bit pricey for the type of cuisine; home-style, I'd say.
